Came back to EAS and still a great team. Pricing is great, and the team is really nice. Quality of work is top notch. Appreciate the team. Jimmy & John worked with me this time and I would highly recommend you take your car to this shop. ** previous review **I went to Eagle automotive and was immediately greeted by Jeff Robins, store manager. Jeff kindly went over what they were going to do with the car and then when I handed him my key he noticed that the fob was not working. Jeff went out of his way to put a new battery into my key fob and also glue it back together. I had not asked him to do this but he did it out of his own kindness and with no charge to me. I really appreciate it that great customer service. The car was picked up in a timely manner and all the work that was done on it was great. They also left me an outline of other things that needed to be done with the car with a future maintenance but never pushed me for the work to be done right away. I really appreciated the professional and trustworthy environment of eagle automotive. Because of Jeff Robins, eagle automotive will have all of my business in the future and I recommend the shop to anybody.

Wanted to like it but every time I wouldn’t get my car back for nearly 4-5 hours and every time was with about 5-10 suggested “fixes” some of which with a second opinion were ruled out as necessary.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed. I needed a simple oil change and a look over of an older vehicle I just purchased for my son. Not only was the oil change very affordable compared to anyone within 1000 miles lol, they performed an amazing vehicle analysis. I was beyond impressed by their service and their customer service attitude. I’ll never go anywhere else for sure. Just a great experience.

I tried to get an estimate but I was not told the full costs until I had to drag it out of the manager. One other thing. I live in the neighborhood and they have four bright spotlights shining all night which makes porch viewing very disruptive. Perhaps they could consider using motion detectors. I hope for better service next time from a neighborhood business.

I can't speak for the other locations but for four years I have been exclusively taking my car to EAS Platte and have always been extremely pleased. From oil change to large repairs, I have never had an issue. They will get you a Lyft if needed and have a loaner for larger projects. Great people, great business, 5*

About 6 months ago, I had them do a break job on my Toyota Tacoma. After picking up the vehicle, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I took my truck into Toyota to have the issue checked. Eagle had used after market brake pads, which is not unusual; however, in this case, did not go well. I gave Eagle another chance to fix the situation, and they made it right. I just had my truck in at Eagle again for an oil change this time. I picked the truck up after the oil change and now it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. I am taking it back into them to find and fix the issue. We shall see. Truck did not leak any fluid before taking it into them.

I have received great service at EAS Platte Canyon in the past but was very disappointed in the last visit. I made an appointment and dropped my car off at 7:20a to be serviced with an oil change and transmission fluid service. After not hearing anything from the shop by 2:30p, I called to get an update just to find out the service on my car had not even been started. I needed my car that afternoon by 4p. Very displeased. UPDATE: EAS saw my post and the manager of the shop reached out to me to get more details. He listened and offered a sincere apology for the lack of communication and delay. He also shared he spoke with the staff to make sure it would not happen to any other customer again. They pride themselves on honesty and customer service and that showed in how they handled my concerns. I sincerely appreciate the time to make sure an unhappy customer was heard and they made it better!

I accidentally blew a main fuse (I thought) and had to have the car towed to the garage. It was a Friday and they told me they probably couldn't get to it until Monday. I couldn't lock it so they kept it inside over the weekend. They were in constant communication via phone and text. I received an email at 7:45 Monday morning saying the car was ready for pickup. Electronic issues can be very expensive so I was prepared for the worst. The total was under $70. John was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend EAS for your automotive needs.

The cost of the repairs was fair, but the service not so much. They lied to us from the start and did not listen to me about the problem. I have a 2000 Ford Expedition, and it would not start. My testing showed that it was not getting fuel and they wrote down the concern as battery. When my wife called telling them that we were bringing the car in, they told her that they had a stall and machinic ready to look at it when we got there. They lied. When we got there, they said it would be about 4 or 5 days, it was 6 before they looked at it. Then they started trouble shooting for a non-existing battery or starter problem and wanted to charge me for that time (No). The problem was a dead fuel plump, like I said in the beginning. They did fix it, but I have trust issues with them. And will take car somewhere else to get the brakes fixed.

They quickly added me in to the schedule and addressed my battery issue promptly!! Engine light on my Jeep came on, took it to a shop close to home. Decided to get a second opinion , based on EAS reviews I decided to give them a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager Jimmy. I was told vehicle will be inspected same day and I will get a call and email confirming what is wrong with my vehicle . I was offered a Lyft back home until inspection was completed. Jimmy called back and explained everything very clear, and answered all my questions. I agreed to have them work on my vehicle. I’m glad I found them pricing was reliable and on top of that they offer warranty on the parts that got replaced. I found my new mechanic shop, friendly staff and great service they even went above and beyond and washed the vehicle. Thank you EAS
