No way you should go here. They require their customers to sign a no limit agreement to cover storage costs and require you to give them power of attorney to transfer the title of your car if they have a dispute with your insurance. Do not use. You've been warned. Took my car to another place, they did not require these one sided contracts.

Due to a deer playing out in the road, I had to deal with my first ever collision damage on my car. I was extremely scared to choose a place because I wanted to ensure it was done correctly. I hear so many horror stories of other peoples experiences so I was a little worried. Chose Texas Collision Center based off the amazing reviews they received and I have to say everyone was right. They estimated my vehicle to be completed 3-4 weeks, it was completed in 1 week exactly. Austin Mears and the AMAZING receptionist were both amazing and returned my vehicle back in top notch shape. (For future customers just know that they can only go as fast as the suppliers are with shipping parts which is not their fault)

After Crash Champions Collision Repair (formerly known as Service King) of Little Elm, refused to honor the lifetime service agreement on repairs that had been done on my 2016 Toyota Camry LE, I was forced to find another repair shop. I came across Texas Collision Center on Custer Road in McKinney. The experience at Texas Collision Center was excellent from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. They completed the repair quickly, and the quality of their work was outstanding—my car looks brand new again! The pricing was fair, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both honest and detail-oriented, but Texas Collision Center definitely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or collision repair.

Took my new baby in for a door ding. 3.5 weeks of hell for a door ding! Dropped it off in valet mode after discussing it with the service person. Three random calls from strangers asking for my pin code to turn off the valet. Manager Henry didn't respond. Jl called in my car. They tripped my chip tuner, messed with electrical and reset the programmer. Reset the computer and disabled the valet mode on their own. Must've been hours of work to bypass my programmer, but they couldn't fix the door ding. Priorities are not their strong suit. They also moved my tachometer wiring in the dash for the rear fender door ding? Tachometer was ripped off dash and needs to be reattached. 1st time picking it up we found a minimum of 20 paint errors and they had used an orbital on the entire car. The car has swirl marks now on the whole vehicle. New scratch near the hood and the pin strip was torn. Car was not picked up. They repainted and wet sanded the hell out of the finish removing all of the ceramic coating. They didn't replace that. Swirl mark look better, but how much paint did they sand off? Oh and they didn't even wax it. Went back and they had not fixed the ding properly and it went back to be painted again. Today, I went up and they had ripped the pin strip on the other side, the paint is not a perfect match and you can definitely tell the metal was way overworked for the door ding. I also pointed out watersports on the trunk and hood that are somehow part of the paint? Anthony just shrugged. I've been without a car for almost a month for a door ding. They refused to make me happy before I took delivery of the car. So I am doing all I can to save all my friends, family, followers, companies and everyone in NTR from making the same mistake. GEICO sucks, USAA is the only way to go, and do not under any circumstances let the Texas collision take possession of you vehicle. There is a caliber collision in the parking lot. They redid my daughter's entire front end on her car in less time and it is perfect. Well worth the wait to avoid Texas collision. The manager is gone and Anthony is filling in. They had no interest in doing it right. Any lawyers that want to help with this, hit me up. It's either I have no car or I accept a car they screwed up. That's not fair for consumers. It should be illegal i wouldn't have reviewed them like this if the water spots were fixed, they replaced the ceramic coating and actually cleaned the car. Ridiculous! Since leaving the review they keep calling and want 5 stars, but won't fix the car. They are also closed every time I call. The management wants me to go away and isn't fixing the problem. I added the inside of the door that they scratched up trying to to move the door instead of fixing the fender. You can also see the pics of the screwups they tried to give me the first time. I have way more pictures for lawyers interested as well as recorded calls from the shop while they were admitting to doing electrical work and messing with the door instead of working on the door ding. This was a new car. They junked it.

Two words: efficient and excellent work. My car wasn't the most damaged car they have ever taken in...but they treated me like it was. They obviously put a lot of care in repairing it and did it in less time I was orginally quoted. They not only detailed it and made it look great on the outside and inside...but I actually think they filled it up with gas as well (*not sure though). Great job Texas Collision Centers!

Texas collision did a great job on my 2011 F150. Got rear ended and my bumper and tailgate was damaged. I wish the rest of my truck looked that new. They were ahead of schedule by 2 1/2 weeks.
