Overpriced, performed services that weren’t needed or asked for without my knowledge. I had a nail in my tire and low tire pressure from it, they left the nail in, couldn’t even be bothered to fill up the tire or put the spare on and sent me on my way with a “come back tomorrow”. They were irresponsible enough to leave their tools in the hood of my car and called me to ask for them back. I had a state inspection/emissions test done, they said I failed because of gas cap integrity and prompted me to buy a new gas cap. The problem? My car has a cap-less gas cover, the one where it seals on its own. And they would not explain as to why it failed or why I need a new cap (not that my car is built to take one). It felt very rushed to get me to pay and get out, they did not properly explain anything to me or break down the services and forgot to give me the inspection report until I asked for it. Also they didn’t even rotate the tires, just charged me for it. I left with $100 for an oil change, $100 for a fuel system cleaning I didn’t ask for nor did they tell me about, $300 for a battery replacement, $45 for an air filter replacement and another $30 for a tire rotation. $600 spent to get nothing fixed and if it weren’t for my dad being able to patch my tire, I’d be looking at another $250 for a tire replacement. Ridiculous. This place will take advantage of you, I’d put 0 stars if I could, do not go here. Below is a picture of the tire they left the nail in after I got home.

My cabin filter was absolutely disgusting and I’m so grateful for his conscientiousness. My new go to oil change garage! Oh! Almost forgot! I went there on a Tuesday and was given a lovely rose 🌹

Had a great experience with Rich and Terry at Express Oil Change! After getting run around at Walmart, AutoZone recommended Express Oil Change and they did not disappoint! The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. They had me in, out, and home in under an hour after a repair on my vehicle. After frustrating experiences elsewhere, really grateful for them here. I’m usually a Valvoline customer, but after this positive experience, I’ll be back to Express Oil Change for future oil changes as well. They are a great examples of how you earn repeat business and customer loyalty.

I cannot tell you the level of professionalism these guys possess. I went for an oil change at one of their competitors and they told me I had water in my oil which meant i had a casket leak. He proceeded to give me the card of a mechanic to get it repaired. I ended up going to Express Oil. There he told me I did not have water in there and showed me. I have zero worries now plus.....Veterans. I got great discount from $90 to $60. I can't say enough about these guys......Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs.

This place is truly legit. I was helped by Rich, who even remembered me from my last visit. His customer service is unmatched. I came in for an oil change and air filter replacement, and the cherry on top was the safety check before I left—Rich took the time to check my lights, blinkers, and horn. I've been remiss in giving this place a great review! I've been bringing my car here for several months and I've been extremely happy with the customer service and the work on my car! The prices are good! Much better than Firestone! I recently completed a round trip from Texas to New Jersey and back. I had them check the car before I left. I had no problems with my car 🥃traveling. In fact my confidence in their work prevented my from being ripped off by a New Jersey Pep Boys. The people here are great! As always this team is amazing. Larissa was very communicative and thorough throughout the entire service. I have been using this shop for over a year and have nothing but great experiences every time. Even though it was 43 degrees outside and they had the bay doors open, it did not impact their friendliness or quality of work. I highly recommend using this team. I had an outstanding experience with Payton at this Express Oil Change location! He took the time to go over every detail of the oil change without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He was completely straightforward and honest. He clearly explained their services and even discussed how they could help with future needs. While I waited for my filter (which arrived quickly) he proactively printed out quotes for other upcoming services like tires, so I could plan ahead. I rarely leave reviews but this was hands down the best oil change I’ve had. Highly recommend!!! 👏🏼

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting an oil change. Payton was extremely attentive and checked out our entire car to make sure everything was running smoothly. 10/10 experience!! I stopped by just to get an oil change and left with a smile, new cabin filter, and a new go to oil change shop! Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and pulled into a bay to get serviced. While getting my oil changed they checked out my wipers and showed me how dirty my filter was, so I definitely needed some new stuff! As I’m waiting for them to finish up, the manager Camille came over with a beautiful rose for ladies day and to chat and check in on me. She was amazing! She was so personable, funny, and genuine. She explained to me the importance of regular oil maintenance because I make a habit of going 1000+ miles past due so I’m so grateful she took the time to explain it. I was in and out in less than 20 mins and the price was completely reasonable, they even aired up my tires for me that had gotten low with the cold weather. I will absolutely be back, and this time before my oil gets past due! Thank you so much for exceptional service!!
