Terrible service, owners manual stolen out of my vehicle, had to take vehicle there several times for the same repair. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy inside and out!

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Corbitt's Collision. 2023 has been a year for us, 3 vehicles damaged by the Hail Storm in March. All three were handled by Corbitt's and were as close to perfect as could be after the repairs. 2 of the 3 cars were in and out and a week. The 3rd was delayed because the shattered sunroof had to be replaced and the only one in the country had to be driven here from Maine. We still had that car back in just over 2 1/2 weeks. Last week, I put my car back in Corbitt's hands to fix damage to the driver's door. Again, a week later, my baby is back at home and looks fantastic! Michael is great to work with and always takes the time to come speak to me any time I am in the shop. The staff are very personable and friendly any time I call or drop in. Those who know me, know I am very particular about my cars and their appearance. I never hesitate to recommend Corbitt's Collision to my family and friends when they have the need.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Theft of Property Actually the rating is a zero, but Google doesn’t have that option. I was referred to this collision center through my insurance provider and while waiting to hear about the results of my damage my vehicle was held at this center off Roosevelt Hwy for a week within their gated parking lot. Once it was decided that my car would totaled I was advised by insurance company and this collision to return retrieve all belongings from the vehicle. I arrive to pickup my things and to my surprise several things had been stolen. I contacted the owner who never called me back, the front desk secretary was rude and even my claims adjuster says that she’s difficult to work with ALL THE TIME! I contacted the police and filed a police report because they had possession of my vehicle for a week along with the car remote. Even the police believed their workers were responsible for theft. CHOOSE ANOTHER BUSINESS for your repairs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It’s difficult to find a body shop you can trust! Corbitt’s Collision has been our go to body shop for many years now. We usually have at least one vehicle in their shop every year due to living in a rural area with abundant wildlife if you know what I mean! They keep their promises With scheduling and deliver quality workmanship. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone involved in a collision or just wanting to improve their vehicles appearance.

GEICO found this company for me after my car was in an accident. From the first encounter to me picking up my car everyone was very pleasant and super nice. Chandler and Brandy have great customer service as well. My car took longer due to their being a delay in parts being delivered but I was made aware of this before I dropped my car off. They even helped with calling enterprise to drop off a car for me and letting them know I left their car at Corbitt. I highly recommend them because my car looked great!! Thanks to Michael and everybody involved!!

The worse body shop to take your car I went in for a simple quarter panel replacement and paint.... While there they ripped my headliner Got what looks like sanding compound on my driver seat My keyless entry got damaged My trunck is having issues closing When the repairs got done the paint had bumps on it Said they would fix it and they literally took sand paper and sanded the hell out of it Over spray on my door and sanded that too.. I took it back 3 times to get fixed every time it came back worse... Still to this day my seat is stained keyless still don't work And paint still scratched from the sand paper they used... If you value your car any don't bring it to them.. Here are the receipts to prove it.

I took my Range Rover Sport Autobiography to Corbitt's for repair service. Craig assisted me and was great. The staff was polite and professional. The facility was state of the art and clean. I appreciated most that Craig was honest and helpful. I was extremely happy with my experience and Corbitt's is now saved in my contacts. I am very particular and dont give many 4 or 5 scores but I had to give one up in this case. They work on cars of all types and you can feel confident of quality work.

Phenomenal service! Corbitt's Collision was exceptional from beginning to end: from the moment I walked through the door to driving off with my car at a 10+! The location itself is manicured beautifully w/ lovely landscaping. The office itself is pristine and even smells fragrant with high-end candles burning. The receptionists, mechanics, all staff are extremely professional, thorough, and delightful to work with. They did expert repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was repaired flawlessly, immaculately cleaned (impressive as I have a huge dog that sheds), and ready to go in less time than quoted. EXCELLENT experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Corbitt’s! Mike called us from vacation to make sure we were taken care of and Chandler kept us informed throughout the process. We’re unable to tell that the back of our car had been previously damaged. Both the repair and the paint job made our nearly new car look new once again!

Horrible customer service. I had repairs done due to an car accident (GECIO insurance referral). I was never notified by the auto repair shops findings of damages I was blind sided at pickup. No one called me to notify me of the damages covered by insurance that they will be fixing. Upon completion I was given a stack of papers and was told here is what we did as if I know how to understand their language used to document repairs. No one explained anything to me throughout the process of my car being repaired at this shop. Overall experience was horrible.

When you’re dealing with needing to repair your car the last thing you want to have is a rag tag repair spot. These guys were pro all around, super sweet and thorough at the front desk, and helped everything go smooth to get me back up on the road. My truck is an older 90s ford and they made it as good as new. (It was as good as new before that semi took out the passenger side)

They do good work Car looks good. My only critique would be the presentation car was very dirty on the outside and the inside and if you have a EV, make sure you charge it before dropping it off because they don’t have a charger and they don’t tell you they don’t and they will give you your car back with a low battery Update: tow cover came off and they don’t cover it because it was in when I got it so much for a warranty . When it was clearly on just fine before accident 😭 “ it just snaps on not our problem”

I had a terrible experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. They initially quoted me $1,000 for my portion of the repair when it was actually only $500. On top of that, I had already given them a $250 check, which they tried to act like they never received. When I questioned them about the incorrect charges, they argued with me until I provided proof from my adjuster—who had already reached out to them and sent an email confirming the correct amount. Despite this, they still attempted to overcharge me. The shop also took far longer than necessary to complete the repairs. My car was in their possession for over a month for work that should have only taken about 10 days. They claimed they were waiting on a supplemental payment, but after speaking with my insurance company, I found out the supplemental had already been approved and the additional $500 had been sent. They held up my car for weeks over this small amount, even after receiving over $12,000 from me. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed my car was ready on a Friday. I let them know I would pick it up on Monday, but when I arrived on Tuesday, the car was still not finished. It had not been detailed, it was dirty, and my windshield wiper was coming off. They even tried to lie about washing it. They claimed the car was cleaned and detailed and they were just doing me a courtesy by getting the pollen off, but it was clear the car had actually cleaned. The buildup on the car was not from one night—it had clearly been sitting there for some time. The service was not only unprofessional but also rude and petty. When I expressed my frustration, a man I assume was the owner came out, got nasty with me, and instructed the front desk staff to “take as long as she wanted” with my paperwork. When I pointed out their dishonesty, he smugly responded that he’s “always right.” The pictures speak for themselves—my car was not detailed, and the neglect was obvious. If you have any other options for auto repair, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn’t even trust this shop to service a toy truck.
