Communication is always clear and fast and all my questions have been answered. Jeno's has diagnosed and fixed any issues with my truck that I've brought up, and been super helpful with scheduling and squeezing me in when my schedule got really busy. Can't recommend them enough!

In September, I had my car towed to Jeno’s because of power steering problems. Initially, I was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday (it was early Friday morning), but later that same day I received a call saying my car was already finished. The staff was extremely professional, and the pricing was very fair for the work done. I would definitely recommend Jeno’s.

My mom highly recommended jenos, her neighbors had stellar things to say. From scheduling, to getting in, to getting a loaner car( which has never been offered to me before at other places) made me a Loyal customer . They did lots of work, all in one day. John told me how to maintain my car moving forward and how to avoid the issues that brought me in. I’ll always choose jenos, it’s a family vibe and they saw me as a real guy. They texted me updates, responded to my questions, valued me and my time. Dealt with respect to my mom who helped me out for a second. Highly recommend if you want a solid trustworthy relationship with your mechanics

Jeno's is my new go-to for all my car service needs. They are kind and patient and take time to truly explain the problem. I've taken my 4Runner here 3 times and each time I have been very pleased. Instead of taking my cars to the dealerships for service I'm going to bring them to Jenos now. Their pricing is better and I love that it's family owned. Chris and John are awesome to work with!

I have been an avid Toyota Dealership goer my entire driving career. Had 4 Toyotas and always taken them in there. This last time I went in with my 2011 Highlander and they told me my car had multiple oil leaks in the engine and that it would be close to 7k to fix it. They tried to get me to trade it in if I couldn’t afford it and lock me into a new loan. Which I didn’t want to do. Because it’s almost paid off and other than the oil leaks in the engine it was in sterling condition according to them. I called friend about the outrageous price. She immediately directed me to Jenos for a second opinion. Grabbed my baby and we headed there. Everyone wonderful from Ashley being a welcoming and guiding voice for me to Kris helping me with questions about if the repair was worth it. Not only did they accept my car same day they told me they’d get me a quote that same day as well. They were honest and transparent with me the entire time. Letting me know it was still going to be a hefty repair but they could most definitely come under the dealership. That they’d seen other people with my car year and all too go through this and didn’t regret making the repair. Thank you Kris for being so knowledgeable and calm. Letting me know all this. John was my point of contact after that and he was fantastic. Called me later that day with a quote 2k cheaper than the dealership. That they couldn’t start on it till next day and I was fine with that. Just grateful they’d take it in. He told me they only use genuine Toyota parts as well and not to worry about that. Also while they had my engine out they’d check other things you can’t normally check unless it’s out. Said they’d call me if needed anything else and wouldn’t charge labor if they did just the part. The best part was they gave me a loaner. A free one at that. I had that car for over a week while they worked on my baby. I didn’t have to worry about getting to and from work at all. All they asked was to fill it back up upon return . Which I did least I could do. They gave it to me at half a tank and that’s what I returned it on. They have won a customer for life in me. For their honesty, kindness and transparency. Never had an auto shop be as wonderful as they were. Or ever had one who did free loaners. Take your car here they are honest, affordable and so very kind.

Our extended family has had 4 vehicles serviced by Jeno’s over several months, a couple for routine maintenance and some for specific problems. In each case the service was completed quickly and any issues were completely resolved with no further problems. In one case the shop alerted us to a serious issue that we had not detected and that they subsequently fixed. The staff are friendly and the prices reasonable. Our experience has led us to now use Jeno’s for all our vehicles.

I had a not so good experience I'd used for a lot of years along with my wife. Due to this experience I decided it was time to find another mechanic. As it happens the work my former mechanic recommended for my Acura RDX was correct, however, the way Kris worked with me was in my view far more professional (and patient) ... AND ... was significantly less expensive. I wish I had made this change sooner

I got told my battery was fine and my starter needed fixing at an auto shop but took it to Jeno’s and they correctly diagnosed that it was in fact my battery and fixed it for me, and checked everything else to make sure my car would start no problem. They kept me in the loop while they diagnosed it as well! Very happy with their service, definitely would go back.

These guys were the best. Jeno's was recommended to me via a good friend, and they absolutely delivered. Speedy service, honest assessments of what was happening with my Jeep, reasonable costs. Everything they did was thoroughly detailed & explained well. I avoid the dealerships because I don't want to pay double or triple the costs of repairs, and I have tried a few repair shops around Littleton but no one has been this clear & transparent about the work that needs to be done, nor as speedy. Jeno's is absolutely my go-to place for car repairs from now on, and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a mechanic.

My girlfriend and I brought her car here for inspection and repair related to rodent damage. The quality of the work was disappointing. The repair to the battery cable was subpar and appeared to consist of little more than wrapping it with tape. They also completely overlooked obvious damage to the windshield washer fluid hose despite assuring us they would inspect the car thoroughly. Additionally, the person who answered the phone was condescending and dismissive. He explicitly claimed they would inspect the cabin air filter, but there is clear evidence that this was never done. None of the glove box contents had moved, even though removing the glove box is required to access the CAF.

They took great care of my truck which just moved my family and I across country with a trailer to Denver. Found some issues I suspected but didn't know about and explained the extent of work being very well! They even saved my torque converter core to show me what had broken. Work was done timely and with great service. Will definitely be bringing my NY truck back there in the future👍🏻
