My Nissan Sentra was taken in for service a few weeks ago for an oil change, which ultimately evolved into the entire CVT transmission needing replaced on a 30,000 mile vehicle. That in itself was already not a good testament to the quality of the vehicle that I had purchased. My vehicle was ready to be picked up several days later (understandably) and when I got it back, I wound up immediately having to turn around and bring it back into service due to the car having dangerously low power as I got onto the freeway to head home. That was a pretty unsettling experience having to limp my car down the side of the freeway just after leaving the shop. The car was quickly taken to the back of the shop and returned to me, with the only explanation being that they had forgot to connect some parts… I took the car back and drove home a little confused that they could even let that happen but so be it. Not even a week later, I was temporarily stranded away from home after discovering my car would not start or turn over, despite the car having a less than one year old battery. To my surprise, I opened the hood to discover that all of the screws were missing in the plastic trim surrounding the engine bay, and my battery is sitting completely loose with nothing keeping the actual battery in place. Because of this, my car randomly does not start and continues to do so. I notified my service representative after he had reached out to me to complete a survey on how the service was. After I expressed my concerns and what needs fixed, I did not get a call back… nor was that survey ever sent to me… In all I am very disappointed with the overall quality control of the service department. And on top of that to not be contacted back after expressing my concerns to my service rep. That is what prompted me to come leave a review here.

I originally went for service on 5/18/23 as my Rogue was making noises that it didn’t previously make and struggle to accelerate. I left my car there and was told I’d hear back by 12. I heard nothing from them until I finally called at 2:30 they informed me it was my transmission but they had all the parts to fix and I’d have my car back the following day. I needed a rental as I had appointments I needed to get to they set me up with a rental and told me it would fully be covered under the warranty service. By the time they secured me a rental I had enough time to get to the rental minutes before they closed. The next day I hear nothing from them I had to reach out for any update on my car. Finally they let me know that they didn’t have all the parts and wouldn’t have them until Monday but again reassured me the rental car would be fully covered by Nissan. Monday I once again don’t hear from them and my service advisor couldn’t be bothered to ever actually talk with me the receptionist informed me that he promises my car would be ready by 5 pm. I asked that they be sure as I had a once in a lifetime event happening that day at 5:30. Needless to say I missed the event arrived at the dealership at 4:45 and was told they still had to finish work on it at this point I’m stuck just waiting and missed the event. I was told the refund for my rental would be mailed to me. Mid June rolls around I called to ask what the status of the refund is and was informed it takes 4 weeks for Nissan to review and approve then the standard mail time. last week I called talked with the service manager who researched the status and informed me no record of refund worked to get it pushed through but informed me that what I was told was incorrect and Nissan doesn’t refund the full amount so I’m only getting back 1/2 of what I thought I’d be getting. Overall east valley continually lied to me and I would not recommend using their services at all even if it’s the closest one to you.

I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru WRX Limited at Courtesy Nissan in Mesa! Sergio was my sales person and he was amazing! He answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure to answer questions and concerns after the sale as well! He’s was very friendly, and didn’t push me to make a decision. My husband and I were more than happy to spend time talking and laughing with him while we waited for finance. The whole team at their dealership is amazing! We loved buying our vehicle from Courtesy Nissan and will be keeping them in our minds for further purchases! Thank you guys for being so amazing and thank you so much Sergio for your kindness and your willingness to help!

Not good! I have a brand new 3 month old 2024 Nissan Titan Pro 4x with only 2k miles on it. It is leaking oil or some other fluid all over my driveway. Just called Courtesy to bring it in. I was told they couldn't get it in for 2 days and they do NOT do loaners while they repair. really?? JUST WOW!! THIS IS A BRAND NEW $70,000.00 VEHICLE WITH ONLY 2,000 MILES! Absolutely unacceptable! The kind of thing I would expect from a 3rd party used car lot. Not a proclaimed NISSAN Dealer. I just got off the phone with NISSAN Consumer Affairs and they told me they should provide a loaner and will be looking into this. I will not be using them for anything after this and would recommend against them for this reason.

