This place is horrible. The Ford dealership recommended these guys highly but I don’t see why. I was ignored by both men at the counter. Wasn’t acknowledged at all during the visit. I just wanted an oil change. I guess the cop talk was way too good to help anyone else waiting there. All the police officers were treated amazing, they were even told to come back. Customer service is a fail here.

The ford dealership wasn’t able to get me in for my regular maintenance before I had to leave town. They recommended Quick Lane as their backup/overflow. I was not disappointed. Noel Espejo was my service advisor. Told him what I needed and asked about checking my brakes d/t squealing. They did everything I asked and were completely honest about what was and wasn’t needed. Just dust causing brakes to squeal so nothing was needed. Air filter and cabin filter needed changed but they asked and showed the filter before just doing it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Very friendly and keep you informed every step of the process.

Went twice first time open at 7:15 Second 7:40? First time there the counter person had great attitude until I informed him wasn't going to need anything done other than what I was there for period. The fact that they were not consistent on opening times was a bit weird. Other than that it's a good place

I brought in my van to get an oil change and transmission flush. These guys completely screwed it up. first they kept the van 4 hours longer than quoted because they said that they accidentally messed up the oil change and had to re-do it. Then I found out this was not even true. They messed up the transmission flush and had to do it 3 times. I could not get a straight answer out of them as to what they actually did wrong, but from what I could gather their techs couldn't figure out how to use the machine correctly. My van now makes several new noises and does not shift properly anymore. I had no issues before I brought it here. They kept it an extra 2 days to check it out and fix what they had done to no avail. They told me they could not find an issue when there clearly is one. I am not happy with the way this was handled and they need to fix what they did wrong. Not happy.

I asked if it would be long because if so I would have someone pick me up. Here I am sitting for 3 plus hours, not knowing how much longer I will need to be here and still am not finished. I was told the tires needed for my replacement would take 30 minutes overall to pick up and have them back here and they were not here for at least 90 min. Then I was told they would be getting swapped out right away, my car did not even get into the shop to swap for another 45 min. All I wanted was respect of my time to leave and come back if it would have been long as it is, clearly they do not value the customers time.

I was visiting Las Vegas from ND and noticed something leaking from my rear passenger tire area. It was crucial to get it fixed before heading back to ND in 3 days. I had called a few different places and no one was able to get me in within that time frame. After speaking with a gentleman at Quick Lane (I believe he was the manager), he said he would be able to get me in and see if it was something they could repair. The workers were all very polite, knowledgeable, and had constant communication with me about my vehicle. I was super impressed. They had my car repaired in 3 hours. I was so thankful!

Apparently they close at 4:00pm not 5:00pm on Saturday. Turned down my oil change said he sent all his guys home because it was slow all day but I could clearly see everyone in the shop still. Laziness not a good look. I would understand if they were slammed and couldn’t take it but he literally said they were slow

I just had a synthetic blend oil change and coolant flush for my 10year old Lincoln MKZ. This was all done in about an hour and a half. It wasn't cheap but was slightly cheaper than the dealership (Team Lincoln). They don't take appointments but you can call to see what the wait might be. Like the dealership, they charge a service fee for using credit cards. I'll use them again.

Went here because they do Diesel SMOG while you wait. Since I was there, I got an oil change too. They were quick and communicative. The waiting area is comfortable and the complimentary coffee was pretty good!

First time bringing in my new 2024 f250. Came in for an oil change in the morning and the gentleman upfront was very helpful and nice. He explained that while I have warranty that covers oil changes if I wanted the full synthetic, it would be an additional cost. I said okay and was charged for that which isn’t an issue. But they also do an “inspection” and tire rotation included, which said no issues were found. I left and 4 hours later my TPMS goes off and shows the exact same pressures I had in the morning when I brought my truck in but the tires were moved during the rotation. So I’m running roughly 50 in the rear tires and 60 in the front. I come in again and they fix the issue but I am irritated because the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection would have cost over $300 for this truck if I didn’t have the extended warranty with ford, and for the difference in price of the premium oil I still paid 120 out pocket. You would think for the is amount of money people would do a better job especially when you tip them as well after. Not the end of the world but if you aren’t under ford warranty I would never recommend this place for the price.

I've been going to this location Ever since they moved. My experience is always the best. I'm treated with the utmost respect and great customer service. My vehicle is always done as soon as possible with the utmost care. The vehicle advisor, Noel Is always respectful and knowledgeable every time I take my vehicle. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest and good work with good customer service.

This review is long over due, back in may memorial weekend, I was traveling through vegas on my way yo Utah when I got a nail in my tire. It was early before most shops were opened so I began by going to the 9am stores and they all turned me down saying they have a line of cars to handle first. In reality, there was no money in them giving me a free tire patch as advertised or even after I offered to pay for it, they werent interested. I tried 4 stores, moving further and further back down south, now 10am...I came across quick lane. Man Noel E. is THE MAN! He understood the situation that I was in, pulled an employee assisting elsewhere to tend to my tire patch. It was in a difficult/questionable spot and they handled it like the experts that they are. 3 months later, after a successful trip, its still holding up just fine and I have confidence that it will continue to. Icing on the cake; when completed, I asked what the damage was and Noel waved at me and said "we dont charge for flats." I was so ready to pay because of how happy I was to finally find some service. I tipped the guy who worked on my truck and went on my merry way. Quick lane that Noel runs is ran right and its a blessing to have them in that community. While there I spoke with some of the locals and they all had been dropping their cars off with Noel for many many years. Loyal customers are always a good sign of a well run, honest business.

I’ve been coming here for years, and an oil change has always cost me around $90. Today I was charged $195 for an oil change and ‘new wiper blades’ that they claimed I needed. I’m honestly shocked and won’t be returning.
