Horrible! Rude and very unprofessional I utilized a voucher from Groupon explained to the gentleman initiating my oil change that I’ve recently had a tremendous loss in my family so money has been scarce..he then proceeds to come back after my oil change and tell me that the filter was not included and asked for $15 in the nastiest way! Yes, I can admit to not being clear on the voucher in depth however, the employee could have been more empathetic and also made it clear to me before he started since I was courteous enough to advise I had a voucher. Simple communication could’ve fixed the entire interaction..I am big on it’s not what you say but how you say it!

I received the best service, Chris was able to explain what was needed when l came in to get an oil change. My brake fluid was filthy and my engine air filter was filthy as well. He showed me the amount out filth that was billed up and was able to offer a discount. I have found a Néw neighborhood friend automotive repair company. I HIGHLY recommend Chis and his team to service your vehicles.

Came in for an inspection. They did it very quickly, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and even topped off my wiper and brake fluid. Great service!

I needed new brake pads and rotors, and have been overcharged before, so I did some research before coming here after leaving another shop earlier today. I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done I'm definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!

My experience with an oil change at this location: It's an okay place. First come first serve. No appts taken. Family owned business and not a chain. Filters are charged in addition to the oil change price which they do tell you up front about and was in the fine print I missed which was my own reason for the surprise. Just most places I've been to include the price of the oil filter even in their Groupons (and 5qt of oil which they also do). Only the disposal fee is extra at previous places I've been to. They say it's $20 for the circular cardboard fan filter and $10 for the metal encased filter. They said it's because of inflation and Groupon fees. Mine was supposed to be $20 but they discounted to $15. Personally I can find an "ultra synthetic" oil filter from Walmart at $11 and this is end-consumer prices without any bulk order supplier deals. Otherwise, it's a clean new looking place other than the shredded waiting area chairs. Prompt with the oil change. Kind of randomly located off the highway with nothing else around. Personally, I don't anticipate coming back here.

I had to get my emissions tested on my car and the guy was so very nice! The engine light had been on and I had my car fixed but I had driven it far enough I guess for the computer to reset itself in my car. So I paid for the emissions check and he told me I could bring it back and he would do it again. Very very nice man. I am elderly and disabled and sometimes the simplest things are hard for me to do. I had a gallon of windshield washer Solution on my front seat and I asked him if he would mind putting it in for me and he very kindly did it and didn't charge me.

Dishonest and not transparent, that’s all I can say. My vehicle is AWD and on bill they wrote 2 WD and performed only 2 wheel alignment even though agreed on 4 wheel. But I found it after a month when my car new tires tread started wearing out. Please dont use groupon coupon and have in writing quote before you ask for any job. I still have the groupon coupon picture for $40 bucks 4WD, please ask extra $10 but be honest and let customer know about it.

Mr. Curtis at Express Lube on Central Expressway in McKinney was so attentive, thorough, efficient and straightforward when I asked questions about my car in reference to what synthetic oil is supposed to do for my car’s engine and longevity. Every question I asked…he gave me an honest answer & never tried to upsell me on something I did not need..!! I’m blessed to have met someone that’s honest & pleasant to work with that’s a down to earth professional in the auto repair business. Go and ask for Mr. Curtis for 5 Star Service when it comes to your vehicle.

I have never been here. Was looking to come here for an alignment, but not only are the reviews alarming.. the responses from the company are unprofessional and uncalled for. So just stopping in to say your presentation of your company and reviews matter. And the issues seem to be with Groupons. So if you treat people like scum and don’t like the Groupons, don’t have them as an option to buy?

