Awesome place; they are always very informative and very thorough. I have been bringing my Audis to this location for years, and they have always done a great job!!! If you have an Audi, you always need brakes and tires, and these guys always do a great job!!!!!!

The service at this particular shop is beyond five stars. The front counter manager was always friendly and gave me the suggestions sincerely. He would suggest the service based on customers' needs, not sales. It's my shame that I can't recall his name when I'm writing this review, but he looks like Michael Keaton (if you've ever been there, you would know who I'm talking about here). I've been here for oil change, new tires, new brakes, state inspection, and more. Definitely would recommend to all my friends if they don't mind driving to McKinney.

Absolutely wonderful customer care! In the middle of this frigid weather, my husband's car wouldn't start. Stonebridge Crossing came out with a portable charger, started it up and replaced the battery in less than hour. They always take such good care of our vehicles and they never try to sell anything you don't need!!

They did great work on my excursion with front suspension. Had them change all the tie rods and ball joints to firm up the front suspension prior to a long trip. They did it quick and at a good price. Bryan was very helpful. The only thing wrong was they forgot one grease fitting on the upper ball joint but they were happy to get done quickly at my convenience. I definitely will be back.

Disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location for years. This week I took my car in because the engine light came off. When I picked it up I was charged $140 with no explanation. They just said everything was fine. If you are going to charge an hour’s work, you should explain what you did.

Always upfront, honest, helpful, fair pricing, and can get you in quickly. I bring my Jaguar in and they can diaganose and repair most general issues and can get parts in fast. I appreciate their very friendly service and always bring my car there, for half the cost of a dealer! Adding more to this review. I stopped by to have them look at an issue with my car. Within 15 minutes, I described the issue, they test drove my car, figured out the issue, said I was covered under warranty, ordered new parts, and said they could have the parts installed next morning - no charge. That was fast! They didn't argue about what caused the issue, they just wanted to fix it and get it done right. They take care of the car, but more importantly, they take care of me.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Great service. I went on a Friday and my oil change / tire rotation was done quickly and I was in and out in around 20 minutes! Great ! No employees or workers seen wearing masks. So beware if you're worried. All customers were wearing masks but not a single worker. Not sure how often they sanitize surfaces either.

I typically keep my vehicles for a while, and as a result, they require periodic work. My wife and I have taken our vehicles this shop several times and every time they have taken good care of us. We've been treated fairly and they do not push unnecessary services you'll get at your typical repair shop. Highly recommend if you want great honest service.

I have a Buick encore that has code p0171 and they have replaced the value cover two times and it has the same code. I have to wonder if there is a certified tech on-site. I picked up my car and the code went off 10 minutes later. Still not repaired. Something has changed at this store, maybe the technicians or management. After the second visit They don’t even call you, I had to call them. I brought it back four times and now I am having to go to the dealer after spending my hard earned money for them to repair it.

I took my car to this store because of the air leak from one of the tires. They found a leak in Air Valve and replaced that, and they charged me $27.25. They told this and asked them, did you check for any tire air leak and they said nothing there, only valve leak was there. I paid and took car home and parked inside my garage. Next day morning, got warning from car thay air pressure is too low. Again, I took this same store, told them I came yesterday for same reason and still tire leak issue is not resolved, and they checked again. This time they found tire leak, or nail in that same tire and fixed Again and they told this is new issue and charged $17.50. For tire leak issue, they fixed my car 2 time and charged me, $45. Very happy customer and not going back there ever again.
