Eric Santana was very friendly and informative. He helped my wife get the car window that was damage because if a break in, and we truly appreciate his assistance. We did have to wait about three weeks for parts, but that was due to backorders, which seems to be an issue across the country. The waiting area is very clean and well-equipped—you really have to see it for yourself! They offer coffee, sodas, water, and a fully stocked vending machine. The quality of work is excellent. Pricing is clearly posted throughout the store, and they provide free estimates depending on the extent of the damage. Overall, a great experience! This keeps your message clear, professional, and easy to read while maintaining your personal touch. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Brought my car into Crash Champions after getting T-boned — had both passenger-side doors repaired. The repair itself was fast and clean, in and out in about a week and a half. They coordinated everything, communicated clearly, and got me back on the road without any drama. When I picked up the car, I noticed a black adhesive or paint-like residue on the roof and near the moonroof — not major, but not ideal. I mentioned it in their feedback survey, and the manager reached out immediately. I brought the car back in a few days later and — no excuses, no pushback — his guys took care of it on the spot. No attitude, no blame-shifting, just solid customer service. In a world where a lot of shops act like you’re lucky they even picked up the phone, these guys actually stepped up. Mistakes happen, but how you fix them matters. And Crash Champions handled it exactly how they should’ve — with professionalism and respect. Appreciate the follow-through. Would come back without hesitation.

They lie about when your car is ready and don’t care how they inconvenience you when you have to take an Uber to get there. Nobody likes to do their job right anymore and I’m sick of it. Find another body shop if you must get repairs done. It’s been more than a week when I was originally told it would take 3-4 days and now I have to wait another weekend because uNFOrTunatELy people don’t know how to communicate. What a joke!

I had a frustrating experience with Crash Champions in Davie, but after a long journey of challenges, things were finally resolved in a way that left me feeling much better about the outcome. For several days, I was told that my car was ready for pickup, only to find out upon arrival that it wasn't. Parts were still on backorder, and the shop insisted I take the car to close the claim with State Farm, despite my concerns about a broken driver's seat, which made it unsafe to drive. I was told the mechanic had already left for the holiday and that I should bring the car back later. This was especially concerning since I had already returned my rental car and had no other options but to drive in unsafe conditions. When I called back to address the issue, I was placed on hold for over 23 minutes. After escalating to their corporate office, I received a response from the local shop that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was still waiting for the necessary repairs to be completed, and the situation was starting to feel quite hopeless. However, the story did take a positive turn. After more back-and-forth, I finally received my car this morning, and the repairs were completed. The ordeal is over, and while I’m still not fully satisfied with the experience, I acknowledge that some of the issues I encountered were due to staffing shortages. I believe that the corporate team could help improve the situation by stabilizing staffing levels, which would allow for better service all around. I want to give a special shout-out to Jonae, the receptionist, who did an outstanding job throughout this process. These issues were not her fault, and she went above and beyond to help where she could. While this experience wasn’t perfect and certainly not a five-star one, I am relieved that the repair was completed, and I feel much better now. My hope is that Crash Champions takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to ensure a smoother process for future customers. PS: I had planned on taking my classic 2014 Mustang GT for some cosmetic repairs there, but after this experience, I’m now concerned if that’s a good idea.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience! Unfortunately, getting your car repaired can usually come with a lot of stress and hassle… And it usually requires a lot of work on the owners behalf. I was connected to Crash Champions And probably will never go anywhere again for repairs besides them. My car was involved in an accident the day before I left for Europe. Crash champions and the Amazing team here Were able to come to my house and pick up my car with a tow truck, Complete all the repairs while I was in Europe, Deal directly with my insurance company and payments And provide a beautiful repair to my Lexus. I did not have to speak to anyone while I was away, They allowed me to enjoy my vacation, And come back and pick up the car. I am beyond grateful to their VP, Miro, Matt the GM and The Amazing technicians and repair team! Highly recommended!

