Paid $531 dollars to have my car fixed it was over heating and the heater wasn't working they stated it was the water pump I took it in Thursday it was suppose to be finished friday they called friday saying it wouldn't be done until monday I had to miss work monday due to this issue and then come monday I get a call stating it was now a radiator problem and it would cost me another $550 to have that fixed but in the beginning they had said they flushed it and it was fine I advised them to just put my car together so I could pick it up I picked it up with no water in the reservoir my heater is still not working and my car still over heats I just got ripped off for $531 I knew when I went to check on it thursday that it was going to be an issue since there attitude was a I'll do the best I could do attitude should have taken it home then smh

The guy is slow and took for ever to do a simple smog. He was too bust talking to everyone. I had to wait 45 minutes for a smog. And there was no one in front of me in line.

I called for an estimate. But obviously you guys are too busy to talk with a new customer. Guy answers phone and places me on hold for over 10 minutes. I have up, call back and lady apologies for him . She transfer my call back to him again and he does the same thing all over again. Won't take my vehicle here!

I went there a few days ago and had my Brakes Done . Another shop which I will not mention tried to sell me rotors / calibers and axle seals. Dave the service writer told me that I only needed pads and that my rotors only needed to be turned .. I SAVED HUNDREDS of dollars. Plus I came down to the shop my self before they started the job . They had the wheels off so I could see for myself what really needed to be done and sure enough the other did lie to me ..... HIGHLY RECOMMEND Country Club Service if your looking for a Honest shop : )))

So I've had my vehicles serviced at Bob's before , they're quick and convenient... But this last visit , the kid asked me what kind of oil I use in my Charger... hmmm , YOU are the lube tech! Makes me question the hiring process of who's working on our vehicles ... Ooo and my radiator blew a few days after the oil change... coincidence, still trying figuring that out !

Best auto repair shop in Country Club. I have been here 3 times now with my Hummer H3, you should know up keep with this car is expensive. My dad works for Golden Gate and works on 300+ cars a day. He knows his prices and labor that's involved. When he looked at Country Club prices, he believed it was fair and spot on what it should cost. Knowing this information made me trust this location more. When it comes to the estimate, I'm no mechanic to understand. They broke everything down for me to understand before leaving. I do suggest making an appointment due to the high demand they receive. There's not a lot of parking but plenty of space to park yourself, whether it's the street, 76 gas station, or along the walls. They do auto repair, smog, oil, and lube from my understanding. Finally, customer service was amazing, management was so nice, and the staff help you with any questions. Thank you, and I'll be back again!
