Spectacular experience, their team works best when you order parts in advance upon scheduling a appointment. I dropped my car off in the morning when they opened, and the knocked it out a axel replacement on my fj cruiser in under 4hrs. Would recommend them to anyone. I have taken two of my vehicles here for performance upgrades and not only was the work done quickly and efficiently, but the cost was quite fair. John (owner) is not only really helpful and knowledgable, but he is very honest as well. I had some questions about additional upgrades and instead of just telling me to get the parts and they would install them, he advised me what would actually be of benefit or not. Appointment scheduling is simple and efficient, work is quality, and staff are extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone needing repair or upgrades!

Been using these guys for well over a year now for my Chevy Avalanche. Highly recommend them for all ur vehicles needs! They r always super patient and accommodating and do great work. Having an older truck, there is always something going on with it , it seems, and I will bring it to John EVERY time bc he is honest and stands behind his work. I truly appreciate these guys. I have a 1978 Chevy c20 that’s been to a lot of shops in the last two years and I can say without a doubt I’ve never been to a better one than this. These guys are detailed, friendly, did an amazing job and did it quick. John the owner is dedicated to his craft and the guys he’s got around him look happy to be there which is not common in today’s world. 10 out of 10 would recommend and this will be the shop I go to for the many many upgrades and improvements I plan on doing.

Oh wow! I was happy to find a small business doing mechanical work in my area, but John and Rudy at Elite Performance went above and beyond. I was scheduled for a 100,000 mile inspection on my 2015 Honda Civic. John, the owner, met me and started the work right away at the beginning of my appointment. He and Rudy who also worked on the car checked with me at each step. I expected to be there most of the day, but they finished in less than three hours and the total price was less than the estimate. They also honored their flyer discounts for both the mechanical work and the oil change. These people treat you like a neighbor. I trust their honesty and the quality of their work. A nice touch was the clean, comfortable waiting room with WIFI so I could work while I waiting. This is the place to go.

I took my son‘s car here for the water pump to be replaced. However, the serpentine belt popped and the car ran hot again. I had to have my son‘s car tow all the way from Houston back here because he goes to school in the area. When I contacted the owner John about the issue, he told me to utilize the warranty company they had in place when I spoke with them they stated they didn’t have any service providers in the area. When I got the car towed back here, the tow truck driver informed me that it was my water pump because he saw the serpentine belt under the car. I contacted John the owner about the issue and he began to argue with me and stated that they didn’t even do the water pump repair although I was reading off of the. Once he finally reviewed the receipt and acknowledge that I had the water pump replaced or I brought the car for the water pump He stated that they didn’t touch the serpentine belt. However, you can’t fix the water pump without replacing the serpentine belt. I’m not sure if the car was even prepared and they kept the car for over a week. Don’t waste your money.

John, the owner and master technician, was honest and professional, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They explained the diagnostic code, parts, and labor cost upfront before proceeding with anything. I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM, was told it would be ready by 3:00 PM, and received a text message exactly at 3:00 when it was ready. Took my car to get brake lines replaced - hard and flexible. Driving the car around, the rear calipers came loose. Getting the car home, after fixing it in a parking lot after work, the front calipers were hand tightened and loose. Pictures reflect the rear caliper loosing a bolt and show the caliper grinding against the wheel with 0 tolerance. Third picture shows the missing caliper bracket bolt that came loose from simply driving the vehicle. Also, I had a pair of fenders flanges stored in the car, that when the was returned they were not in the car. Would not recommend.
