The sales representatives are great. Dealing with member services was horrible. I scheduled an appointment with them and they didn’t give me a time to show up called them several times before my appointment and they never got back to me. Called day of my appointment for clarification still no answer. When I showed up they were not doing anything just talking amongst themselves. I paid for a warranty for a part to get covered and they said probably won’t get covered but still will check it out in 3 hours . Management called me and wasn’t help either and would not help in cancelling the warranty very unprofessional very dissatisfied in their ability to handle the situation.

Pretty unfortunate luck to be told I had to go here to stay within my warranty on a newly purchased vehicle when it wasn't the case. After 4 trips to AutoTrek, I was unable to get my car fixed, and behind my back called some not so nice things when the guys didn't realize I was in the waiting room.

The team at AutoTrek Member Service is very responsive and quick (but thorough) with their work. I dropped my car off as it was in need of an engine replacement and it was ready to be picked up within a week. Alan spoke with my warranty company in order to ensure replacement costs would be covered and made sure to update me every time he knew something. I’m very pleased with my overall experience with this shop.

~I bought this beauty of a car on July 9th from Auto Trek. The auto start was not working and Auto Trek sent me to their mechanic to look at the problem. I spoke to Alan who got me in right away and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. He also changed a fuse for something small that he didn't need to. He was so nice and friendly, I felt like he was a family friend who fixed my car and not just some shady mechanic. I would 100% recommend this mechanic shop! 🙂 I had an excellent experience with the Auto Trek team!!