I recently purchased a Groupon for an full synthetic oil change on November 7th. Per the Groupon, their original oil change price is $79.99, which in my experience is pretty average for a full synthetic oil change. I purchased the Groupon for $42.92. I called on November 14th to schedule an appointment. I was told by the employee on the phone “to just come whenever”. I arrive to the shop the next day on November 15th around 2:05pm. Curtis, the technician, took my keys and began working on my car around 2:15pm. I had no issues while they were working on my car. Curtis even showed me where I had two nails in my tire and showed me that my CV axle was leaking, thank you for that. My issue came afterwards, when it was time for me to check out. When it was time to check out, I was charged an additional $21.22 (14.99 for the oil filter and 4.99 for oil disposal). So in theory, I paid $42.92 just for my old oil to be drained and new oil to be put back into my car. I drive a 2015 Toyota RAV 4 and usually go to the dealership for my oil changes. However, once in a while when I come across a deal, I will buy that deal to support that business. In all my times getting oil changes, I have NEVER been charge an additional fee for the filter or for disposal of the oil. This SHOULD and HAS alway been included in the overall price. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner and asked why I was being charged additional I was told because I had a “specialty” filter. Once again, I have never been charged additional for an oil filter. The filter has always been included in the price no matter the type of filter “I have”. After a few moments of going back-and-forth with the owner he removed the $14.99 and stated “I’m not going to get rich off your $14.99” and “to make you happy”. I want to make it very clear, that this is not about the money. I felt that this was very dishonest and deceitful to charge someone additional to what they have already paid. Even after he removed the $14.99, he still tried to charge me the $4.99 for the disposal of the oil. I asked him if he had change for a $50 bill and the then told me “to have a nice day”. Throughout us going back and forth, he stated that he changed his oil change prices from $80 to $54.88 to reflect the additional charges. This is probably a sell technique, but in my opinion, this is very deceptive. If you’re going to charge someone additional fees at the end of their visit, you might as well include that in the overall price. This is very deceptive to have customers thinking that they’re going to be paying one price, just to find out they’re gonna be paying another. And to reiterate, it’s not about the money and having to pay an addition $20 but rather about the principal of the situation. I have been an avid Groupon user since 2014 and I have never had to pay anything additional outside of the Groupon. Please choose better practices. I have included pictures of the additional fees, oil change prices, my redeemed Groupon, and the “comparison” of the different filters.

Took my truck to Moe for the first time. Needed an alignment, Shock install, and brake service. He greeted me in the parking lot, listened to what I needed, then politely told me a few things I didn't actually need to do. That is the type of mechanic you rarely find! He then gave me a fair price and the work was done to 100% satisfaction. He's to the point and honest which is how I like to do business. No need to try and bargain when he's very fair to begin with! I'll be back and highly recommend his service. I also found the other few mechanics as polite and attentive. Keep up the good work!!!

This is the most exceptional automotive repair shop I have discovered in McKinney. I can now obtain exceptional service when I require it. Additionally, they offer assistance with pricing if you are unable to afford certain repairs.

This establishment is experiencing numerous positive developments. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including tire sales, oil changes, and alignments. The staff members are highly professional and maintain a positive attitude towards their customers. I have not observed any issues with the establishment or its employees. I had a conversation with Mourad regarding my tires, and he provided a reasonable price for a high-quality set. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I brought my 2015 Nissan Altima in for a four-wheel alignment through Groupon. The ad’s description claims “precise adjustments to your suspension system for smooth driving and even tire wear.” However, in the fine print, it says they don’t perform camber or caster adjustments. This means it is actually a toe-only alignment, not a full four-wheel alignment as advertised. Toe adjustment alone cannot correct everything they describe. Camber, caster, and toe all work together to determine tire wear, stability, and ride quality. After the alignment, my rear camber readings were incorrect, so I reached out for clarification. I verified through Nissan’s official factory service manual that my Altima does have rear camber and toe adjustability using eccentric bolts located on the front and rear lower links, which are the same links that support the coil spring. I even photographed the correct bolts and sent them in. When I did not get a reply, I went back in person. Mo was respectful and courteous and took the time to put the car on the lift and show me. I appreciated that effort. However, it was clear he was not familiar with vehicles that have rear camber adjustment in more than one place. He confidently stated that my car had no rear camber adjustment and that Nissan’s manual was wrong, which is not true. Nissan explicitly details the adjustment procedure and by design when you adjust toe and camber are interdependent. This directly explains why my post-alignment camber readings did not match their “before” readings. Either the adjustment affected camber, or the alignment machine was not properly calibrated. I understand their Groupon does not include camber or caster. The issue is the shop techican stated that if he they noticed it needed to be done then they would let the customer know what the price difference was. The issue with that is being so certain about incorrect information. It is one thing to overlook something; it is another to tell a customer the manufacturer is wrong about its own vehicle. That kind of overconfidence can mislead customers or cause unnecessary part replacements. The toe alignment seems fine so far, and I respect the professional demeanor. However, a business advertising “four-wheel alignment” should accurately represent what is included (Groupon-Toe Alignment Only) and ensure technicians are familiar with factory procedures, especially when they differ from other vehicle designs.
