I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve brought my car here, and David and Austin have been incredibly helpful each visit. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a clear and straightforward way. Their communication is excellent, and it always feels like they have my best interest in mind. On top of that, the advisors are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Knowing I can trust them makes bringing my car in much less stressful, and I really appreciate the consistency and honesty of their service. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The person answering the phone and working in the office was very nice. They were very accommodating and helpful. The lobby was very nice and clean. I would recommend them. I had a rodent chew the wiring in my steering column and they were able to fix it with no issues.

I really wanted to give this place a full 5 stars because the culture and customer experience are truly top-notch. The team is friendly, welcoming, and works well together from the moment you’re greeted, you can tell customer care is a priority. The atmosphere and teamwork make the experience feel personal and professional at the same time. However, waiting an hour and a half for a basic oil change is crazy. Time is everything, and that part of the experience really needs improvement. Honestly, if it wasn’t for how well the staff handled everything else the great discounts, customer service, and genuine effort to make sure customers feel taken care of I would have given this place a 1. That said, I still recommend this location because the culture and customer service are outstanding. If the technicians can improve efficiency and respect customers’ time a bit more, this would easily be a solid 5-star shop

Wish I could give them zero stars. In around April this year, my car had coolant hose issues. I took it here to get repaired, spent $1,000 to get it fixed, and the next day I noticed my engine overheated again. I work two jobs and can’t just drop everything to bring my car somewhere so I dealt with it by buying dozens of bottles of coolant but in around may I took it back here. They said the problem was back because they installed the coolant hose wrong. Flash forward to December 26th, I’m driving to Oklahoma and my engine overheats (with coolant leaks) and now I’m stranded in Oklahoma. I work two jobs and have to go back to work but now have no way to do it. $1,000 is an insane amount of money to spend on a problem that they haven’t fixed. Never come here unless you want to be scammed out of a month’s worth of rent. This is absolutely outrageous. I usually try not to be too harsh, but this is my livelihood. I almost couldn’t pay rent when I spent $1,000 on my car, and now I might lose my jobs without a car to get me back to Texas because of their faulty repairs.

My brakes popped down the road from the shop. I was barely able to stop. I made it into the shop to let them know what happened. They did the brake inspection, which is free and tell them what they found. They were great. Our car was not drivable until they fixed it and it was fast and now it runs like a smooth kitten. I recommend them to anybody and everybody great service great service great service thank you

SUPER IMPRESSED! 🤩 Had never been to Sun Auto before, even though I live 5 minutes away. Needed a rush State Emissions Inspection, the morning we were heading out of town, so we could order the State Registration while traveling. Sun was the 3rd shop I tried, but had my Inspection done in 15 minutes! Better still, they have a MASSIVE indoor play area for kids 🤯, a beautiful waiting area ✨️, tons of parking 🚗, and even a free gourmet coffee machine! ☕️Was blown away at how GREAT this shop is and will DEFINITELY return! 👍👍

Brought my car in after experiencing an oil leak and needing an cv axel repair - they were friendly and informative on the phone. In shop, they were kind and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the staff were professional. They have an amazing play area for children as well. My car was under warranty so i didn’t pay much out of pocket but they explain the cost without my warranty and explained that there were payment options if i was ever in this type of situation again. I found it welcoming and comforting. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Went here for a pre-purchase inspection and they were great! They clearly outlined everything that was wrong and the severity of the issues. I asked them for a quote on the top repair and was able to use that to negotiate down the price with the dealership. It was also a very reasonable price for the inspection! It was around $100. I had called Honest-1 across the street and they were $189. Great experience!

This place is an absolute rip off after I did some checking and research about the tire they replaced. It only retails for $65 (Forceum brand) through Walmart. After trusting them saying that this is a great deal, blah blah blah at The time I needed a tire and they definitely took an advantage. My total bill was $179 from Sun Tire for ONE TIRE 🛞. I also found out through Walmart. I can get a set of four for $269 before installation so you tell me was this a good deal? No thanks I will never come back. Do your research first before accepting any ridiculous overpriced tires from this place. Yeah, the location might be nice. The waiting room is really comfortable and the hot chocolate is really fresh, but you definitely pay it with your expense. I will never come back.
