Brad and Blake not only put me in the vehicle I wanted and needed for my family of six, but they also treated me like family. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything aligned with what I needed, especially with the holidays around the corner. They truly made me feel like family rather than just a client. I’ll forever be a customer and will definitely recommend this location

I've been a customer for over 10 years and currently own 4 Ram pickups, all of which have been serviced at Dodge City. I dropped off my "OG" 2014 Ram 1500 to have the blower motor replaced and was told it would be $450 for the motor and $250 for 2 hours of labor. Imagine my surprise when I get the text message this morning that it will cost $1021.00 for the work. I spoke with Luke and he dropped the price back down and apologized for the confusion. I was told that the person who gave me the estimate, "didn't know what they were talking about." Why you have people answering the phones and giving quotes that "don't know what they are talking about" is not a good look. I've become increasingly frustrated with the service over the past couple of years. Not sure what is going on but the lack of qualified people working the phones and the service drive is on the increase.

Joseph was excellent and very accommodating... he has given us the best car buying experience that we have ever had. The finance gentleman was also very friendly and made the process a great experience. It was the first time we have been to a dealership that made us feel not pressured and valued! We have found our place to buy any vehicles from this point forward. Joseph and your team will be recommended by us to all we know!!!!

From the moment my wife and I walked in, Sam treated us like family, not customers. There was absolutely zero pressure, just genuine care, patience, and kindness. He took the time to listen, educate, and make sure every single detail was handled perfectly. Sam is the definition of professionalism and integrity. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just making a sale. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question with confidence and honesty, and made what’s normally a stressful process feel completely effortless and exciting. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life, but this experience stands above every single one of them. Sam went above and beyond for us in every way, and I’ll never go anywhere else after this. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you right, respect your time, and make sure you drive away happy, ask for Sam. He’s the real deal.

I took a recently purchased car at this location for an oil change so that they would advise me the recommended services. I took it back after it was completed. I was told that no service was advised at that point. 2 months later while doing a tire rotation at another shop, they showed me the completely depleted brake pads! Rear pads clippers were locked due to 0% remaining. Is there anything else more important than brakes of a vehicle?

Dropped my Jeep off for service and to patch a tire from picking up a screw on a road trip. Mason was helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me up in the loop on apt progress. Thankful for a smooth unexpected visit. Easy to book the apt on-line and plenty of open time spots. Thank you Mason and Team!

Good fortune and a kind heart lead me into a position to help a wonderful young woman who was in dire need. The trouble was that I’m in Tennessee; she was in Georgia. She had made online friends, the first real friends she had ever had. She needed to get out of Georgia. They were in Texas so I sent her there, helped her get a place to live and all was well EXCEPT she needed wheels in order to find a job. Being new in town, inexperienced, and shy to boot she couldn’t find one that I could afford. Her comfort zone only extended to Facebook marketplace searches which tends to offer a lot of fraud when it comes to vehicles. So I took control, found the Dodge dealership on Safari and called. I asked for a salesman and was put through to Sam Hall. What a blessing that connection has come to be. I explained the situation to him and found him surprisingly empathetic. He told me that he has 5 kids himself and had nurtured them all through similar situations. He gave me his cell phone number and promised to help me help her. He had one vehicle that was perfect and even agreed to take it to her to test drive. But being shy I couldn’t get her to call him. That car sold but in a few days he had another. It took quite a lot of persuasion but they finally connected. She loved the car and surprisingly she loved Sam. She had never before driven on an interstate highway. On the test drive Sam coached her through that fear. This was remarkable enough but Sam’s service to us had only just begun. He put me through to Dodge City’s Finance Manager, William Flores, a very competent man who walked me through the complexities of buying a Tennessee car in Texas, laws titles, tags, insurance and such. In a couple of days she had a 2018 Malibu with 130k miles. Five hours later it was dead. The breaks had locked up. She didn’t call me. She called Sam. 10 pm. He went and got her and took her home. Then he had the car towed back to the dealership. Then he put her in a rental car. A couple of days later the Dodge City mechanics determined that there was a leak in a vacuum hose in the break system, a rare disorder that was missed in the 30 point inspection Dodge had done on the car. It took several days to repair but Sam was with us keeping us informed all the way. Texas doesn’t have a “Lemon Law”. I’d bought a “Pre-owned Vehicle”, aka a “Used Car” along with all it’s benefits and foibles. Neither Sam nor Dodge City was obligated to help us at all. They didn’t have to do any of this. Yet they did. The debacle didn’t cost me a penny. It’s hard to explain how grateful I am to Sam and Dodge City. I’m from out of state. I’ll never buy from them again. I have no local influence to pass business their way. I’m supporting a penniless young woman who likewise has little local influence or power. Nevertheless they went far beyond the call of duty for us. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I asked her yesterday, “How’s the car doing?” She answered “She’s perfect.”

