Was never kept updated on my car . Spot on my car was a complete Different color and they insisted to take my car like that. . They said there wasn’t anything that needed to be repaired internally but my car definitely doesn’t drive the same as before ... i was completely unsatisfied and would think they would have it together being the same company as the dealership..

Came here for windshield replacement and after they already had the windshield , appointment was scheduled 2days after that. When I arrived and left the car for repair .. they later notified me after I already paid for the repairs and got home using shutttle that they got the wrong windshield and now they have to order it n schedule the repair again which will only take almost entire day ... now I am stuck at home with my car at repair shop ... nobody is picking up the phone and the shuttle I was promised to pick me back to shop has not arrived yet after more 2 and half hour ...

What happened to Quincy Towns happened to me too. After they "fixed" my car the first time, it turns out there were still many parts that weren't fixed. For example, the parts in my trunk were loose and my seat was slanted so sitting on it was definitely uncomfortable. The slanted seat was also very noticeable and could be seen by everyone except for them I guess... so I had to take my car back and they said it would be ready on a certain day, but was delayed by a whole week. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would never recommend such a terrible place to anyone. If you have a choice, do not go to this repair shop

Tom Cegelski is crooked as crooked can be! He gave me an estimate of $1946.01. Once the work was done he said he had to replace or repair my struts for an extra $560. However, he didn't tell me until the work was done and tried to hold my car hostage until it was paid. A private company was paying for repairs and so he decided to take full advantage. I wish I could post a picture of my car. It was a little dent above the tore and my rim was scuffed up. $1946 was already wayyyy too much but I figured I wasn't paying, so whatever. But to claim my strut was ruined was just going g too far, there was no way my strut was damaged. He lied and said he told me beforehand but he did not. Bottom line, if an insurance company is not involved, don't trust these people.

If you want your vehicle completed in a timely manner and completed without defects, take it some where else. Eldorado Collision had my truck for 4-1/2 months! Body work and paint was good, I admit that. But the grill and light bar was damaged somewhere in the process and they won’t help to resolve the problem. Left front end was replaced and the tire rubs, and they can’t resolve that either, their solution is to get smaller tires, even tho the other side is not rubbing, and neither side rubbed before. I had to call and leave messages just to get an update on the repair. Horrible feed back to the customer. Sad thing is I took another truck up there 6 months before and had the same issues of customer service and they couldn’t get the paint to match the diamond white, which everyone I’ve talked to says it is very hard. They had that truck for 5 months. I blamed it on the service guy that was over seeing everything. But apparently that’s just how they run their business. I gave them a second chance and they blew it. I will never take another vehicle to them to repair and discourage anyone else to take one there. Steven Menkhoff

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and use another body repair shop. This place if full of dishonest people. My daughters car took almost three months to repair. We were given about 7 dates saying it would be ready only to have to call to find out there was another delay. My biggest issue is the lack of management and all the lies they tell. Getting in touch with an advisor is impossible. You call and they say the advisor “is coming in late”. The you call back later “the advisor left early”. So many issues with this shop.

Took my brand new 2023 CX-5 to them for painless dent repair. There are greasy finger prints around the edges of my headliner and the hood insulation panel was laying on my engine for hundreds of miles before I opened the hood. I had the car for a month before it hailed on it, now I have to deal with the carelessness of this body shop. Beware of this place. Apparently 85% of the job completed is 100% ok with them.

This place won't be receiving my business ever again. It took 2.5 months to fix my vehicle after it was rear ended. I'll just summarize my key issues with them: 1. Communication was terrible. I was told 3-4 times that my car would be ready by a certain day only to have that day come and go and for me to have to call to find out what's going on. 2. Quality was abysmal. I went and checked on it multiple times only to show them where the body lines don't line up, where the paint was completely messed up, where they missed damages that were on the car, where they completely missed pieces that needed to be replaced, etc. It was extremely frustrating. 3. My vehicle still isn't fixed properly. For a company that boasts on their website that they will "restore your vehicle so it will look and feel like new" sure does a terrible job at it. The bumpers STILL don't line up, there's multiple places where there's still some damage that they missed and there's a couple places where the paint needs to be buffed. Unfortunately because it took them 2.5 months, my insurance company will not give me any additional rental coverage so i'm stuck with my vehicle in a sub par repair state. Again, I will not be ever going back to this place and plan on getting rid of the vehicle that they repaired since it looks pretty terrible.

I had to take my Ford in this past Monday to repair a few dents from an accident earlier this month. I worked exclusively with Mike, who was great during the process. Explained the process thoroughly and set my expectations. Communication was solid, work was excellent and completed on time. They also assisted me with the rent-a-car process. Very satisfied.