(UPDATE: 5/20/23: I finally got my rims fully painted. I don’t care for the look. The paint looked good, but chipped off when new tires was place on. I can see the polished aluminum underneath. That means they didn’t properly scuff the rims before painting. I’m not going back to fight with Mike. He doesn’t care at all.)After someone hit my truck. Their insurance helped me to pick this place out of many. Crash Champions aren’t champions at all. I dealt with Mike (last name to come in an update). He side that they will take care of my truck. Well, the one star they earned. I wasn’t kept in the loop, they use a vendor to “fix” my scratch rims. Their fix was to patch the scratch and just paint those spots. There was paint on my side step as well. I have polished rims (OEM) and the paint they used was silver. Never advised me that they can’t restore them back to “factory”. Their “fix”, patch and paint all the wheels to match. However, they did the same poor work on all 4 rims. I asked for replacement rims. Mike said, “I’m not spending $1,500 just because you want new rims”. I had to remind him that I never wanted that idiot to hit my truck and have to be in a repair shop that does poor work. On a positive note, their body work was good, but I wish they would’ve removed the overspray that’s on my hood and on passenger side of the windshield. So they don’t inspect your vehicle before they call you to pick it up (that was don’t twice to me). Photos to come.

TL;DR: Paint and body work were done well, but this is strictly a body shop. Mechanical issues were outsourced, not properly addressed, and ultimately dismissed as “wear and tear,” even after insurance approved repairs for both sides of the vehicle. I chose this shop because it was approved by my insurance. My vehicle was damaged in an accident and brought here for repairs. Initially, the interactions were fine. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful, though largely passive. It was clear she handled intake only and did not have decision-making authority. Most of my communication was with the manager. I quickly learned that Crash Champions is not a full-service mechanical repair facility. This is strictly a paint and body shop, and any mechanical work is outsourced to third-party shops. That distinction became important as the repair process progressed. For paint and body work, the quality is good. The paint looks well done, and the body work appears solid. However, the issues began with the mechanical side of the repair. Both sides of my vehicle were damaged in the accident — one side both mechanically and physically, and the other mechanically. After about a week, I received the vehicle back, but the steering wheel was more crooked than before and one wheel had noticeable wobble. I was told the wheels were bent, so I provided brand-new wheels. Because Crash Champions cannot install wheels themselves, the vehicle was taken to a local Tire Kingdom for installation and alignment. After the new wheels were installed, the vehicle still did not drive straight, and a new issue appeared: a grinding noise coming from the left side of the vehicle. When I asked about the noise, I was told they “never touched that side of the car,” despite that side being damaged in the accident. I was then told that insurance had not approved repairs on that side. After speaking directly with insurance and confirming that repairs for both sides of the vehicle were approved, I returned to Crash Champions. At that point, no work was performed on the left side. Instead, additional work was done on the side that had already been repaired, while the left-side mechanical issues were left unaddressed. After receiving the vehicle again, I had to take it to a third-party shop for another alignment. Ultimately, Crash Champions attributed the remaining issues to “normal wear and tear” and declined to elaborate further. Because this is a body shop only, I was never able to speak directly with a mechanic or someone qualified to assess the mechanical condition of the vehicle. Everything felt like a game of telephone — between me, the manager, an outside shop, and an unnamed mechanic — with no clear accountability. To be fair, the work they did perform was done well. The paint and body repairs are satisfactory, and the vehicle is generally drivable. The issue lies in the mechanical concerns that were not addressed, evaluated directly, or clearly explained, even after insurance approval.

Crash Champions was the place recommended by the insurance company. I have been dealing with insurance companies and waiting to get my vehicle fixed because I wasn't paying out of pocket because someone else hit my car. When I got to Crash Champions they were calm and helped me out immediately. They have full service including rental cars dropped off there so I didn't have to do a lot of driving around. They were amazing and had my car ready in a few days. I highly recommend using them for your car repair needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. Their customer service was outstanding, they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every few days without me needing to call, which is very rare these days. There was a minor touch-up that required rework, but Manager Matt immediately took ownership of the issue, offered no excuses, and got it handled quickly. Catalina at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with, friendly, responsive, and quick to address any concerns I had. After having some disappointing experiences in the automotive industry lately, Crash Champions restored my faith. They are professional, transparent, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them and think some other local businesses should go to school on Crash Champions customer service skills.

United automobile Insurance uses this compact for estimates. This place is the worst. They took more than 7 days to submit the estimate(after many calls and two visits). My research shows that, most estimates that are done and submitted the same day. That’s how some insurance companies can write a check, instantly on the scene. After the first four days, I called to ask about the estimate being submitted, and was left on hold twice, once for 42 minutes. I decided to drive to the location while on hold, only to find my call sitting in the Que, while the worker was on her cell phone. I made a complaint to a supervisor about both instances, only for me to call a week later and got the EXACT same treatment. They are very unorganized, unprofessional, and outright rude. I would never return to this place for ANY reason whatsoever. STAY AWAY!!!!
