I contacted Brandon Tomes VW regarding an Atlas Cross Sport, after receiving lackluster service at Rockwall VW. My Salesperson was Dominic Byrd & Finance Manager was Carlos Benavides. Dominic contacted me immediately after I submitted my online inquiry, I explained exactly what I wanted and was looking for and he delivered exactly that. The Vehicle is exactly what I wanted (no compromises) so I am VERY happy with my purchase. But the service is what will make me tell everyone to go to Brandon Tomes VW in McKinney and ask for Dominic. He had clear and professional communication, he was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and the vehicles and all of their specifications etc. Dominic was respectful of my and my husbands time which was one of the things I appreciated most.
