All I have to say is if you go here for some repairs make sure you get Staci Hunt as your service advisor. She is outstanding, very professional, courteous, nice, and was always in contact with me on the progress of my Subaru. When I was able to pick up my car I noticed a small blemish on the front bumper, so she dropped everything she was doing and came out and got down on her knees and buffed it out. I can’t say enough how helpful she was during the whole process, I highly recommend using Caliber Collision on 9983 W. University Dr. in McKinney.

Caliber has the best customer service that I’ve experienced in years. I’ve used twice, once for an actual body repair after a collision and then I just stopped in to ask a question about how to get some scratches out. They had my car for about two weeks for the collision repair and they kept me updated every step of the way and treated me as if I had been coming there for years. When I just popped in to ask a question about the scratches not only did they take the time to look at my car but buffed the scratches out right then and there, no charge. The two techs, Cameron and I think Don, were professional and happy to help. Best service ever.

I was skeptical at first in thinking I would be able to see imperfections in the repair, however, I am blown away in quality of work they performed. The vehicle looks to be a factory finish. My truck had a considerable amount of damage from a recent hail storm, and Caliber took on the work to get it back to it's almost new state and better. Rodney did a great job keeping me informed through the process and the truck was back within a month. With the extensive damage, I expected to find issues that I would need to have redone or fixed, but there were only minor, easily missed things that Bryan and Rodney made sure were taken care of within 24 hours. They exceeded my expectations, and are certainly better than the pop-up "body shops" that crawl out after big storms and aren't fully qualified to do this level of repairs. I'm reading neighbors' horror stories from using these sketchy places, and I am glad I trusted Caliber with my repairs.

The entire staff at the McKinney 380 office was incredible. They regularly communicated with me. Promptly shared all changes and updates with my car. Helped me seamlessly manage the rental car that I used because of my accident and even stayed late to ensure I couId pick up my car after work. They were kind, accommodating, and met the timeframe we discussed. The exceeded my expectations. They made a difficult accident situation a lot less stressful.

Warning…….I took my car to **Caliber Collision on University Drive in McKinney after an accident, and this has been one of the worst auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. First, they did not finish my car on time. The repair took over 40 days, and because of the delay, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car, which cost me money that should not have been my responsibility. Second, the repair itself should never have happened. The estimate was over $17,000, while my car was worth about $18,000 at the time. Third, the quality of work is completely unacceptable. After getting my car back: • My front license plate fell off • The front bumper side flares are loose • The fender is misaligned • The grille/display is falling inward • I am still dealing with mechanical issues The car is literally falling apart. I have contacted them multiple times under their so-called warranty. Every time, I’m told the same excuses: the manager (Brian) is not available, he’s out, parts are on order, or they are too busy. They keep saying they’ll fix it, but nothing ever gets resolved. This has been ongoing back and forth with no accountability and no real solution. Do not take your car here. If you care about your safety, time, and money, take your vehicle to another shop. I deeply regret trusting Caliber Collision with my car.

Very disappointed with Caliber Collision, which was in-network with my insurance. I dropped off my car for accident repairs with fully working headlights and no starting or battery issues. I picked up the vehicle during the daytime, so I didn’t immediately notice that both headlights had failed. I also have dashcam footage confirming the headlights were working before drop-off. When I contacted the shop the next day, they replaced the bulbs but never explained how both headlights failed at the same time. I then didn’t drive the car for about two days. After that, the vehicle began having battery issues., it wouldn’t start, needed to be jump-started, and wouldn’t hold a charge. I ultimately had to replace the battery myself. The fact that headlight failures and battery problems appeared shortly after repairs raises serious concerns about workmanship and quality control. I strongly recommend documenting everything and thoroughly checking your vehicle before and after repairs if you use this shop. Edit on 02/11/2026 : I emailed the community manager as requested by the owner and guess what “ nothing happened”. It is just a waste of my time.

Fantastic service! I was referred to this location by a friend who highly recommended them. I took my car for an estimate for insurance. While I did not get it repaired since insurance deemed it a total loss, the service I experienced as top-notch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They helped coordinate the rental car from Enterprise who picked me up when I dropped off my car. John Guajardo was my service advisor and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He set my expectations that it could be a total loss, but he was not prepared to make that decision yet. He stayed in communication with me so I knew exactly where my car was in the process. Even though insurance deemed it a total loss, his evaluation of the condition of my car reported to insurance helped me secure a good payout which took the sting off of buying another car. John also helped me get all of my belongings out of my car, removed my toll tag and license plate for me. If this is the service I received when I only got an estimate, I can only imagine how good the service for repairs would be!

I went in for an estimate to repair a 1/4 panel broken/loose trim piece on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (before and after photos attached). Rodney took a look, said, "give me a few minutes", then had Mike, one of the repair techs, replace the broken connectors and buff out the scratch in the clear coat half way down the door in five minutes.
