No estimate posted for weeks, no communication till finishing up. Ended up paying an extra 2 weeks of rental out of pocket, and picked up a truck with screws in a tire. Won't even patch a screw hole they caused, thanks guys. Just posting this so people with limited rental days avoid this place, didn't really expect anything great so not surprised or upset I guess

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Rude and unprofessional manager. I asked for a timeframe of repairs once the estimate was done, and he refused to give it to me until they had parts in hand. I asked for an idea of when it might be done once they had the estimate complete, and he refused, constantly interrupted me, then hung up on me. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Or this company. Update! The manager called me back after telling me that my car was unsafe to drive and they couldn’t put the bad parts back on and told me to come pick up my car and drive it and get a service somewhere else and then I wasn’t welcome there. This is escalated and I have reported him to the corporate office. And the car doesn’t ride the same as when I dropped it off. Alignment is screwed up and something smells like it’s burning. Never go to this location, and never deal with Scott.

Had the BEST experience! Who likes to deal with a hit an run? Service King went above & beyond and really surprised me when my car was fixed & painted in a little over a day. Bentley at the office took especially good care of me with constant updates and getting me a rental organized and explaining the does & don't's of after care for the next 40 days. Noah was as well very professional & detailed. We will definitely recommend Service King to all our friends & family!

I originally would have given this place one star. Their previous management and staff were awful. They hadn’t completed the work on my car and didn’t tell me until I noticed it. They also left a paint stain on my seat. I had to keep calling them to finish the repairs. They’d tell me they would look into it and then never call back. This went on for almost a year. Fortunately, they have new staff and management who listened to my concerns, apologized, got the work done quickly, and even cleaned up the paint stain on my seat. So, if you see negative reviews from the past, keep in mind that they may be about the previous staff and management. Things seem much better there now.

Update: tried speaking w them about the issue and were told this was a prior issue.. my car is not drivable after their "repairs"... so no it's not a prior issue or lack of maintenance. What a way to scam insurance companies and people out of money. Working with my insurance company to get a proper diagnostics and will be moving forward with legal action pending a second opinion. We have never had this type of issue in any of our cars... this is the worst situation I've ever encountered. We are having a mechanic look at if our transmission fluids are low since Crash Champions stated the leaking was due to loose radiator and transmission lines (they are connected somehow) when they repaired the radiator. (Internal system and was most likely what was leaking when we picked it up the first time). Steer waaaay clear of this place! Wish I could do -2 stars for the times we picked up our car and it's not running correctly... but... here's what happened to us... We've Just picked my car up for the second time and now it's super jerky when it shifts. Here's what's happened... I was hit in my work parking lot by someone not paying attention and my car was not driveable. There was definitely a leak so my insurance company towed it here to get it fixed. After about 4 weeks I was told my car was ready (4 days after the estimated completion date). Which wasn't a huge deal, the other insurance company covered the extra days and there was no fallout from that. However, when we got it home on Tuesday, it sat for a couple days since I worked from home and I ended up driving it to work Thursday. I got home and noticed it was still leaking... the whole reason it wasn't drivable was because of the leaking (maybe radiator, maybe something else, I'm not a mechanic). So, Crash champions towed my car back to their location on Friday. After another week and being told we'd have a rental car for pickup on Friday at 4pm, we were told the car was now fixed... super sketchy they figure it out within a day, but we brushed it off and were thankful they could figure it out. We picked it up yesterday. I was told they replaced the radiator... which my assumption was they did that already because of the damage we were told it had to it... but again, not my expertise. When we drove it home last night, I noticed a HUGE problem; my car no longer shifts smoothly. Even though it shifted fine prior to the accident and even when I drove it the previous week to and from work. The tech told me it needed a transmission flush but this is definitely not a problem we ever had before and if there was a problem during testing they should have fixed it. We are beyond frustrated! I am missing work in the office I am required to be there for at this point and it's beyond me why the radiator wasn't replaced in the first place. I am on hold with the insurance company as I write this to see what we can do to change shops or get resolution. This is the worst service I've had.

