Very unprofessional: didn't return calls. Service manger was argumentative, defensive and denied facts. Do NOT recommend taking your vehicle for any type repairs there. ZERO stars!

I know that mechanics have a bad reputation , especially dealerships. I have had bad experiences as well as good, so I like to give everyone a fair shake before giving my opinion. I will say that I'm not going to go back for service again after my last experience. I purchased a set of tires and they were trouble right from the start. They were noisy and rough and I went back several times to try to get it corrected. I thought they weren't balanced, so I had my wife take it back and they tried to charge her even though I had gotten the tires there and they offer lifetime rotation. Anyway, after that they said it wasn't the tires , it was my car. I'd have to get some front end work, hundreds of dollars worth. I should have pushed them to fix it there but I just lived with it and did rotation myself next time. Well I went back after 10k miles for another rotation/balance and they reiterated my front end work was the cause. Well, I went to an independent shop for rotation the next time because it was cheap, they were close and had an appt. I went back to the dealer for next rotation/balance at 20k. They guy took me outside and said he couldn't balance the tires because they're worn all the way down. He said a couple of then were falling apart. I said these have 20k miles on them they shouldn't be falling apart. He agreed. Then I told him that I bought them from them and they installed them. That's when he got quiet. He started looking things up and consulting with others and I knew they were going to try to get out of it. Well sure enough - I couldn't prove that I'd rotated the tires every 6k so guess what? I'm screwed. I did rotation on my own once when I did my brakes, and I went somewhere else for the one before that, but I couldn't prove it. The guy is trying to tell me that it might not have worn so badly if I had done the rotation. Hah, really? 20k miles and the tires are falling apart, even though I'd done rotations. I don't care if I had never done a rotation in 20,000 miles, they should not be completely worn out in that amount of miles. I'm not a young and inexperienced kid like the guy that was talking to me , so it was insulting. I've owned quite a few vehicles and I have had to do this many times. I used to help my dad when I was growing up as I have been very meticulous with my service intervals including my tire rotation. I've seen many people go way over the recommended tire rotation limits. I've seen people really go over the limit and I've never seen tires fall apart after 20,000 miles, rotation or not. And these were rotated 3x in that 20k interval. For them to blame that is wrong and for them to try to tell me that it's my front end is infuriating. Btw, I went to a local shop for one of the rotations and I just went to a tire place to get an estimate on tires and neither found an issue with my front end. That's right, I've taken my business elsewhere. I wouldn't have written this down unless I really felt strongly about it. Everything I'm saying is true, so beware.

Do not under any circumstance buy vehicle from them, have it serviced by them, or expect a loaner car under warranty service. I don’t have another vehicle to drive. I don’t have another vehicle to drive but yet they want me to just leave my truck with them overnight or for however, long while they maybe diagnose what’s wrong with it. This place is a joke. If I could give them zero stars I would.

There mechanic worked on my truck for almost 5 months multiple tows. Over 4500 bucks and I had to have a third party come get my truck. The 3rd party fix my truck for 1800.00 bucks. Runs amazing. Beware of high technical work. If I could give a zero star I would.

Do not use their service dept for anything. You cannot get a person on the line to talk to. They text message everything. They do not have loaner cars to give out even though your vehicle is under warranty. They let your vehicle sit for days before they can even look at it. The service advisor was very rude, argumentative and condescending. If I would have known how horrible they were I would have never had my truck towed there. They wanted to charge me $170 for a diagnostic fee even though the vehicle was still under the powertrain warranty. I know it was powertrain because the transmission went out on it. I ended up having my truck towed to another ford dealership. Just because we didn't buy the truck there they wanted to make excuses on why the transmission wouldn't be covered. We bought from a non ford dealership in Maryland and it was one they do not get along with because Hagerstown Ford doesn't like to honor warranties that has nothing to do with why the transmission went out. If I could give a zero star I would have. Never again!!

Sales took the car for an appraisal, and left me without a key for 30 min . Then when finally brought the keys I walked around the huge parking lot to find the car wish took another 15 min , it was in the back next to hub city diner . Rude people last time I’ll stop here .

Had an axle go out in my 23 Ford Maverick hybrid and the axle was on backorder and they couldn't provide a loaner at time of fix even though I was put on a waiting list a month or more. They said it would be ok to drive and wouldn't damage anything. Got it fixed but my tire has major edge wear and they claim it's not caused by axle even though it's the only one like that.

I really wish I could leave a better review, but my most recent experience left me both disappointed and $500 in debt. After having new tires installed, my truck was delivered back to my home. The delivery driver seemed rushed and avoided much conversation, which struck me as odd. About 15 minutes later, when I got into my truck, I noticed a large crack across the windshield — the kind that looked like it could have been caused by a dropped tool. I immediately contacted the dealership and asked them to review their service cameras to verify that the windshield wasn’t damaged when it arrived. After several days of follow-ups, I was told that the cameras at the needed angle "weren’t working that day". When I asked to speak with a manager, no one ever followed up with me. Even after visiting the dealership in person, I was given the same answer: the cameras were broken, and there was nothing they could do. After weeks of back-and-forth and no accountability from the dealership, I was left to file an insurance claim and pay a $500 deductible out of pocket. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that showed a lack of integrity and customer care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this dealership — take your business elsewhere.
