I needed tires installed and balanced to prepare for a road trip. I did not have an appointment but they told me to come in and they would get the job done. In fact, I asked " how soon can you get me in?" And Richard, the manager replied "How soon can you get here?" Now thats the kind of service I can relate to! They had me in and out in under 2 hours and the only reason it took this long is they ran out of tire weights and had to wait for them to be delivered. The technician was corteous, professional and they did a quality job. I had the idea that Midas handled mufflers only, but it appears they are full service. Thanks to Richard and the high level of customer service, Midas has earned my repeat business. Since then, we have had the car serviced several times and each time the customer service has been outstanding. Brian. Joshua and the owner Rachid, are all outstanding. #LiveRemarkably

I made an appointment to have my muffler repaired and was told they couldn’t do it at the appointment and to come back Saturday. If I wanted an appointment on Saturday I would have scheduled for Saturday instead of taking off work on Thursday. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This particular Midas has been fantastic and I have been coming here for years for either a basic oil change or for a more complex repair...these guys can do it all. I think the owners name is (Rashid) and he genuinely cares and ensures that my visit is satisfactory. My vehicles have always been either serviced or repaired correctly here the first time for a fair price. Rashid will not price gouge you here for when something is needed on your vehicle...in fact he will even on his own try and find you a clip coupon to apply to your final bill to save you a few more dollars. Fantastic service! It's been about a week or two and my vehicle runs Fantastic. I had some problems with it and they immediately fixed it. Mason was wonderful to help me and was more than respectful. There is a gal named Bobbie that was capable of handling the job in an almost immediate form. She discussed the issues and fixed it. Got me in and out so smoothly and without a super long wait. HIGHLY advise this location for your services! There is even a young man who is highly kind and respectful. Definitely learning, yet he's kind. I believe his name is Issac. Best spot in town. Can't suggest anywhere else.

After a diagnostic at Brakes Plus, which did not even address the “soft brake pedal” issue that I brought the car in for, I took my car over to the Midas at County Line & Holly. They provided great service in making the right diagnosis, ordering parts, and completing the job repairs on time. They also worked with me on providing a good price. If you’re reading this, I’m a real person. I’m not a bot a year and a half ago I went to Midas got brakes and rotors do you see the lip of the brake they put the wrong size rotors on my car Talk to the franchise owner, a.k.a. the manager of that franchise location he was rude and told me if somebody else touches the car he’s not gonna look at it which I told him no problem. I don’t want you to fix anything. You played with my life and if you’re reading this don’t go here go across the street. There’s a meineke as well as Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service Both have new owners And phenomenal work Let’s see how corporate feels about this Midas use to be a place you can Trust, not anymore And if you read some of the other one stars, you can see I’m not lying and I’m not just one customer off
