The worst experience that I have had with an automotive service. I took my car in for a problem with the vent flaps and the mechanic made it worse! They charged me $542.00 and now my heater/AC is stuck in just blowing out warm air as opposed to being able to at least control the temp of air coming out. I also requested a service check (oil change check tire pressure, etc) A couple of days later, my right rear tire was under-inflated. Stay away from this place.

Don't take your vehicle here, Victor is a first class rip-off. An initial $650 estimate for plugs, wires, an O2 sensor and a MAS sensor jumped to $1063 for an O2 sensor, ignition coil and a battery. He charged me $187 for a $120 battery, that's retail and no, that's not including the labor. He's basically upcharging more than 60% of retail for parts. The 3.2 hours of labor performed (and he had my car for five days), he charged $130 per hour, more than the dealerships around here. He left his half full coffee cup in my car for me to dispose of. He left the driver's side window down so my seat has water stains on it and when I brought it up to him, he says "aww that's alright", well no it's not alright. He is completely disrespectful of your property and towards you in general, calling me "princess". He has the nerve to brag that he bought his wife a $50,000 Honda Pilot, clearly his wife is the one getting the "princess" treatment or rather queen questionable style. I see how he's paying for it, by ripping people off. He has the nerve to talk about other mechanics and their dishonesty and about how all his clientele are women. I see why, he'll take advantage of a woman at every opportunity. Steer clear of this this guy because he's the real dishonest, theiving mechanic.

Reasonable prices for exceptional auto care. Before you go to Randy's up the street a few blocks--go here. He is ALWAYS busy, but gets your car done in good time, considering that word of mouth advertizing has sent a lot of people to this establishment.

Victor is by far more then a mechanic. He treats every client not only with respect but with dignity. I have being going to Littleton Auto Care for years. I have never had a issue. The fact that Victor talks to his clients by mentioning friendly names like, princess or mujer has nothing to do with his career and work. He and the owner are very caring, helpful and charge appropriately. Steer away from the negative talk that is being mentioned. You can come and get service and see for yourself that you will be satisfied. Personally I don't worry about negative reviews until I actually know or experience the location for certain myself.

Victor is the man !! The most honest and fair mechanic there is. If your looking for the best of the best look no further. He’s been working on my Toyota 4Runner with 200,000 miles and he makes it run better then brand new. Cheers to this man and his amazing character + work ethic.

I've been going to this shop for almost a decade, ever since I was a teenager. Good prices, quick service and I know I can trust them. They never try and gouge you with services you don't need and if something is wrong will take the time to show you the part (and what it should look like lol), always gives you options to fit your needs/budget and makes sure you are driving safe. Plus Victor is a fast mechanic and I have always been back on the road same day

Absolutely angels!! My axle snapped off right next to this shop and they went out of their way to move the cars near me and help me park safely at their shop. I recently needed a gasket repair. They told me it would take about a week and cost approx. $2,000.I asked if they would also replace the fan belt and was assured that they would take care of everything. And they did, not only within the promised time but also for the amount quoted. I am very happy. Victor is a very good mechanic. They installed a fuel pump in my daughter's jeep. When she picked up the vehicle, she went to put gas in and the gasoline poured out into the ground. I asked for a refund and money for putting my daughter and granddaughter in danger. They will not respond and the vehicle is not working!

Sorn and Victor did a fantastic job repairing our 2009 hummer. We have taken it to the dealership and to countless other repair shops and no one could figure out where the gremlin was hiding in the engine! Sometimes it started, sometimes we had to sit and wait for 30 minutes and then it decided to start. We were ready to sell our friend the hummer because it was not reliable and could not be fixed. We went to 4-5 other repair shops in Littleton’s till we found this one. Prices were 25% less than other repair shops and Victor is a car whisperer Not only did they find the gremlin, but there were 3 problems that happened all at once, hence hard to pinpoint. The hummer was returned on time and on budget. We were shown the bad parts and left feeling like we got a deal and also found our go to repair place for our entire family. He highly advise anyone to go here first. You will save money and never think you have been ripped off.

He tried to charge me $100 for a non-synthetic oil change. AND!!!Charged me $125 to diagnose an issue w/ my sterring rack. He didnt do anything but put it on the lift. I could tell nothing had been touched. It still had all fresh dust and dirt, no hand marks. HE DID NOTHING!. Again he never touched the car, accept to put on a lift. Also he has a secretary you can't understand, knows nothing about cars and just makes up prices. I watched it happen to other customers and myself.
