Entire experience from first phone call through initial estimate through navigating insurance through picking up the car was flawless. Heath went out of his way at every step of the process to make sure things were done right and he communicated with me every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about Chatfield Auto Body. They were incredibly responsive and had my car fixed before other shops even got back to me with an estimate. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. Not only did they take care of the main repairs, but they also handled a couple of minor issues on the house—a really appreciated touch. The price was fantastic, and you can tell there's a solid, experienced crew behind the scenes. I had a great time chatting with Steve, the owner, while my car was being worked on. He mentioned they’ve been in the area since the 70s, and it’s clear they care about their reputation and their customers. I’ll always support local businesses like this over the chains. Hopefully I won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m coming straight back here. Highly recommend!

CAB did an outstanding repair on my Nissan Titan's rear fender, bumper and tailgate. I cannot believe the quality of work on the fender that was dented, creased and scratched. They did not replace the fender, but repaired it, and you cannot tell where the factory paint ends, and where the repair and the repaint begins. It is a perfect match (see attached photos for a before and after). They are extremely competitively priced, and very prompt on their timelines. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAB to anyone who needs high quality repairs performed, on their vehicles, no matter the make and model!!!!! Thank You CAB for everything! Mike M

The whole group at Chatfield are absolutely amazing. Car originally went in for front end damage and the Chatfield team helped me transform my Hellcat into this...On top of fixing the damage and bringing the car to back to perfection. They transformed it with changing the hood to matte black and added the diffuser, wicker bill, and splitter. Came out amazing!

Although it took a year to get my Genesis GV70 repaired, it was a very satisfactory experience working with Steve. He was willing to take my car even though he knew he couldn’t get to it for several months. Then he had difficulty getting the right parts, but that wasn’t his fault. After he could tell it was going to take longer than anticipated, Steve gave me a loaner to keep until my car was finished. I appreciated that so much—definitely going above and beyond. My car looks great and since I’d only had it for 2 months when the accident occurred, it smells and looks like a brand new car! I would highly recommend Chatfield Auto Body.

If you need custom paint work done for you car, this is the place to go. I actually went to call other autobody shops and they declined to paint my aftermarket parts. But here at Chatfield auto they actually enjoy working on custom parts because they know how much of a good job they'll do and the results they'll make. All of their employees will be willing to answer any of your questions, work with you to get what you want and how you need it. I brought in an aftermarket spoiler that came in carbon fiber and FRP. The paint match was immaculate. The spoiler is paint matched to the point where it looks like it is factory. The owner Steve may seem pretty cold-cut on the phone but it's because he's straight forward and honest so don't let that deter you. Awesome team here.

Steve and his team did fantastic on my truck. I made a mistake and a pole ruined my truck, and Steve made it like new again. It did take three months because of the supply chain issues and lack of available parts, but I followed up with him weekly to see where things were at. I appreciated him telling me how things were moving along and what was happening so that I wasn’t in the dark. He called yesterday and told me it was ready, and it looks fabulous! It runs great, and everything looks better than new! I even had a little quarter size dent in the tailgate, and he fixed that at no cost! That was so incredibly kind! I highly recommend Steve and Chatfield automotive.

Beautiful work. My car had received a deep key scratch, vandalism, on the hood. Steve and his crew did a wonderful job at a very fair price of mitigating the damage. After buffing out most of the damage, Charlie did a beautiful job of delicately painting and blending the remainder of the scratch to match the hood as I had chosen not to have a complete repaint of the hood. The work was done quickly, the staff was friendly, and Steve went over step-by-step my options and the costs. I will enthusiastically recommend them to any friends or family that need auto body work done.

OUTSTANDING! Huge thanks to the Chatfield Auto Body team for taking on my project. I am restoring a CoPart Audi TT RS project and brought “loose” body panels to CAB. (door, 2 fenders, bumper). Most shops will not paint loose body panels due to the difficulty of matching paint without being able to blend into the rest of the car. The CAB team took on this challenge with superb results. The quality of the paint work is excellent. From the quality of the materials to the excellent craftsmanship, the paint work came out better than what was originally on the car. The paint/clear is smooth with depth and brilliance. There is no orange peel whatsoever. More smooth and has more depth than the original paint. Speaking about color match, CAB did a great job of matching the paint from an old body panel. The match is very close and difficult to tell. A blend may not even be needed – but can be done a later time. I’m very happy with the results on the body work from Chatfiled Auto Body. My TT RS is now restored and paint was the last step in completing the project. I highly recommend CAB to anyone needing custom paint work done. They are up to the challenge for taking on almost any project.

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done. they explained in great detail what needs to be done. I had a side panel that needed to be attached on my Honda odyssey ramp van. Granted I had to locate and supply the panel due to the van not being a normal van. I was expecting the total price to have work done including priming and painting panel and reshaping the plate the panel attached to and other work done so ramp door would automatically close without hesitation to be around 2k. I can’t remember the gentleman's name who did the work but he added extra rifits to make the panel more secure than the original manufacturer did all for a little over 1k. thank you Chatfield autobody for an excellent job.

My car is my baby, I went to Chatfield Auto Body to get an estimate on the damage that was done to it. I work at a school and a student side swiped my whole bottom part of my passenger door as they were trying to park. I was beyond very upset when this had happened. Chatfield Auto Body, made me feel like family. They updated me every step of the way and with out any hesitation answered any of my questions that I had, had. They brought my baby back to being brand new. Tears of joy and happiness, as I saw my baby back to itself when I went to go pick it up. I will forever recommend them to anyone who ever needs any work done to their baby .
