Best prices on oil changes I've ever seen and they're really attentive and kind! They know their customers by name and the staff makes a point to go over all their pricing with you. They don't try to aggressively upsell and are overall just honest. Definitely coming back, tired of getting scammed by all the other oil change places

They are nice guys, and I think their work is generally good. They have always accommodated me, even on last minute repair requests. Some nitpicks on my last visit. Had tires rotated and water pump replaced. 1. inspection report they sent by text said a tire was out of balance - which was odd, since they had just repaired it the week before. Went ahead and asked them to do balance at $80. 2. Inspection report also says third brake light is out. Not true. 3. Inspection report says coolant is low. Not true. However: I was unable to see this on my phone, but this inspection report is apparently for somebody else's pickup truck (can see it in the photos on my desktop). Now I am not even sure of the necessity of the repairs I got. The actual repair was something of an ordeal for them. They apparently couldn't tell that my car was the 2.4L engine and not the 2.0L turbo version, so they ordered the wrong pump twice, extending the repair time. At least they admitted this. General critique: every time any work is done on tires, they are overfilled with air. Should be 33/33, always 38-40 PSI (tires only rated for 35PSI). I have to check them the next day and deflate them. Every time. I have begun checking their lug nut torque myself as well just be sure they haven't either over- or under-torqued.

Midas Muffler performed an excellent service for my Ford E250 van. They replaced all the brake assembly system in the front of my van and made sure they did proper adjustments as needed. Also did an excellent job in Flushing the master cylinder for my Ford E250! The customer service was excellent! They are very honest and trustworthy!

I was helped by Jeff, and he was excellent! He answered my questions and he was really helpful in navigating the numerous concerns I had about my Outback. This Midas shop is trustworthy. And believe me, I do not take my car to just any auto shop. My second time here and they've been great both times. Customer service and their work is awesome. If you need welding work done they can do it and they do it clean. I recommend coming here for any exhaust welding work that you need. The second time they were able to patch up a hole from a nail in my tire. Ryan provided me with great customer service. Highly recommend this shop so far! Will continue to update this review with any more trips I take with this shop.

The best part was finding out the service was already included with the price of the tires when you buy them there—I had totally forgotten about that!
