Crash Champions repaired our vehicle after an automobile accident. They kept us informed all the time about the repairs and the timeframe it would take to complete everything that needed done. They were always professional and very courteous at all times. Our vehicle was completed on time as promised. Our vehicle looked like brand new when we went to pick it up. We were more than highly satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend Crash Champions in Hagerstown, Md as they are THE BEST!! They are the only place to have your vehicle repaired to have it done right!!

Great customer service! Very friendly and professional team. My rental was already there waiting for me when I dropped off my car to be repaired. They kept me well informed throughout the process. My car was repaired quickly and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 highly recommend!

They were excellent from my initial contact with them to my work being completed. There was a manufacturer delay on my headlight and they called me atleast every other day to keep me informed of the progress. Exceptional customer service! Thanks Dave!!! Car looks like it did before the accident!

The staff members were welcoming, very pleasant to speak with and were highly professional. They did a great job on the repairs of my car and were very friendly. I will definitely recommend Signature Collision Centers as a place to repair any accidental damages you may have received from a car wreck. Oh and on top of that they accept any insurance company.

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, never had a wreak before and this was caused by an animal accident. They fixed my bumper and damage underneath , took care of correspondence with insurance and rental car. All I had to do is drop off rental car with them and pick up mine. They did a heck of a job cleaning my car up for pick up. Cleaner than when I dropped it off. Excellent service, super friendly, recommended to everyone I know.

Haven't had the work done yet. They're ordering parts. Anyways the ppl are really nice. We talked just as if we've known one other for life! Which that's already a Blessing as far as I'm concerned. I'll update after the work is finished. Update we never had the work done, cause they gave us the run around for weeks!! So my opinion on them has went from a 4 star to zero stars!! We had to go to Al's body shop here in WV. They took care of everything asap!! Should've just went there to begin with. But the insurance company from the lady that hit the car sent us to Champion. I do not recommend Champions!!

If I could give a negative rating it would be -10.. This place took 4 weeks to repair a 4 hour job. I had to track down the correct part for my car myself, because I guess one call for the part is enough for them, instead of trying to find it. I almost had to install it myself too. Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed on top of this my car would've been in the shop forever. All along I was charged for the rental that I had, of course it don't matter to them. The shop people did a good job fixing my car, but after being told the car would be done numerous times and it not being done, when their posts said it would. NEVER AGAIN.

Overall these guys did a good job. They went the extra mile and cleaned up my messy car before returning it. I have two negatives to add. First, their office manager treated me with complete disrespect upon check in. Second, the new door panel looks great, but mismatches the rest of my vehicle. They told me this will fade in over time but it seems they could have done more to blend it or buff the nearby sections so it doesn't look so obvious. Anyway, I'd still recommend them.

No one wants to need body and mechanical work done on their vehicle, but when you hit a deer... I was 100% satisfied with the overall repairs. There was severe damage to the car, engine and radiator. The insurance company insisted on repairs. I never thought the car could end up "like new" after such an extensive hit. But Crash Champions has done a fantastic job. It's been a year since repairs were done and it's still running great and looks great. If I ever need repairs on any other vehicle, they would be my 1st choice. They kept me updated with the process and returned the car as promised. I can attest that they stand behind their repairs and will do their best to remedy any issues if they arise.

To start, I can 100% assure you that they are far from being champions. During my vehicles time there they managed to break a taillight that was not broken previously, did not notify us that they had broken it, then incorrectly repaired it instead of replacing it as if I would not notice. The bumper was painted and replaced but after a few days I noticed delamination of the paint in two areas and poor bumper fitment. The rear hatch was to be completely replaced which at pickup time I noticed had not been done as I was told it would be and it also was misaligned, and they somehow managed to scratch the vehicle on one side in multiple areas although no work was done in that area at all. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy, especially at the fact that I had been deceived. With that all being said I then requested that they take the vehicle a second time and repair/replace everything that was damaged, etc. I went back a second time to pick up the vehicle and all seemed well, but again I was deceived!! The rear hatch that was supposed to be replaced the first time, and now the second time, had STILL not been replaced. Again they did not tell me that this had not been done AGAIN at the second pick up until I noticed it. At that point I was furious and had enough. My rear hatch now does not open when the release button is pressed, my dampers no longer operate smoothly, and the hatch has to be slammed shut to be secured. Even if this helps ONE person avoid this place I have done my job in leaving this review and if I could leave zero starts I certainly would. I also forgot to mention that they kept my vehicle for longer than they stated that it would take both times and I never received a call in either instance notifying me of this, I had to call them multiple times to see what the holdup was. Needless to say, I am taking my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired CORRECTLY!! `