Maybe it was the Holiday Spirit... but my buying experience was the best I've had. Set appointment online. Showed up. The sales person and finance guy both played their part very well. It's a state of the art facility with an atmosphere i could live in. Thank you Dodge City! I will be returning for my next purchase

I took my truck into there service shop stated that the diagnostic fee wasn’t enough to cover diagnostics. The took the cross member and oil pan off stated that the rod bearings were contaminated and that engine would have to be replaced for $1329.00 I did have an extend warranty that did not cover the engine. The quote to replace the engine was around $11000. Not including the 1329. So I decided once I was able to get the money to move it to another shop where the engine would be only 7500 installed out the door. So I get the truck out of the shop send it over to the other mechanic. 1st the cross member was never reinstalled on the truck. 2nd the oil pan was still loose. The dealership knew I wasn’t having the work completed by them for almost a month. 3rd To find that it runs just fine and practically needed a tune up and a clean out. I have driven the truck over 500 miles with no issues. Went to the dealership with the truck where the stated that they diagnosed the truck properly and the service manger really had nothing to say he was more bothered that I was asking questions. Then had to get the shop Forman to answer the questions

this didn’t feel like your typical car dealership! when i tell you this felt so comfortable & it was just a smooth process. it was so easy to talk to my car rep samuel hall! when i say samuel is by far the sweetest genuine kind hearted i’ve met in awhile… please request him! he will be fully transparent with you throughout the whole process. no gimmicks or ticks AT ALL! al flores was our financial advisor & when i say after samuel & then al flores it was just a breath of fresh air. i normally dislike everything about going into dealerships & dealing with the nonsense. i walked out happy with my purchase & im STILL happy! this dealership treats you like family! i’ll definitely come back for the rest of my car purchases to this dealership regardless if it’s an hour away.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tanner for making a stressful situation so much easier. From the very first phone call before my car had even arrived from Meineke, he was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Tanner’s customer service was truly outstanding he was informative without ever being rushed, kind without being pushy, and genuinely focused on getting my car taken care of the right way. His communication and professionalism made my entire experience smooth, and I appreciated how respectful and reassuring he was throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, patience, and great energy the way Tanner does. I’m really grateful for the level of care he provided. If you’re needing service, ask for Tanner he will definitely take care of you! A BIG THANK YOU TANNER FROM MS. JACKSON!!!!!

Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life! . I looked at my soon to be truck that I picked our online. The salesman, Samuel Hall, answered all my questions and I introduced me the general manager. The GM Lee Rodriquez was phenomenal. I told him what i was willing to pay and he worked hard to meet it without any gamesmanship. The next day, i came in to fill out paperwork and pickup the truck. It was fully cleaned, fueled and ready. I can’t believe I was in and out in less than hour. Outstanding to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, just exceptional customer service and a genuine focus on building a relationship rather than simply making a sale. Every person I interacted with truly embodied this approach. Samuel Hall, my sales rep, is one of the most genuine people I’ve met and consistently went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. He was prompt, thorough, and transparent in answering every question, always making sure I had all the information I needed. When he says he’s going to do his best to take care of you, he truly means it. The clarity, comfort, and peace of mind I had throughout the entire process were because of him, and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase.

