Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation…with an appointment! Made my son late for work. Unapologetic and said they were busy. That’s why I made an appointment! Downhill ever since they got purchased. Never again!

Thanks for making sure the check engine light cleared and spark plugs and fuel flush was done properly before sending my son on the road with his car.

I like this place A LOT! Came in with my own parts, Sway Bar Links for a 2011 Ford Ranger and they only charged for labor! I was going to do the job myself but the bolts rusted out and a sawzall is about the same price I paid to have them put on professionally. I'd recommend dropping the car off and letting them do their thing. The place can get busy quick especially on Saturdays! They also offer free shuttle service too and from! I came in with a request and got a quote after a free inspection before they performed work which I really appreciate! Afterwards I got a full breakdown on how my car looks and what needs work now/future. I'm going to come back and get all the recommended services because the customer service was that good. Waiting room is fine and has plenty of space and restrooms.

Pride auto care is the best! I promised their diagnostic technician id write him a killer review because he certainly went above and beyond and met with me multiple times trying to solve a problem I caused but now I forgot his name so ima have to go back and ask. And recently I spilled some coolant in my engine bay and they noticed the few drops of dried coolant and said hey! Well test it for free to see whats wrong. So they got that keen eye for things that dont look right

Very friendly welcoming business. They were able to get me in and get me out reasonable time. They let me know if the problem and fixed it.

Quick, quality service. I had a serpentine belt replaced same-day on a Saturday. The quoted charge for brakes and an oil change were way too high so I did not have those done.

Excellent customer service and good price for an oil change. Installed a cabin air filter, no charge for labor. Only took 5 min but appreciated the offer and extra effort. Will go back.

Good honest folks here. I came in thinking i had a head gasket issue. They diagnosed it same day for a very reasonable price and told me it was a minor issue, not my head gasket. I’ll be coming back for more work in the future

The guys over at Pride Auto Care are top notch professionals! I always drive past and see their parking lot is jam packed, figured I’d give them a shot. Now I see why they’re always so busy! Josh S. at the front counter helped me out with some very much needed past due maintenance and broke it all down for me. My car drives like it’s brand new off the lot, and my wallet doesn’t even hurt! I highly recommend these guys for any type of repairs, they do it all!!!

Had a flat tire near here. Drove in and got my tire changed in less than an hour. Incredible service, thanks to Karl, Ted and all the mechanics at this facility.

Went here for a promotional oil change and that was fine. They tried to sell me a service my hybrid car didn't even need (Transfer Case Fluid) and then also said my rear shocks needed replacing very soon. I got a second opinion and found out my shocks were fine and my car didn't need the above mentioned fluid...

Hearing not just my situation but other customers that came in amd out, they are very knowledgeable, thorough and up front. Very polite, respectful and well priced. And they are open on Saturday which is a bonus when it comes to auto mechanics

I unfortunately needed a transmission replacement a while ago, but it was in and out of the shop in less than a week! My service advisor Josh S. provided me with multiple options in terms of new, used, and rebuilt transmissions to give me an idea of price. He helped me navigate the warranty options and the pros and cons of each option and eventually we found a solution. The work could not have been performed any better. My wife’s vehicle is in excellent shape and it couldn’t drive any better. Thanks Pride Auto Care!

I took my truck in for an oil change on 1/31/26, when that was completed, I was told that my vehicle failed a battery test. I was asked if my truck ever had failed to start and I replied no, I was then told that to replace with a new battery and labor, the cost would be over $600 dollars. This is clearly price gouging, because of this, when I got home I inspected my truck to make sure that the oil change was in fact completed, I'm surprised it was. Thank goodness. I wanted everyone who reads this review to be aware of price gouging and sketchy upselling. I do not recommend this business. Invoice # 5530-7929418

I trust Pride Auto Care with our cars. They don't use over complicated terms when explaining issues, never talk down if I don't understand a term, and don't pressure me to have services completed if I decline. They are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely re recommend them!

I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Pride Auto location in Littleton about three weeks ago due to a radiator fluid leak. I was told I needed a new radiator, which was expensive and poorly timed with Christmas, but I agreed to have the work done. After three days with no updates, I had to call myself and was told it would be ready the next day. I paid the very expensive bill, only to have another coolant leak and heavy steam coming from the engine less than a week later. I brought it back and was told a hose had not been connected correctly. I was without my vehicle for another three days. About a week later, the exact same issue happened again. I took it back once more and was then told the engine fan had put a hole in the hose—which raises serious questions about the quality of the original repair. After another three days, I was presented with a bill for over $320. I refused to pay, as this issue was clearly related to previous work, and eventually they agreed. I have recommended Pride Auto to many people over the years, but this experience completely changed my opinion. The professionalism at the front desk was poor, communication was lacking, and the workmanship from the mechanics was unacceptable. I would not return to this location or recommend it based on this experience.

Went in for a full diagnosis as I was having some issues that we had no idea what was going on. They did a full look over and missed a few things I was already aware of but was not on our diagnosis and never mentioned. However they did figure out my main reason for coming in, o2 sensors and spark plugs were causing issues. My car spent a week in the shop as they waited for parts and did what they needed. Also had an oil change done. Dropped off on a Saturday. Was told it would be ready by Wednesday, waited all day Wednesday for a call never got one so I called them an hour before close. Told me it would be ready Friday as some part had melted and they were repairing it and it was taking a bit longer, and that they would call me. Never got a call so again I called them. Friday morning comes around I call an hour after open figuring it would be ready. Was told to wait an hour so they could do a test drive. Waited the hour and got the call to pickup. Went and picked up. Sounded good, ran, started all seemed well. 5 minutes down the road my car broke down on the side of c470. Waited over 3 hours for a tow truck. Because as I mentioned before they missed stuff during the full diagnosis and look over, my fuel pump sensor is broken and I was out of gas when my dash was reading little over 1/4th full. It took another day for them to look at it and figure out what was going on. So either no tests drive was done or they didn’t test it long enough to fully ensure I was good to go. After a full week in the shop I finally got my car back. All in all they aren’t horrible, reasonable price except paying them to look through and give me a full diagnosis and miss quite a few things, as well as not giving my car a proper test drive or if they even did it at all I don’t know, or they would have broke down not me. They are kind and explain things very well and answer all questions without belittling you. Communication is absolutely horrible though, don’t tell a paying customer you’ll reach out and update when you don’t do that whatsoever you have some peoples only way of transportation, and making a living in shop for a week and don’t communicate. Although, they fixed my main concern for coming in which was my priority number one and they did fantastic work fixing it for me. I know many people who go to them and never have issues, so maybe it was just my situation that wasn’t the best. 3/5 stars due to communication, the test drive and missing things. Otherwise would recommend for simple quick work/ fixes like oil changes.

This place is a definite NO. As a woman, I might be underestimated, but I'm certainly not foolish. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up with a lengthy "list of recommended fixes." One of the items on that list was my spark plugs. When I mentioned I'd just had them replaced, Pride's explanation was that they base recommendations on mileage and that they hadn't actually inspected them, relying instead on "car facts." This is reason number two to steer clear. I then politely asked for a discount on a tire rotation, as I was already there for the oil change. The synthetic oil alone was $200. The manager's response to my discount request was, "if you're going to twist my arm and complain," then fine. It's worth noting that the woman ahead of me left without paying for her tire patch, and they didn't seem to mind. Thanks for the attitude and for ensuring I'll never return. A couple of hours later, I decided to double-check their work and discovered they'd forgotten to reattach the skid plate to the bottom of my car. If I hadn't noticed, I would have never gotten it back.
