I brought in a 20 year old Saturn that had not had more than regular oil changes done on it in the 4 years we owned it and could not be happier with the end experience. It cost me over $1000 to get new tires, belts and check engine light off, but was worth every penny. The check engine light even came back on during the way home, but they fixed it for free the next day!

I went to Covey's Auto based on a recommendation from another Mercedes owner and I couldn't be more pleased! Not only was the price very reasonable but I didn't have to wait several hours to pick my car up. My yearly Mercedes service was done in less than a hour!! Tommy kept me informed throughout the process so there were no hidden charges at the end. The waiting area was nice and clean with refreshments....had a comfy couch to watch TV or Wi-Fi if you needed it. The staff was very friendly and entertaining!! :) They have a new customer for all my auto needs!! Thanks Covey's!

I took my car in after I saw smoke coming from the hood. They got me in quickly, listened to me and treated me with respect. They had my car back on the road in no time and had multiple issues fixed. Our crew was on their way out of town when our “service battery charging system” light came on. I called Tommy Covey and with Matt’s help they were able to test our battery, replace it and get us back on the road in under 30 minutes. If you are an elderly woman do not take your car here. My mother was charged $66 labor to install a cabin filter and then they slapped her with a $32 shop supply charge on a $600 bill.

Pricey. Expect the parts to be double the price and be billed at least the labor charge listed as allowed, but likely more. No free diagnosis here either if you get the work done they suggest. Thats w/e though, didn't have the time to do it. But the kick in the nuts though is when Patrick charged an extra 3% just to run my card without explaining the charge or asking if you can pay by check/cash. It was like Patrick reached in my pocket and took out a fifty and burned it in front of me, then he laughed when I complained he didn't warn me first! Left mad.

Not going to bash, will share situation for you to decide. Been going to Covey's five years now. Never had an issue till yesterday. Car needed power steering pump. So I dropped it off. Overcharged over 1K for a power steering pump repair. Didn't complain, just paid and left. A few minutes later my car on interstate tells me to pull over immediately. They didn't add the coolant back. I called and they came an hour and half later with fluid. I said I bring my car in from out of town to prevent these situations. He said simple mistake (glad my motor couldn't talk). I then asked if they check all fluids during oil change he said yes. Only reason I needed a power steering pump was because fluid ran out completely. So I "use to" get oil changes from there. I said not checking my fluid caused this. He said it happens and they will look out for me the NEXT TIME. So I ask, would you go back? Find somewhere else, people... so had to come back and add that I'm leaving shop again. My car leaked all over my driveway. They fix and never one time apologized for the inconvenience. I kept my cool but wow. Never have I ever been treat so bad when someone else messed up.

Very smooth. Talked thru my problems on the phone, dropped my car off that night, and had everything fixed in one day. They called to give me a total with explanation. I could pick and choose how much I wanted to fix and called when it was ready. Repairs are good, all works fine and will use them again in the future.

I originally brought my car to Covey’s after shopping around for a better repair cost than the dealership was offering. I was also having an issue with a mystery noise that the dealership could not identify or take seriously despite several visits. The repair was pricey regardless, but Coveys’ cost was helpful. After spending nearly $200 for diagnostics alone at the dealership, it turns out the repair needed was not the cause of the noise. I asked Patrick for assistance figuring it out and he went above and beyond to identify it. Fortunately, it was not something mechanical and a simple fix!

Wow. Wow. Wow. The service here was spectacular. I was completely mind blown by how great the service was here. Patrick and Matt were so bubbly and kind. Patrick greeted me at the door with a warm and censer smile. Immediately asking me how he could help me and how my day was going. I was shocked! I mean stunned! After my service was completed promptly, Patrick then said “thank you” and “god bless”. This made my DAY. This crew took care of my 1990 Honda like it was a Bentley.
