I bought a used Ford from a Toyota dealership and on day 2 had major problems. Toyota said I needed to go to a Ford service area. I chose Ford Autonation strictly because of location. I've never owned a Ford and I've never been to this dealership before. I began dealing with Adam Solano. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely amazing he was. He fought for me every step of the way when Toyota was trying to do me dirty. He spoke to them almost daily. He stayed in touch with me constantly, dealing with their dealership and the warranty company. This disaster went on for 5 weeks!!! He kept a car on his lot that wasn't his, wasn't making money on, I wasn't his customer to begin with, for 5 weeks. He dealt with all the headaches, my constant calls and the Toyota dealerships constant avoidance. To say Adam went above and beyond is not saying nearly enough. Ford is very lucky to have an honest and solid employee that works for them. Me and my daughter (who is 16 and is paying for this car herself, which made this whole experience harder) are extremely grateful. I hope Ford recognizes Adam and his team, it is much deserved!!! The service I received was terrible. I came in for service on a safety recall, I scheduled an appointment and was told it was a half day service. I dropped my truck off on a Friday and expected to get it back sometime Saturday for a half day of work. The service department did not finish my truck and did not give me any heads up that they wouldn’t get it done. They are also closed on Sunday. I was going to be stranded without a vehicle through Monday until I called the sales department and told them what was happening. They said there was a mix up and that my truck was actually done and I could come pick it up. When I picked it up, they had no paperwork, no proof the work was completed, no apology no care in the world. I received not call from the service department to follow up. The service is an absolute joke. They do not care about the customers. I will never take my truck back for work and highly recommend that nobody buys a vehicle from them as they will treat you like garbage when you need them.

My visit concerned my first oil change /service on my 2023 Bronco, since my purchase last March. My service writer was very courteous and responsive. He kept me apprised of the service progress and made sure my vehicle was clean and removed the service protection covers from the vehicle when he took me to my vehicle. My experience was very pleasant and I felt that they cared that I brought my vehicle there for service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!! Bought a used 2016 Ford Focus Titanium for my son, and the previous owner told us there was a recall pending that he had never addresses. We called AutoNation in Littleton, CO and scheduled the recall appointment. It's important to note that we drove in with a with a perfectly functional vehicle, but drove away with something less, (a sluggish vehicle with transmission/shifting/lack of power issues) and on the way home, a warning light came on and the power steering failed. Took it back to AutoNation and was told that I needed a new steering rack and the service dept failed to acknowledge responsibility for the failure and they presented me with a estimate of approx $5,600 to fix it. While the vehicle was in the possession of AutoNation, incorrect software was uploaded which cause a complete shutdown of the vehicle and it took 4 days to "correct" it. This is 100% documented on the service order. We were told the recall evaluation would take 2 hours, but I guess that changes when your competence is at or near the lowest level. The service writers kept telling us they "hadn't gotten to it yet" and (later) "were trying to find the correct software download and talking to Ford support, but after 3 hours of waiting, we suspected something else was going on. This all occurred on Friday afternoon, and eventually we were told that the car wasn't running and they would need to order a module that would be there by Monday. Anyone can make a mistake, but owning it and what you do about the mistake is what's important. AutoNation never owned it. Essentially, they believe, because they got the vehicle started, 4 days later, that the issues they caused were corrected. What was really unbelievable is the Service Manager bragged to me about how they replaced a module for free, AFTER THEY CAUSED THE FAILURE by uploading incorrect software!! By the way, before they even got to the recall evaluation, while my son and I were in the waiting room, they presented me with a report (that I did not request) detailing issues they claim the vehicle has, and presented me a cost estimate of $2,864.44. What a terrible experience. There is so much more to this story including 3 written evaluations/opinions; (2 from Ford dealers service departments, and 1 from an independent ASE certified shop), all of whom I paid to physical inspect and drive the vehicle, and not one of the 3 believe the resulting failures are a coincidence, regardless of AutoNation's claim that these issues were preexisting. Each of the 3 overwhelmingly believe the failures subsequent to the vist to AutoNation were caused by corruption of the internal software of most likely "several control modules including the ECM." We have learned a great deal about control modules for modern-day cars in the past week, and AutoNation at Broadway and County Line Rd. in Littleton CO, will hear the rest of this sad story from someone other than me soon. What a group of charlatans! UPDATE. Face saving response to an honest review, but too little, too late. I don't believe that too many people who read Mr GM's response will believe it's sincere. If the GM/Dealership really wanted to make things right, they should have done so when I was standing in front of them. As I said, it's a face saving post, AutoNation has my phone number, yet Mr. GM expects me to chase him. Does that seem right?

I Recently purchased a used truck through AutoNation. At first, I was a skeptical to buy the bumper to bumper warranty program. I’m glad I did because my truck had a few things going wrong with it , only from it being older. They brought it into the shop, checked it over found a few more issues. They replaced everything through the warranty. Adam is who I worked with and he was very professional through the whole process. put me at the top of the list when parts came in and got me out as fast as they could. Overall, very impressed with AutoNation

Bought a new explorer that had a dent in the door and the dealership tried to fix it and did the worst job ever. The paint job is red on top of the blue paint and it doesn’t even match and can still see all the errors they did. I have been trying to get them to fix it. Worst experience I ever had. Currently I am still trying to get the dealership to correct it. It has been a nightmare !!!!!!