This whole experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! | was originally quoted a finish date of 2/20 (my accident happened 1/24/25) That date came and went and ZERO communication as to there being a delay, a reason why or an update on a new expected finish date. It took about 2 weeks or so for them to finally update the app. Again, never once reached out to inform me. I had to call and inquire. Was given a new date of 3/7. Once again, day came and went. No update, no one ever reached out or bothered to at least update the app. I had to call again on this date to ask if it was finished because my daughter took off work to be able to take me to drop my rental and pick up the car. Was told now it would be the following Monday or Tuesday. Updated the app saying now 3/11. Surprise, that day came.. and went. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Called and spoke to a female receptionist (Trish) , explained that I'm a single mom who works over night, and that this was causing me to lose sleep, my daughter lost time at work and my youngest lost time at daycare because of the constant changes without any updates. Trish assured me she personally would call me to update me when they were towing it so I could be prepared. No one EVER CALLED ME. Again, I reached out. Only the next few times I called I got no answer. So I left voicemails. Without calling me back at my request I was sent a text stating yet again another end date. Now it was 3/18. Once again this date came and went, nothing. I tried to reach out yet again.. and again no answer. Left another voicemail practically demanding someone call me back. I spoke to Mark and explained my situation yet again. Single mom who works overnight. I had to set arms every hour on the 18th to ensure I got their call. Once again zero communication. He assured me my car would absolutely be ready on 3/19 and I could pick up in the morning. I asked him more than once if this was a for sure thing as I would have to stay up all day after working all night and have my daughter available to take me. He said "yes, in the morning for sure". Once again I set alarms so I could try and sleep. I didn't receive a phone call until almost 2pm on 3/19. When I expressed my frustration to Mark, who assured me it would be in the morning I was met with attitude and told " he can't help when the car gets towed". If that was the case he never should have assured me it would be in the morning and I would have been able to get some real sleep. When he finally called to tell me my car was ready he told me that I would have to pay a $1,000 deductible upon pick up. I told him that was untrue as my insurance company waived the deductible. He argued with me that he was not informed of this, so I called my insurance agent who assured me that crash champions was notified the second she waived the deductible. The entire staff that I have dealt with were extremely unprofessional, lying to me on multiple occasions. They did not care at all about what I had to go through throughout this whole ordeal. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone as I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Almost a MONTH after my original quoted end date. I will be sure to post this review in as many places as possible to warn potential customers. HORRIBLE customer service! Save yourself the time and constant headaches.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I hit a deer and had some front end and driver's side door damage. My insurance company set my repairs up with Crash Champions. I dropped my car off there on October 29th and was told the repairs should take 10 to 14 days to complete. I received text updates almost daily for the first week, all stating that the repairs were on schedule and my car should be ready for pickup by 11/15. On 11/12, I got another update saying the repairs were complete, my car was in the reassembly process, and pickup would still be on or before the 15th. I received another text on 11/14 updating my pickup date from 11/15 to 11/20 with no explanation for the additional 5 days. This was after I was just informed 2 days earlier that the repairs were complete. On 11/20, I received another text that the completion date was being pushed back to 11/25, again with no explaination. By 4pm on 11/25, I had still received no call or text letting me know I could pick up my car, so I called the shop. I was told that they weren't sure what the holdup was, but they would find out and call me back in the morning. The next morning came and went with no phone call. I called in the afternoon and spoke to the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. She told me that the repairs were complete and that my car was currently getting an alignment and would be ready for pickup the next day at the latest. I finally got a text the next day, 11/27, a month after I had dropped it off for a 10-day repair, that my car was ready for pickup. The next day, when I got in my car to go to work, I hit the push start button and nothing happened. I hit it several more times and still nothing happened, as if the battery was dead. I opened the door to get out, and suddenly all of the lights on the dash came on. I closed the door and hit the start button, and it started right up. Since then, about every other day, the same thing happens. The car won't start until I open and close the driver door. Several other issues have been happening since I got it back: the headlights flicker on and off while I'm driving, all the screens and lights on the dash randomly shut off and restart on a regular basis, the car shut off completely for like 2 seconds while I was driving 70mph down the interstate, it will randomly start accelerating above my set cruise speed on its own when using cruise control. I have called the shop several times over the last week and no one ever asnwers. I have left multiple messages and have not received a call back. I will be taking the car back to the shop tomorrow and will update my review based off of what happens. Udate: I went to the shop on Friday since no one returned my calls. I spoke with the receptionist, Trish, again. She was again very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with the issues I was having. I told her I had called multiple times and left voicemails, but received no response. She said something about their phones running through Starlink satellites and the messages sometimes get lost. Not exactly sure what that means. She told me that the Frederick shop (where my car was repaired) had a new manager and she would send all of the issues I was having to him and I should receive a call from him. She copied me in the email she sent him outlining the issues. 4 days have now passed and I have yet to receive a call. My car shut off completely 3 times while driving on the interstate again today. I lost all steering ability and nearly got into an accident before the electronics came back on and I was able to swerve back into my lane. It has been nearly 3 weeks now that I have been trying to get this resolved, but have not received any communication other than talking to Trish.