Had a nail in my tire the other day so I took it to the nearest Nissan. Steve worked with me and was awesome; my tire was discontinued and Steve was able to find me another one that would be covered under my warranty. He was thoroughly and very friendly. Renee also informed me about their trade in program and was super sweet! Both had exceptional customer service skills. Highly recommend coming here to get the job done right!

This dealership/service depot is to be commended for its exceptional customer service. Service advisor Blake Stebbins leaves no stone unturned. He’s hands on with his communication skills and keeps updating on the progress of the job. I would recommend him to anybody who needs peace of mind to know that the actual maintenance is being handled at 100%. One reason I travel from Scottsdale AZ to Mesa AZ for the best Nissan service when I need it.

My wife brought my car for an inspection which i thought would be safe as we purchased the car here. They charged her 200 dollars and told her it would be 2200 for a bad alternator. Luckily I told her not to do it yet. I took the car to a different mechanic who informed me the PCM codes were incorrect along with some cables he cleaned. I walked out with the car driving perfectly for under 300 dollars. I feel they were trying to scam us out of money and we will definitely not be back. GET SECOND OPINIONS before you service your car here. Probably better to just go somewhere you trust.

Great experience overall. My service advisor, Dennis, was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process, from check-in to completion of the service. The entire staff is very friendly as well. I do like how they have coffee, water and snacks available in the waiting room as well.

Quick and easy. What more could you want? Great pricing as well. I can't believe they were cheaper than Big O and other shops for repairs!

I bought my Nissan at a different dealer, but I come here for service. Everything was great, Dennis took the time to assist me and he was very professional. My truck was finished before the estimated time, and pick up was quick and easy. Courtesy dealers are known for being fair and honest with their customers, and they are one of the better companies to deal with here in the Valley.

Literally the most amazing and iconic dealership I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Everyone from sales with Donnovan, Kevin and Eric, to finance with Craig and Val, to insurance with Calvin, and to service with Sabrina were literally the most accommodating people and really worked with me in getting the car I really wanted! 😊 The deals were dealing and the math was mathing in sum 😂 ☺️ 10/10 recommendation!

Warning: this place no longer accepts credit cards for payment for vehicle service unless you agree to an additional 3% charge being added on top of the price you already agreed to pay (and on top of the amount of tax). This change in payment acceptance policy is not disclosed (at least, anywhere that I noticed) prior to the service being performed. It's one thing to see hidden credit card surcharges from small businesses with razor-thin margins. But a vehicle dealership service center is the last place I'd find such a surcharge to be reasonable or acceptable. Beyond the charge itself, to me it speaks volumes about how they choose to do business and the type of relationship they wish to have with their customers.

I greatly appreciate Courtesy Nissan’s honesty and exceptional service. I will definitely be back when my truck needs services in the future. There was a misunderstanding where I was told I would receive 3 free oil changes on my new truck, but apparently my salesman misspoke. I was completely willing to let it go, but Steve said they would honor one free oil change. After I dropped my truck off, I was worried I was going to be charged for the oil change but get a tire rotation or something else free instead. I started to regret even following through with it, but to my surprise, Courtesy Nissan gave me an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and they washed my truck, all free of charge. I was blown away that they honored their word and that I wasn’t charged a thing. It’s difficult to find service like this these days. Thank you to Steve and the service team who took care of me.

Took truck in for noise in steering. Turned out it was the steering gear. Got truck back and less than a mile the dash lights came on for traction control and no cruise control. Turns out the steering angle was off. I ended up selling my truck after the repair because the service suck at Nissan and didn’t want to deal with them while the truck was still under warranty. There was residuals power steering fluid on the under body and they didn’t even wipe up the splash shields after they put hand prints all over them. Steve, please don’t comment how sincerely sorry you are. Last time I had an issue you blamed it on the Express lane guys being the bottom of the service team and green. So, if the express guys stained my head liner how green was the guy who did the steering rack. I know it my fault for expecting a different out come.