Had to have my 12 year old “well loved” Ford towed here for overheating/coolant problems. My appointment was booked as soon as the car was towed, then was checked in a day early, and my mechanic Peter was excellent! He took the time to answer my questions about the issue promptly, patiently gave me the time I needed to determine if I even wanted to keep/fix the vehicle, and then the physical repair was completed very quickly. Come pickup, I was charged a little bit less than I was originally quoted which was a helpful and pleasant surprise. I needed them in a stressful pinch and they were very professional throughout the whole experience. Excellent work, honest and fair pricing, with attentive staff to greet me. Highly recommend!

I went in for a routine oil change and to have my fluids checked because my heater wasn't working properly. I found out I needed a new water pump. Daniel was great letting me know every step of the way what was going on. It was fixed by the end of the day, all covered by my warranty. I took the shuttle home so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. Everything went so smooth.

I received a notice for a safety recall from Ford on my Mustang Mach-E. I was able to get an appointment within about a week. I was able to choose a time that was convenient for me. I brought the car in and was helped immediately. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. It was a software update with verification. I received a call very close to the promised time. I picked up the car. The new software not only took care of the safety recall but also fixed the problems I had with the last software upgrade. I was impressed. I will use AutoNation Littleton again.

Outstanding experience at AutoNation Ford! Dan and Kevin were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and transparently. What really stood out was the rest of the team as well. Everyone we interacted with was more than willing to jump in, answer questions, and help wherever needed, which made the whole experience feel seamless and well-coordinated. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel truly supported from every angle, and AutoNation Ford delivered on every level. Highly recommend Dan, Kevin, and the entire team — we will definitely be back!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at AutoNation Ford–Littleton purchasing our new Ford Explorer. Our salesman, Jerson, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He walked us through every step of the process—from the test drive, to explaining all the features, to shaking our hands as we left. We also worked with Shane, the Sales Manager, who gave us a very good deal. He was fair, honest, and upfront about what he could and could not do, which we really appreciated. Lastly, Marcus in financing was fantastic—very positive, polite, professional, and he took great care to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend AutoNation Ford–Littleton. Ask for Jerson or Shane, and be sure to say hello to Marcus. Thank you for a truly positive car-buying experience! ~ Adam

This was the second repair experience with AutoNation Ford Littleton, and was thoughtfully approached by the Service Rep Jason for multiple symptoms. For Jason's and the service tech's efforts in diagnosis and submissions to the extended warranty representatives, the vehicle was competently repaired with the install of a complete new transmission. I am very pleased with the way the vehicle runs and a very professional and complete repair by the service team at AutoNation Ford Littleton. They also made a vehicle available for us to use during this process which was much appreciated since my girlfriend uses a wheelchair full time. Thank You.

Wonderful experience! Andrew was both professional and educated with what my vehicle needed. Kudos to the technician who did my alignment! It was off since new and when I took it back to my selling dealer they never fixed my steering wheel being off center. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

I recently had my vehicle in for transmission repairs under warranty at AutoNation Ford, and I’d like to highlight the outstanding service I received from Steve. From the very beginning, Steve worked incredibly hard to ensure the warranty was approved. He was proactive, persistent, and clearly committed to helping me avoid unnecessary stress or cost. Throughout the entire process, Steve kept me fully informed with timely updates at every stage. His communication, professionalism, and dedication stood out, and it made a potentially frustrating situation feel smooth and well-managed. Thanks to Steve and the AutoNation Ford team, the experience was excellent from start to finish. I truly appreciate the effort, attention to detail, and customer care provided. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone needing reliable and honest support.

REPOSTING BECAUSE MY REVIEW WAS DELETED I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Automation Ford in Littleton. Two months ago I brought my 2023 f250 in for a warranty/recall issue and was told they could not complete the repair because the software update was not available yet. Last week I scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle back in once the update was available. My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM today. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would take 3–5 days just to diagnose the issue. This made no sense, considering the problem had already been diagnosed during my previous visit. The whole reason for scheduling the appointment was to complete the warranty/recall work once the update was available. I explained that leaving my vehicle for 3–5 days was not possible, but there was no effort to work with me, no explanation for the long delay, and no offer of a loaner vehicle or alternative solution. At that point I had no choice but to leave without having the issue addressed. What’s confusing is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the dealership cannot actually diagnose or work on the vehicle at the scheduled time. If the service department is that backed up, that should be communicated when the appointment is made. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I hope the dealership can improve communication and scheduling so other customers don’t run into the same issue.

I was so impressed with the parts and service team at AutoNation Ford in Littleton,CO. I was finding it very difficult to get into other Ford dealerships in the area for service. When I contacted AutoNation’s Lia, Jason and Daniel, they ordered the parts, gave me specific instructions on how best to service my vehicle, got me right onto the calendar, greeted me on the appointed day and had me off and running as promised. What impressed me was the personalized service, constant communication, their knowledge, and setting the right expectations. I am extremely happy with my very reliable Ford Explorer. And I look forward to the next opportunity to take my vehicle to AutoNation Ford for servicing to keep it that way. Thank you!!

Great service advisor. Efficient and effective work. My only complaint is that during the last two visits, greasy hand and boot prints left on vehicle. And because of the color of the vehicle, they were easily seen. Work on it and wipe it down.

I had a completely new engine installed. This was handled very professionally, starting with Matt Sholly, the service manager,, Peter Cassel, the service advisor, the mechanics, and everyone else involved. Peter did an excellent job, keeping me informed continuously throughout the process of the new engine installation. Due to their dedication, I believe I have found a new service center for all my needs. I cannot praise them high enough for what they have done. Great job!!!