5 stars all across the board with this group. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, and ready when they said it would be. The van looked like there was never any damage there and when we received it back it was very clean.

I've known about Crash Champions since their first location on Church St. In Hagerstown. But not until they moved to the Frederick St. location did I need their services. I was sent there for an estimate and decided to let them do the work. I'm glad I did they were great through the whole process. My car was fixed quickly and I was updated daily via text, the staff was professional and the work excellent. I highly recommend them for any body work your vehicle needs.

If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. Originally dropped my car off to this shop for damage to my car (someone hit it while I wasn’t in the car). When the repairs were done, there were chips on the exterior of the windshield, severe scratches to the tint on my window, and a puncture in my rear driver seat. I noticed within a few minutes of picking up my car. My concern was brought up to the manager of the location, Doug Fraiser, who said he needed to escalate the issue to higher ups. It’s been weeks now since I’ve been able to get a hold of him to discuss next steps and every time I call the shop, I’m told he’s “in a meeting”. I always request him to call me back and I never receive a call. I shouldn’t have to be considering options for repairing damage that a shop did to my car and I shouldn’t have to continuously beg the manager to contact me back. If you’re planning on taking your car here, hopefully you see this review before doing so. You’re better off taking your car to the dealership shops where at least you know they’ll take care of it. Hoping this review reaches the right people to get this rectified. P.S. The receptionist at Crash Champions Hagerstown was EXTREMELY nice and helpful throughout my entire experience. That was the only positive thing about this shop for me.

Don't take your car here. They have had my car for 40 days and still not fixed. My insurance is no longer going to pay for my rental.amd its going to have to come out of my pocket. Like others have said they will give you dates but they are not true. You will call the day before its says it will be ready and they tell you maybe next week. Now they are telling me even longer and I have to pay for a rental car myself. They really don't seem to care about that either, its not their problem. I wish I has gone somewhere else but geico recommend this place and now I'll be out $40 a day until they get it fixed which who even knows when that could be "maybe next week". I cannot afford $280 a week for a rental and they do not care. I will never recommend this place to anyone

This place is a complete scam do not take your car here!!! After telling me they’d fix my car in 8 days, they kept it for a month! They did the same thing to my friend but totaled her car after having it for months first. They wasted my time to run up my insurance to get a nice check. Which after having the car back for awhile, they’re still trying to hit my insurance for money. I took my car in for damages from an Accident…why is my alignment not right, car still makes noise. They fixed the cosmetic parts of the car. Mike or whatever his name is clearly hates women. He’s rude and condescending and hung up on me twice when I callled for an update on getting my car back. Only give 1 star because ms. Trish was the only good thing about this business.