In my opinion you should avoid this service department at all costs unless you are just wanting to be scammed. I received an error message on my truck saying the air suspension needed service or repair immediately. I called to see if I can schedule a time for them to look at it and was told no it is first in first out so come drop it off and it should be about 3 to 5 days and it is a non refundable $250 diagnostic fee. (This should have been my first sign to run away but I am apparently a little slow.) This was on a Monday, I called on Friday asking for an update and they just said a technician is working on it. Next week I am told the same story on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then finally Thursday morning I get the quote and there is 7 items that are recommended. 1st) the air suspension they recommend replacing the whole back set up. Both air bag, and the compressor. They are charging $4,009. 2nd) Alignment for $189. This is interesting since I just had the truck realigned less than 90 days ago. 3rd) Exhaust manifold replacement $1,216. (I had no issues or error codes from this) 4th) Spark plug replacement $829 (I had no issues or error codes from this) 5th) Fuel induction service $329 6th) Brake flush $229 (I had all my brake pads changed and brake fluid flushed at the same time I had it realigned which was less than 90 days ago.) 7th) Engine air filter $99 I took this to Integrity automotive Thursday afternoon after I payed my $250 non refundable diagnostic fee and told them nothing about the diagnostic from the dealership. They ordered all the parts to replace the air suspension on the spot and said they will return whatever is not needed and quoted $1100-$1200 to replace both airbags and the lines. That included taxes and everything it was the out the door price. They said if the compressor was bad it would be $2,048 for everything out the door. They called me this morning and said the compressor was fine but there is a leak on the rear drivers side air bag and they should have it done by Tuesday. So in less than 1 week they diagnosed the problem for FREE and will fix it for what I guess will be 25% of the cost Dodge City quoted me for that one item. Plus they didn't try and scam for me other unnecessary repairs or services. **** UPDATE Here is the final review of my repair experience. 2/9/26 - I dropped my truck off with Dodge City of McKinney around 1pm for the diagnostic. 2/16/26 - I get a text message asking if I would be interested in getting a quote to buy my truck pending final inspection. 2/19/26 - I finally get my diagnostic report and quote for right around $6,900. I pay the $250 non refundable diagnostic fee and leave unhappy. 2/19/26 - I take my truck over to Integrity Automotive and ask them to diagnose my truck. I do not tell them anything about what Dodge City said or quoted. I want to compare the quotes. 2/25/26 - I get a call in the morning telling me my truck is fixed and ready to go. I asked them how much I owe for the repair and he said I owe them $0. That is correct they did it for free and I have never been there before in my life. The mechanic didn't feel right charging me anything because he didn't really do anything. He said he put tape on the wheels over the weekend to see which side airbag or line is leaking, when he came back Monday the rear drivers side was sagging a little lower than the others. He sprayed some soapy water on the line and airbag and there was no leak and the truck was holding pressure. When he hooked the truck up to the computer the error code he was getting was for the truck not leveling out. His best guess was I might have had some moisture in there during the last freeze and it lost configuration. So he reset and reconfigured it, and then test drove it and the error code was gone and everything was working fine. I personally would love to hear Dodge City's response to these drastically different repair quotes and how they can justify it. Regardless I don't think I will ever use them again.

This review is written as guidance for future customers and as a reminder of how people should treat one another, especially during difficult moments. When my Jeep that I bought here 8 years ago broke down in Dec 2025 and was towed to this dealership, I was already under financial and emotional stress. In that situation, kindness and professionalism matter more than titles. I want to recognize Chris, the service advisor, who treated me with patience, respect, and humanity. He listened, explained things clearly, and showed compassion. That is how a human being should behave. Unfortunately, my interaction with the general management was the opposite. During a discussion about teardown charges and repair options, the General Manager (the owner’s son) walked away mid-conversation without explanation. No resolution, no courtesy, and no accountability. That moment spoke louder than words. I was charged $900 teardown fee before releasing my Jeep to be towed again to an independent shop, while being presented with repair costs nearly double those of independent mechanics. I also learned that a so-called “free warranty” they give you when you buy your car here included conditions and a mandatory 5-year inspection that were never clearly explained at the time of purchase, and that teardown fees of up to $1,200 could apply even if a claim were approved. Titles do not place anyone above responsibility, and authority does not excuse a lack of respect. How we treat people when they are vulnerable reveals our true character. I believe in accountability, humility, and faith — and I believe no one is above God. My hope is that this experience serves as guidance, not only for customers, but for leadership. Please ask detailed questions about warranties, inspections, teardown fees, and repair pricing before doing business here. Again, thank you to Chris for acting with integrity. I hope management reflects on how much that matters.

Wanted to shout out the team here for a great experience! Sam was awesome from the time I called for info, until the time we drove off in our new ride. He gave us the best overall buying experience by far. Never had to pass us around to a sales manager or any of that noise. Didn’t try to haggle us. We got a great deal and had no hassle. James in finance also awesome and very pleasurable! Even when our toddler was being a bit wild.

Had a great purchasing experience with Roberto. No pressure, nobody following me around the lot trying to push the sale of one product or another, just a salesman that was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted and he located it in the lot quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the experience!
