Friendly, professional, on time, communicative, and they did an excellent job with much better prices than Safelite. It's worth noting that before you get a quote on replacing the windshield, check to confirm if your windshield has any technology in it such as cameras or sensors. These folks care about getting the job done right and want to make sure you get an exact replacement, so if they discover your windshield has something like a camera or sensors in it, they may need to get a different windshield that exactly matches what you have and the quote will have to be updated. This wasn't the case for my car as my windshield doesn't have any of that, but this is a misunderstanding that comes up from time to time with auto glass repair businesses.

Really glad I found these guys. I needed my front windshield replaced, so I called around a few places to check prices and service times. Fantastic and responsive service. They were accommodating and found time the next day for an appointment. They even provided a shuttle service back to my home after i dropped off the truck. And they were kind enough to drop the vehicle off at my home so i did not need to coordinate a ride back. This went through my insurance's glass coverage and was seamless here as well since they were a recommended installer already. They re calibrated the driver assist on my 2019 Ford given the new windshield and it works perfect. This was a great experience and highly recommend this team in McKinney.

I expected a windshield replacement to be $500 - so I was very pleased to find this price to be half that! And on top of that, they come to my house and replace it there? What's not to love! Only took them about 30 mins. I called on a Friday, and they had free time on the following Monday. Yes, the Groupon is kind of a pain, but ultimately worth a few minutes if it saves me $90 (The Groupon cost $11 with tax)

I had a huge crack in the windshield of my Jeep. I got quotes from 4 or 5 local auto glass shops. The response from A+ Freedom was very fast and they definitely gave me the best rate. Other companies would give me a price and then they would tack a "glass recycling fee" of $40-$60 on top of what I was going to have to pay for the windshield. A+ Freedom didn't do that. They quoted me their price and told me what it would be with tax included, and that is exactly what I ended up paying. I very much appreciate a no-nonsense, straightforward company! They got me scheduled for the next day, arrived on time, and were in and out in about 20 minutes! The guys that came out were very polite and professional. Hopefully it'll be a long time before I need a new windshield, but I am definitely adding their phone number to my contacts list. I highly recommend this business!

Such a great experience. I was so not looking forward to getting my windshield replaced and didn't want to go thru my insurance. Gave Shawn my VIN and he texted me right back with a quote and could get me in the next morning at 9 am. It took less then 45 mins and was cheaper then paying my out of pocket deductible and was a lot less then car dealership and big name auto glass places I had quotes at. Talk about FAST & RELIABLE service! I sent Shawn an email around 6am. He & his brother came to my job a few hrs later completed my complete windshield replacement in less than 30 mins! Not only was Shawn fast but he beat out 3 competitors pricing and was so professional. He was nice enough to replace my windshield wipers that I had for no extra cost! Even gave my co-worker a quote for her windshield replacement right after he completed my service.
