I had a great experience at Cowboy Collision! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. My 2016 Nissan Sentra was in need of repairs, and I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth fixing. They provided a fair price. They did a fantastic job repairing my car, and I'm very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

0 - Stars for honesty. 1 - Star because the work was completed when said it would be. But, I would NOT recommend this place (Cowboy Collision, Plano, Texas) to anyone. This review is to express my experience with the repair work done on our vehicle at Cowboy Collision and the lack of honesty and business practices at Cowboy Collision by Calvin. The repair cost was paid out of pocket by a third person who caused the damage. Picked up our vehicle, but after closer inspection, there is evidence that the bumper was never replaced (as mentioned in the repair estimate and verbally by Calvin, that it would be). It has the same small crease in the plastic on the lower left side. The only thing it appears they did, as far as a repair goes, was repair the very minor scuff/scratches on the left front plastic area of the bumper, paint the bumper cover, and reinstall it. Calvin was asked where they sourced the bumper, and he named off two different companies they use. It is clear from the evidence of the crease on the lower left side of the bumper cover still being there that the bumper was NOT replaced, even though it was mentioned verbally by Calvin that it was, as well as in writing in the estimate received from Calvin that it would be. There are a lot of auto-collision repair shops out there; choose wisely, do your research. Just because there is a bible on the table doesn’t always mean its words are followed by the one who owns it.

Wonderful Family owned business 👍 Honorable Men of GOD 💜 Awesome work, repairs done in 7 days 👍💙 Edited 5/22 to include more info after seeing the disgusting interior (see photos) due to no detailing. They did additional work on my vehicle (see photos with areas circled) with the outrageous out of pocket cost of $2,600. No estimate on costs was provided prior to beginning the work. Even though the body work and time frame of 7 days was great, the lack of interior clean up was disgusting. I was approached in a Sam’s club parking lot by Anthony, the nephew because he saw the damage to my car. That was covered by insurance. I would never, never, never recommend Cowboy Collision to anyone!

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my vehicle to them(Calvin) to get a simple front bumper replaced, ended up taking it 4 different times and still not fixed. After dealing with them and my insurance for almost 2 months I am still without a fixed bumper. They are scammers and try take advantage of women. The final fix was to glue my bumper on which will not hold on this Texas heat. I attached pics of how my bumper is still not repaired.

Absolutely blown away by the service from Anthony and Calvin at Cowboy Collision! My driver’s side rear bumper was damaged, my front bumper had been pulled completely off (which made the underside cover drag every time I hit a puddle), and my headlights were so cloudy that I had to use my brights at night. When I took my car in on a Saturday afternoon, I expected to be without my car for days—but Anthony promised me that they would have my car back, no later than Sunday or Monday. Anthony had everything fixed in under 24 hours! I was blown away!! Anthony replaced the entire rear bumper, resecured and repaired the front bumper, also resecured the cover underneath my car, so it’s solid again, and even restored my headlights to look like new. On top of that, they made sure the repair was not only high-quality, but also affordable. That kind of consideration is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Everyone I dealt with at Cowboy Collision was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind and helpful. They made what could have been a stressful situation quick, easy, and painless. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you need bodywork done fast, affordably, and with real care, Cowboy Collision is the place to go. These guys are the real deal!! Highly, highly recommend!!

After my daughter did several rounds of damage to her Nissan Rogue’s bumper, we finally had to get it fixed. I was looking to find an affordable body shop that could fix it out of pocket and I came across Cowboy Collision. I brought the car by the shop and Calvin and Anthony gave me several options and were very flexible. In the end, we decided to fix everything and go the insurance route. They gave us a discount on our deductible and that helped a lot. Once insurance was finalized, the car was fixed in about 4 days. A really quick turn around. The car looks brand new and my daughter is thrilled. I would definitely recommend Cowboy Collision.

I just want to start by saying I have an older vehicle that my daughter drives so I just want it to be drivable yet presentable. Anthony happened upon my car the day before I was going to take it into a body shop for repair. He offered what I had asked and his quote was far better than the two quotes we had received. We are extremely satisfied with the result. What makes it all better is that he had it ready within days vs the 2-3 weeks we were quoted by others which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
