You better learn how to keep your receipts now because there computers start throwing information away so lifetime warranty things you buy and they want your phone number to keep your warranty information is a joke. They just lost at least a 40 to 50 thousand dollar account because all my customers buy their own parts for warranty information which is a huge lie. No such thing as lifetime warranty

No place is perfect, and every place you go to has different people working in the store with different characters, lifestyles and more, so you can't blame one person or a bad experience on the whole place nor hold one person accountable for another person who is probably the best worker there. Im just gonna be honest and say that Everytime I've been to this store I have had great customer service unless it was someone new worker there who didn't know what they were doing. Everytime I asked about a tool, product, part or anything about my car.....they were always very informative and gave me lots of advice on what to do, and they also a few of the co workers have even came out to my car and looked it it for me, and showed me how to do certain things I never knew about. You just have to be patient with them and ask questions and stop acting like they control everything at there establishment, because we all have jobs and we all know at our jobs there are things we can control, and there are some workers who don't do what they're supposed to do. Talk to the right person, ask the right questions and you will leave very satisfied. So don't be so pessimistic.

The young lady directing traffic got everyone helped in an orderly and timely fashion and Ty (Tyrell) quickly and politely assisted me in getting headlight bulbs for my car and reminded me to wear gloves while touching them. He wasn't condescending about it either as some men can be when talking to a woman about auto care, maybe that's because he works with a woman? The snack shelves were bare and some stock seemed low but the back shelves seemed well stock. The cute little field mouse we banded together to catch and release in the grass outback felt safe to be there. I will be going back after this experience. Thanks to their excellent customer service.

Every time I come it has been great until recently all I did was come for a tag light to be rudely talked to from a employee there not even greeted.. so I can in and a guy named Louie was working the phone was ringing so with me being polite I gave Louie time to get the phones while I stood there waiting politely. Then about the 3rd time he hangs the phone up he was to look at me and say “ we’ll do you need something” he was very rude about it so I’m like well yeah of course that’s why I’m standing here waiting on you to finish on the phones .. so he gets the light and all I did was ask do you know how to replace it. That’s it and he wants to be rude again saying “ no that’s not one of or free services we provide here” like okay buddy sorry for just asking a question. Idk very unprofessional and won’t be back

Been having issues with my car starting up and I figured it was the battery so I brought it into this advance auto and James was very helpful and showed me that the connections on my battery were loose and that was most likely the issue. So he went inside and got some tools to tighten everything up. This is some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while, keep up the great work James💪🏽

I went the store to purchase a air conditioning recharge hose. The guy didn't even ask me what kind of Vehicle I had. Then just sold me a hose that didn't fit on the receptor. I was told if I opened it I couldn't return it. I'll be going to Auto Zone for now on.

I needed a battery for my car. The cold weather killed mine. I took the car to store 6048 (Dual Highway) . Brian was super willing to put the new battery in. Even though it was only 16° out! Enthusiastic and super friendly. He was very quick and efficient. He never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. That's what I call customer service!! So hard to find people like him anymore!
