I brought my car to Chandler because there was a gasoline smell coming from somewhere, He found it, and replaced my tank fuel pump. As soon as he got in the drivers seat to drop me off at the Enterprise, he noticed the play on the passenger side and replaced the tie rods. Very personable and fair and will be completely honest and you won’t be paying for a fancy waiting room.

I reached out from Georgia to request a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was interested in, and Chandler handled everything with the highest level of professionalism. He stayed in constant communication, personally contacted the dealership, and even picked up the vehicle to bring it back to his shop for a thorough inspection. I had a glitch in my vehicles system. It only happened one time. My brother recommended Chandler Allen Automotive. When I took it in they needed to keep it for a while and drive it since no error code showed up. They brought me home kept it for several hours and could not get the glitch to repeat. He also checked the battery and said it was fine. Chandler was professional, thorough and almost apologetic that nothing happened while he was driving it. We had to get an engine replaced cause ours went out at 177k miles and a long list of other things we had problems with, not something everyone is happy to do. I’m very glad my dad met chandler when he did. A job like this is always expensive no matter who you go to. With chandler though I didn’t question a thing he told me just to get it done. Needless to say it feels like I’m driving a brand new truck. I’ll always bring every vehicle we ever own to chandler, he is absolutely amazing at what he does.
