I had a Samsung Galaxy S21+ that I had purchased as refurbished in April of 2023. In the middle of a cruise (Aug 2024) my screen went dark and while the phone was on and got calls, nothing could be done without the screen. Upon my return home I contacted CPR and took the phone in for repair. They replaced my screen that same day, and I didn't loose any saved work, photos, or files. Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely use their services again.

Amazing service. I’ve had an Ipad and Iphone repaired here. They are super quick both were done in an hour. Both fixed on 2 separate occasions, and each time the employees were very professional and kind! They even charged my son’s iphone which he was super happy about because it was “dying” when we dropped it off. Friendly, fast and very affordable. I will bring all of our devices here for repairs.

***DO NOT COME HERE!***
Brought my phone in for a back glass replacement, and when I picked it up, my flash lens was melted, and there is glue all over my phone!! Get home to find out I cannot use my phone, the speaker no longer works, so I take it back the next day and they say they did nothing to my speaker, and to open it again might break my glass and cost ME another $400 dollars to fix!! WHAT, YOU broke it, not me!!! So I paid $130 for one service, and there are 3 additional issues that they are not responsible for!!!
I told them I would be leaving bad reviews and he said that was like trying to return a car with no wheels, sorry my phone had a speaker and working flash when I brought it in so your comments are invalid, he also said it was ok for me to leave a review because most people have common sense!! So I'm also insulted because you broke my phone??? Great customer service!!!

They did a great job fixing my nonfunctional lightning charge port on my iPhone 14. They were able to fix it cheap and quick after my Verizon store said it wasn’t fixable. Also got me a new battery to extend life of this phone for a few years. Give them highest grade for service and honesty.