I just want to say the people you talk to over the phone at the front desk are great. Definitely dont take your car here for any sort of insurance related incident. They will give you the highest estimate possible. Mark your WHOLE car in almost impossible to remove pen/marker, and DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN THE CAR AT ALL. Its only 15$ but it was there when i dropped the car off, i have pictures that are dated and time stamped showing that the 15 was safely in my center console accessory box and now its gone. So just make sure you check every single spot in your car. And just dont have faith that they will give you reliable, trustworthy and fast service.

My car window and door panel got broken into and took here because they had first availability-happened mid December. Still waiting for my window to get tinted, and door panel to get replaced. Chris was the guy taking care of this but got fired or quit in the midst and when I called in February to follow up, they had no knowledge of my situation or that I was still waiting..and STILL waiting due to door panel being pushed back over and over again. Or so they say- Pretty sure my rain guards were lost or thrown away too. And I know they got paid my insurance company already so of course they are not in a rush to fix my car. Joke of a place, I do not recommend coming here at all! Sucks all around with service and communication. Update- 5/6 my door panel was supposed to come in still heard nothing and it’s 5/13.

I was really tempted to take my vehicle to this shop, however I see that they are having issues paying their vendors. Why would I trust a company to work on my vehicle if they cant even be trusted to pay their vendors. I do not support this type of work and will happily take my business elsewhere.

I was debating writing this as I am not the person who had repairs done here, but rather along for the ride and helping my friend get back home. I would hate for my friends car to have some kind of corners cut done to it out of spite because of speaking up so I am. The receptionist while very kind demeanor has some kind of compulsion of oversharing. I left knowing every detail of her life, recent surgery and pretty much full medical history. It is extremely awkward trying to get a service and you end up being someone emotional dumping ground. Reeks of unprofessionalism. There was a vendor or helper visiting at the same time who was asking to get paid for services completed going back a full calendar year????? If a body shop isn't paying vendors are they accurately repairing your car? I don't know how much control individual chains have in this but that is just creepy that someone was abused long enough they have to come beg for payment in person somewhere.

Got to be honest, when you’re Chilling and over here, a conversation and find out the guys that are contracted and that are doing the work, you find out that they haven’t been being paid? Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I don’t have anything to do with this industry,, Some makes no difference to me. I will be glad to go somewhere else. I’d love to say it’s her secondhand, but to hear it firsthand from somebody whose life is Affected by it it’s pretty disheartening. I cannot honestly say I’ve never had service done from them but when you over here conversation, it definitely makes me think I will never go here.

No stars. In order to post this it requires you to choose at least a star but i want it documented that they do not deserve any stars! The service at this location has been horrendous, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Communication is extremely poor—they say one thing and do another, repeatedly make excuses, and cannot be trusted to follow through. Based on this experience, Allstate should seriously reconsider using them as a preferred vendor. So the plot thickens. These people have had my vehicle for a month now. They placed a call to say the parts that were required to finish my repairs had not been received. This is due to the fact that no one ordered them until Last week. A call was received with all the "it's everyone else's fault". Resulting in another week of waiting. What they do not know is that I get an alert every time my vehicle is accessed and it sat for two weeks with no alerts! Explain this one. Second of all I was informed that my rental car had to be turned in or I had to pay for it myself. Which is definitely not happening and yes, I am expecting Crash Champions to pay for this cost. If you want to disagree then you will receive a bill for all of my missed days at work because I can't get there without a vehicle. It is time to step up and stop lying!

I am beyond disturbed with Crash Champions of Littleton. They took over a month to repair the $20k damage. I had another body shop that is reputable inspect my car and the frame is still bent! Unbelievably unscrupulous and negligent with my safety. Do NOT let this company “fix” your car! I am planning on suing this company for their dirty deeds.
