They did a great job fixing the hail damage on my Chevy Silverado(mostly on my hood and top of truck but a few other areas also). Looks like a brand new truck again. Scheduling was quick and I got my vehicle back in less than 2 days. Customer service was also very good. Would definitely recommend and take my vehicle back if I need to in the future. 👍

I have used Dent Tech since the big hail storm in 2016. We had two cars that received quite a bit of damage because of the hail. We took the first car to a local dealership as instructed by our insurance company for estimate and to the schedule repair. It was a terrible experience they actually damaged our rear bumper (backed it into another car on the repair lot and left a plate indention) and then tried to pass it back to us damaged. I'm lucky I had taken photos of my car when I dropped off. I had to get USAA involved but after a couple months I got the car back. When it was time to take the second car I REFUSED to use the dealership again. I found Dent Tech driving down Plano Parkway and decided to call. Wow! they were great from the very first interaction with the employees to the quality of repairs. They were fast and took very good care of my car. I continued to use them anytime I get any door dings. I have referred several friends and co workers over the years. All very please with the service received. I can highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Steve is the owner and just fixed two dings in my Audi passenger door this morning. The door looks amazing like new again. Another job well done. Thank you Steve!!

I believe the man I spoke and dealt with was the owner. He was kind, helpful, and treated me the way my dad would hope for. When picking up my car my dad brought his Denali Sierra, he gave my dad a very accurate quote and realistic expectation of what work could be done on the bumper of his truck. The honesty was much appreciated and the work done on my car was exceptional and flawless. I’d recommend their paint-less dent repair services to anyone!

Ok let me start out by saying if I could give this business 6 or 7 or even 10 stars I would. Just top notch all around. Highly recommend for dent repair and removal. My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing. I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local. And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician! The quote was super reasonable and the proof is in the pudding of my photos. I went in thinking I hope it can be just not a eyesore and left with a spring in my step and no sign of the truly despicable and evil dent. Again, Steve was honest, fair, upfront, and a true professional. Highly highly recommend.

Steve and his team of professionals took a challenging dent in my door panel and made it disappear. Not only was Dent Tech professional, highly qualified but courteous, friendly and very reasonably priced. The competition wanted to drill holes in my door to access the dent. Steve and his team said "we can take the door off and work on it, reinstall the door and be good as new". Wow!!! Take all your PDR to Dent Tech. And... you're welcome! I recently had Kenny remove some dents from a passenger door and quarter panel on my Mercedes GLC SUV. Scheduling was easy as well as rescheduling around the winter storm we had. I brought my Silverado here after someone hit the bed with their side mirror. I was worried it would not be repairable. My truck also had faded paint and lots of country scratches and paint chips. The results blew me away. The truck looks brand new after dent repair, paint correction headlight restoration and ceramic coat!! I brought my wifes Camaro after seeing the results. These people are great at what they do!!
