Spoke to a rep. that checked our battery and stated he couldn't read alternator obviously because it was bad. He suggested we drove another hour to see if battery would charge because it was slightly low but good. The cable was a little loose. We did get back on the road traveling to Forest Park, OH only to have our vehicle die out infront of another parts store 5 1/2 hours from our destination. I don't recommend this store.

I needed a new car battery and was helped by a truly great guy. He took a look under my hood to be sure he could do the installation for me, then helped me choose the best battery in my price range. He recommended some inexpensive little felt discs to keep my battery nodules from corroding so badly and then did the installation. I respect the fact that he explained if the store was too busy, I may have to wait a few minutes for the installation - which is completely understandable. But, store traffic slowed down and he put the battery in pretty quickly for me. The store was clean and we'll organized. Great experience!

This day I came to this store to return a piece and I never thought that they would treat me so badly and with an arrogant and ostensible attitude, apparently the seller did not see my information, I have been a customer for many years and even if I was not an old customer, he does not have the right to treat customers that way. This happened to me in the commercial area only because I did not have the Invoice. But I gave him the name of my business account and my customer number and date of purchase.

Amanda was insanely helpful for a new-hire. I’m proud to be leaving her first review. She was excited when I told her I was going to give her one for being so helpful.I believe in giving the most credit when it’s due. I went in to get an item and asked if they might have something to compliment it and help my situation. She walked me to the isle and helped me try and pick out what I needed. Even though she hadn’t been there long, she knew right where to go to find something to help me. I used to dislike going there, but now I’ll be returning for all my immediate parts needs. TY Amanda!

People don't know what they're doing. Best bet is to make your order online. And who allows you to place your order online and isnt even open when they're supposed to be. Looking at me through the door. Tighten up. Change the times if you're not open. Don't look at is through the window.

Never really had a problem here before but was there a few weeks ago and called to see about a part and the manager answered and seemed kind of impatient. But that’s not it, when I was there waiting in a nice size line I noticed 2 young black boys that had already paid for their stuff and as they was walking out the manager yelled at them in front of everyone excuse me did you pay for your stuff. Them showing the receipt saying yes and the man who also works there that rung them up told the manager yes they paid. Even after the worker told him they paid he still made them come back in and show their receipt. Not even 1 minute later a white man walked out and the alarm goes off and he waved his receipt saying I already paid the manager said I believe you. 🤔 seems pretty racist if you ask me!

I had a very pleasant experience today. My check engine light was on and Robert checked the code and it indicated a small leak in the emissions. He told me it could be as easy as the gas cap not being tight. I told him that mine doesn't click when you put it on. He indicated that the click signifies a proper seal. He didn't have the replacement in stock but called another store in the area and I was able to go there and pick it up. Thanks to the Auto Zone Team for your professionalism. You are always my first stop when I have car issues.

Worst experience of my life No help at all ZERO HELP with finding the part I needed and wouldn’t come out to look at what I needed either. There were 5 employees just standing around doing nothing and not a single one helped me with any of my problems so I went to advanced auto instead had no problem getting what I needed…. Just don’t understand this company is getting worse over time I will no longer step a foot into another autozone again and will be warning others not to go there as well

Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Christa and Tim went out of their way to help me and especially to ensure that I got the right bulbs for my brake light and put the bulb in for me even though it was a complicated replacement that took extra time and it was already later in the evening after what looked to me like it was a busy day. They also did so with positive and friendly attitudes. Their extra effort is much appreciated!

This store is ran by the same old man who is rude an unprofessional. He told me they do not return or exchange items. And he was the man who sold the thing to me 2 weeks ago. I guess autozone the customers are not right and the product i bought was marketed to fit my exact vehicle but did not. Save yourself the gassle and order on ebay

Went in and had someone use the system to find exactly what I needed, sold me the wrong thing and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t let me.

Dan is extremely helpful! I went to check the status of my battery and he did just that and even helped install it for free along with other recommendations for my car. I really do appreciate his services! Dan is just insanely helpful and serviceable. It is now my go to place. I do recommend this place. Good customer support!

Please please please!!! Everyone stay away from this place. The sales people are very rude and have no idea about what they are selling. I went to this store to purchase a break pad, and I tried to give the sales lady my vehicle VIN number to get the right pads but she refused, instead she sold me wrong pad. So I went back after the mechanic told me it’s a wrong pad. The lunatic store manager has no idea about what store is even selling to the public. I can confidently advise everyone to buy your parts from advance auto instead. 🙈🙈🙈

I went this location to purchase an AUX cassette for my vehicle. When I approached the counter, this older guy gave me a real unsettling look. I asked him if he had an AUX cassette for my vehicle and he immediately said no. He told me that he did not carry the item and that he did not sell it. Being so I previously looked up the part online I knew they sold it but I didn't know if they had it in stock. So I went back to my car looked it up, and there it goes it shows that they had three in stock. So I go back to the store, and I'm waiting in line to show him that they do have two in and while I was standing in line the part was literally right behind him. It's not like he had to go look for the part or pull the part. The part was literally right behind him which I'm pretty sure he sees every day. What gets me is that he didn't even bother to look in his computer to see if they even carry it. He had to have known the part was in stock because it was sitting right there behind the desk. When I told the older guy in the gray shirt which happened to be a gray-haired Caucasian man that the phone show that they had two in stock and not only that but the part was literally behind him, he yelled at me and said so if you don't like it get out my store. He was very rude and confrontational. What gets me is that he probably does this to multiple customers causing this location to lose revenue which the district and manager apparently don't care about. I've reached out to the district manager and I have yet to hear from him. I will post a Facebook group about the service I received from the store and the racism that I've experienced from this location. It appears that this location would rather lose revenue then served people of color. I've reached out to the district manager 10 days ago and have yet to get a response from him. If you're a person of color please stay away from the store. I would rather drive 50 mi out of the way to a different location than let them serve me.

So, I went in one night and there was a woman I had never seen before, I go there alot, and WOW was she rude to the person on the phone as well as the guy working with her. I know this is not a normal review of the store itself but holy hell she was awfully. I said to the guy " I am so sorry that you have to work with that". I felt bad for him. NOW, the store is a typical chain auto parts place. Sometimes there is someone working that day that knows what they're talking about. For the most part, they do. I bought a starter for my 1975 MGB there, taking a chance it would work, and I went thru 4 of them before I gave up. I was smart enough to buy one with a lifetime warranty so I just returned it. After I did my own research, because no one there knew what to tell me, I found out that the shaft wasn't allowing it to line up properly AND when buying a starter or anything for an antique car, be sure the specs are right ie. torque ect.

AutoZone has been a valued supplier to us for many years. The commercial manager at this store, Charles, is the absolute BEST we have ever worked with. Charles will go above & beyond to ensure accuracy & value. He genuinely cares about his customers.

After visiting 3 auto stores I finally arrived here. After some discussion I walked out with 2 rotors and front brakes. The employees were helpful to a point

I had to get an alternator for my truck today and I stopped at AutoZone on the door highway. Upon arriving, I met a man at the door named Bob Harr Which was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made my experience as painless as possible, and before you knew it, my purchase was complete. My Core charge was given back to me, and I was on my way to repair my truck. I am very thankful for Bob who has been in the business since the 70s. We had a chance for a brief chat about his experience, and I was overwhelmed with gratitude

I’ve came to this autozone a couple of times and each time I come the workers are very rude! They always have an attitude against me and not willing to help me too much. The next time I went I asked if I could rent a tool and what they said was “we don’t rent or borrow here, we just sell them” when they are supposed to rent and you can even search it up on google and it will appear that autozone rents any tool.
