The team at Kwik Kar always takes great care of me. They don't try to over sell you on anything. They let you know where your fluids are at and make suggestions for next time. I'm so thankful for these guys! I appreciate their honesty and their genuine care to provide the best customer service. I went to the location at 1717 w Louisiana St. in Mckinney, Texas. I originally went for an oil change but was then educated by Anthony and Corey about things I didn't even know existed with my vehicle. I have never been to an oil change place that really cares about me and my vehicle. At first I thought they were just trying to up sell me, but they really showed me the difference of what its supposed to look like versus what mine looked like. They had the best customer service I have ever seen and they did it while keeping a smile on my face the whole time. I would 10/10, 100% fully recommend going to this Kwik Kar location and visit the wonderful Anthony and Corey if you need some car maintenance. Thank you Anthony and Corey for that experience. I will definitely be back.

Kwik Kar (McKinney) has Fast Professional service. I have had a couple of personal vehicles serviced here for 8 or 9 years, and they have always been great. They do more than just oil! The crew is friendly & efficient and aren't vigorous in up-selling things you don't need. I highly recommend.

They are very friendly and professional and went way out of their way to help me get my glove box open to change the cabin air filter which is something other mechanics wouldn't be bothered to do. They offered information and left the decisions to me without any upsale manipulation that I have seen at OTHER mechanics. I really appreciated the kindness and their willingness to help!! Very honest and quick service. Took my car today for State Inspection and oil change, they immediately checked filed up all fluid levels and let me know the oil wasn't due until 4,000 more miles so I decided to wait for that service. They did not try to sell me any additional service. Took care of the state inspection immediately and I was out within 10 minutes. They won my business for my other cars and services. Recommended 100%!.

Corey, the manager here was so rude! He acted like he was inconvenienced by me showing up for an oil change. I could hear him taking phone calls and complaining about everyone each time he hung up. The guy doing my oil change was complaining the entire time. This was my first and last time to use this Kwik Kar location. I felt like I owed them an apology for paying them to complete their services!

I have been going to this location in Mckinney on Virginia for over 10 years. This is the only place that myself and my family take our cars for inspections and oil changes. I just had my inspection done and was in and out quickly and the tech did a great job explaining the entire process and never have to worry about them y trying to up sell anything. Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed. I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick. My truck is running better than it ever has thanks to Anthony and the team. I’m still in utter disbelief because I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic shop. I will definitely be going back to this location with my truck and my wife’s car going forward. I’m blessed beyond measure!

I’ve been in the car business for a very long time, but this store is something special. I took my truck in for a full synthetic oil change, and the kind young gentleman named Jordan (general manager) patiently listen to my problem and helped me out tremendously. Him and his staff are legendary, if you’re looking for the best oil change in the county then this is your best bet and his team are also knowledgeable about a lot of car stuff too.
