Originally I would have given this company 5 stars because they use to service my area and now do not. But that isn’t even the issue, the problem is that they called me back and told me they found a company that would and would show up from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. I waited and no one showed up. I then called again because they didn’t show up. They scheduled me with a different company and again after waiting for them to show up they didn’t show up again. I called again and Ian who was really kind told me to come to Firestone because they set up for me to get and oils change with them. I get to the Firestone and they didn’t tell them what fleet company it was and nor did they give me the information. I called and have been on hold for 16 minutes and then someone answered. They proceeded to tell me someone would call me back later as I am sitting here at the Firestone to get my scheduled oil change. I told him I needed to speak to a manager now because I am here trying to get my oil’s change and I just need the name of the fleet company. In the middle of me saying this the gentleman just transferred me back into the q. I have now been on how for an additional 20 minutes and still no answer. I would not recommend getting any service with this ridiculous company. Going on 3 weeks waiting to just get my prepaid oils changes with this company.

We scheduled an appointment for the mechanic to change our brake caliper. Without even showing up they determined they cannot work on our vehicle and they cancelled our appointment and still charged us the $150 cancellation fee. Do not use them they are scammers

If I could 0 stars I would! My friends uncle hired this pathetic company as a mobile auto mechanic to install a fuel pump and parts on his vehicle. He paid over $500 in full for these services. Unfortunately, the mechanic did not complete the work as agreed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the services remained unfinished, leaving his vehicle inoperable and causing significant inconvenience. When he requested a refund for the incomplete services, his request was refused without explanation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMMERS!

Made an appointment a week in advance, and they rescheduled twice and cancelled the appointment all in the same day due to "unforeseen circumstances." I had to reach out when the mechanic never showed up, as there was zero communication. They talk about having a policy for cancellation fees to respect the mechanic's time, but they very obviously don't respect yours. All in all, very sketchy, wouldn't recommend. And to the response from the company, I have screenshots and emails to back up my review. If this truly isn't your company, then there's another company with your name scamming people. Might be something you want to look into, since it's reflecting badly.

I hired Your Mechanic On Call to fix an oil leak on my vehicle. Before their mechanic worked on it, my car ran fine aside from the leak. The mechanic told me I needed an oil pressure switch, an alternator, and a belt. He also said I didn’t technically need the alternator at the moment since I wasn’t having battery problems, so I decided to wait on replacing it. After the service was finished, my car would not accelerate past 20 mph, struggled to start, and all dashboard lights came on. At that point, he suddenly said it was my alternator, even though I am still not having battery problems at all. I can’t help but feel like he was trying to get his money for the alternator. I have had three separate inspections including AutoZone, and all confirmed my alternator is fine even after cleaning the oil. These issues started only after their repair. I also have security camera footage with audio of the entire service and proof of cash payment. I have reached out to both the company the mechanic for a resolution, but have not received any clear plan to fix the damage caused. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience

Infuriated and disappointed with this company that I’ve trusted for two years. I had an appointment scheduled for 09/21, between 5:30 and 7:30 PM after two previous cancellations. Each cancellation has been an inconvenience, and now, I’m faced with a new issue. After all the hassle, I noticed they added hundreds of dollars to my existing appointment without a reasonable explanation. I find this unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer, and to be charged for a service that was canceled twice is beyond frustrating. I was previously given a $100 discount for the troubles, but it seems that discount doesn’t even matter anymore, given the updated total in the text message I received. My initial price was $354.75 and jumped to $664.84 FOR THE SAME SERVICE! The new price was sent to me after business hours, with no way to speak with anyone regarding their update....SHADY!!! This feels like shady business practices at best, and collectively.I’ve reached a breaking point. It’s hard to believe that a company would treat a long-standing customer this way. I expected better communication and transparency regarding the charges. It’s disheartening to see that my loyalty has not been recognized or valued. They were not willing to do anything for the inconvenience and it's shameful! I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!! I will not continue supporting this business! They do not respect your time or investment, and do not hold themselves accountable for their errors/mistakes. No resolution and having to start over finding a new mechanic. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!😡