I can't mention how grateful I am for this place! They provide friendly, professional, and excellent service. They've made my experience phenomenal. I've been in a very messy situation between insurance companies, but this place kept me sane! They made everything easy, and helped me keep one less thing to worry about, if not help by being the middle man in some situations! They are extremely friendly as I've mentioned, and you feel at home when you meet them. They remember you as an individual and not just a random car at the shop. This is not always something you expect from a collision repair shop especially when you're simply a young student! Thank you so much! I really appreciate the care!

Working with this repair shop has been by far my worst customer experience ever! Be it a restaurant or department store, El Dorado Collision Repair is terrible. I had a small dent in the bumper of my new Suburban that I have had for about two months. I took it on a Thursday and I was told I would have my truck back about Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. They were suppose to immediately start on my truck and that Monday was a holiday so I understood they lost a day of work. However, my Service Consultant said they don't work on Saturday's, but the website says different. I did not call that Friday or Tuesday and neither did my Service Consultant. I called my Service Consultant Wednesday morning and he provided me with a status and said my truck would be ready to go the next day and he would call me. Next day came, didn't hear a thing, so I waited until the late afternoon to call. He said that they were almost done, but they needed to clean it so it may be that Friday morning at the latest because they had to wash it. I said I hope its today and we hung up. He calls me back in a few hours and says the truck is about ready and I could come pick it up. After I questioned him if its really was done or not he said it will be totally ready Friday morning and he would call. Friday morning came and went, no call. I finally called him in the early afternoon and he said it should be ready and he would call me back in a few because they were washing the truck and doing a QC. So he calls me around 2 pm and says to come get the truck, it was ready. I go to the shop and immediately I see a crease in my bumper and show my Service Consultant. He looks it over and agrees, calls one of the techs to look it over. The tech says it will be Monday when it would be ready and I asked if the Service Consultant could compensate me in any way for my inconvenience. I get a no and was told that they are compensating me by fixing it because he was taken a lost for the work. I ask the manager if he could compensate me and they both came back and said my new truck had a flaw in the bumper from the manufacturer when I brought it in (another Service Consultant took my car in). So I am very upset at the time, another customer was there that they ordered the wrong wheels for and he was livid. So after getting nowhere I left and told the Service Consultant to make sure my truck was ready Monday. Monday came, no update. I finally call in the late morning and the Service Consultant said he would call me in an hour to provide and update. This was at 11 am and he didn't call. I called him at 4 pm and he says its ready. I would not, I repeat would not recommend this body shop to anyone. I would not even let them repair my daughter's bicycle.

Any issue I've had they have fixed it. They don't take advantage and always provided me the best deal! I now will buy all of my Chevy's from this dealership as well. I waited a month to get an appointment here. I brought my car into the shop on June 3rd of this year with a dent in the back drivers side bumper completely function-able. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to fix it but it could take longer because they were really backed up. I received an estimate of $3,200 and I got to pick my car up around a month after the drop off date which was expected with the total cost amounting to $4,200. My car looked great like nothing had happened. Later that night I found out there was an issue with my right front turn signal. Me and my dad assumed it was an issue with the bulb we went out for new bulbs and switched it but the issue persisted. I brought my car back into the shop as my car did not have this issue before I dropped it off. After they looked at the car for a few minutes I was told and shown that there was a clean cut to a wire that was connected to my light. I was told that I would have to pay for the labor to fix it because there men “only did work on the back bumper.” Throughout my time spent at this shop I was working with Tom who was great and very understanding. I had Tom talk with my dad who used to work as a mechanic he requested a picture of the wire. I sat down and waited when I saw Tom again I asked if I could get that picture he told me they were probably done with the repair he went outside and drove my car around and told me that I would not have to pay for the wire, I thanked him and left. I will not be back though. There is a dishonest mechanic in there somewhere and I hope that they take the necessary actions to resolve the issue, because other than that the work done on my car was spot on but a wire doesn’t cut itself conveniently while sitting in a shop for a month.

I took my 2016 Chevy Suburban for hail damage repair;, Tim Ward was the one who took care of it and he did the inspection two times due to the request by the insurance company. He was very patient throughout the process and very helpful. However, I decided to trade in my car, but I can never forget the very warm and welcoming behavior of Mr. Ward. Paul made it easier; he was a pleasure to work with. {Expect it to take longer than anticipated. Paint faded after a few years. I was looking at my right front quarter panel and was wondering why the paint was fading and the rest of the car the paint looks like new and then I remembered that I Was hit on that quarter panel and had it repaired here. The paint should laster longer than a few years.
