I have been taking my vehicles to Keller Brothers for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars. They are honest, helpful, and offer the right amount of direction. Car repairs are difficult. Finding a partner on that journey is important. Note - recently I went back for another car issue. The entire staff worked with me flawlessly. Again - just the best.

Not actually open until 6. Got there right at 5 for an oil change to be told that there were no techs to do anything because "the guys were sitting here for 5 hours so we sent them home." That's not the customer's fault but the man at the front desk sure made it sound like it was my fault. Don't expect to be able to get anything done here after you get off work because they won't have anyone to do the service. Will not be returning

I never leave bad reviews but I thought it was necessary to specifically let women know my experience here. I took my Subaru in for an oil change and just to get a diagnosis on these lights on my dashboard. I had already gone to a few mechanics about the lights and wanted to confirm the diagnosis. They charged me $120 just to let me know what I sort of already knew. Then they said in order to fix this issue , it would be roughly $1700. They were charging me $1326 for the two parts needed. I went to my friend who is also a mechanic and we found the same exact parts on the Subaru website for a total of $480 - so on parts alone they were charging an additional $846! Yes you read that correctly, $846!! I took my car somewhere else, watched the guy replace the parts and it took him less than an hour and only charged $150 for labor. Meanwhile Kellers was charging $348 for labor. On top of that, they had my car all day and never called to let me know it was ready for pick up. I ended up just going to the shop towards the end of the business day on my own wondering why it was still in the shop. A part of me thinks they realize they were trying to scam me because I never heard any follow up on the parts or scheduling time to fix my car. My husband also has been here many times and we compared charges on our invoices and just general documents that suggest services to be done and it was clear, I was being charged more for essentially the same work. It’s really disappointing how mechanics will try to scam people, specifically women.

I had such a great experience. Kirk and Chris were awesome. I had A LOT of things wrong with my car and Chris really took the time to go over all my options. Once I told him that I would be trading my car in sooner than later, he gave me some inexpensive options for what I needed done and advised me on the most important issues. I really appreciated the honesty and kindness. They have a nice waiting area and can even give you a ride somewhere if needed. I will most definitely be taking my cars here anytime I need things taken care of in the future. I highly recommend!

The Google ratings don't lie. This place is the perfect auto repair store: reasonable and fair prices, incredible customer service, skilled workers, great atmosphere if you have to wait. I've had major repairs done in the past and was completely satisfied. Today it was just a minor job: installing a passenger side outer mirror. Disappointed! Requested oil change and tire rotation. They said it didn’t need a rotation, but last time the tires were rotated was over a year ago. My wife was there for a rotation a the same time I was and tire were rotated, less mile than the vehicle I brought in. I asked if either vehicle received a brake inspection? Neither vehicle received a brake inspection. Won’t go back.

2015 Jeep Rubicon. The previous weekend, age had split lower radiator hose. A field fix removed, cut end and reattached hose. From whatever fluid was captured was refilled with remaining being filled with tap water. Keller Bros stated fluid good, no flush / refill needed. Money saved.

I was dreading having to get my oil changed due to past experiences at the dealership. I received a coupon in the mail from Keller Bros and thought I would go to them over the dealer this time. I’m so glad that I did! They were very kind, didn’t try to pressure me into other services, and to top it off, they had a cute shop dog who sat with me while I waited for my car to be serviced! I feel compelled to share that if you have European car or non-oil change job, go elsewhere. I spent thousands here over many services. The small jobs are fine, but I have to conclude the mechanics just don't know what they're doing for anything past that. I came in for a break pad change and complaint of oil smell. They change the break pads and valve cover gasket. A few miles later, oil smell still there so I go back. They say they realized there's a defect they didn't notice before in the break pad and replace it under warranty, and the replace the gasket again under warranty. I ask why, and it's a bunch of guesswork essentially. They don't know why so they just do the bare minimum of replacing under warranty. Of course a few days later I smell the oil leak again. I no longer trust them to poke around my car so take it to a new shop. But I still have to come in a third time for them to verify the leak and all they can say is "that's weird". It's fixed for good immediately at next shop I take it to. To their credit Chris is pleasant to interact with and has excellent customer service and refunded me for the botched job. But ultimately I feel frustrated that they got it wrong twice and each time promised me it's fixed, a huge waste of time. Especially when the new shop identified and solved the problem right away. Edit: I appreciate the amicable response, star added Edit: They made things right. I am converted back to being a customer.

I took my car here because it was making a weird noise, I had done a preliminary google search about what this noise could be and isolated that the issue was most likely that the retaining clip for my brake lines had broken and so they were dragging on the driveshaft. This is what I told them when I dropped off the car, obviously I am not a mechanic and did not want to assume that I knew the issue just because of my google searches so when they told me that the retaining clip was intact and the issue was actually that my control arms needed to be replaced I believed them and told them to go ahead with the $2K+ job. A couple months later, the noise was still there so I took my car back- they said something to the effect of: "The retaining clip is broken, that'll be upwards of $700". This makes me believe that: a) I spent over $2000 on something that did not need to be fixed. b) they never checked the retaining clip the first time when they said it was not broken. Overall I am super disappointed and won't be coming back. That said, the staff is amiable and there is a sweet Ducati parked out front.

Took my vehicle to the shop and the issue that was paid for was not fixed (had to take the car back 5 times because they would say they fixed it but the problem kept happening.) They would not honor the warranty for paying for a problem they never actually fixed. I seriously question their ability and ethics.
