Went for air pressure check and Logan confirmed what I had been worrying about anyway. Had a feeling and went with my gut, took his advise to change at least two tires. Leaving for a long road trip to Texas the next morning but they got me in, swapped tires and out crazy fast. All.of them we're polite, professional, and the best part of a long cruddy day. We bought tires from Tire Rack (which I believe Discount Tire owns) so balance and installation was just $22 per tire, way cheaper than anywhere in town. Sage helped us and we were impressed! I’m very picky about details and getting NO damage to my wheels and Sage was so patient and totally cool about my requests. It was also very fast!

They offer tire check, but the 2 locations that I have tried recently are horrible. I've had to wait 10 to 15 minutes after calling or going inside. I'll have to find another place to buy tires or make an appointment to have my tires inflated.

My wife brought my truck in to have the tires rotated because I bought them here. They broke the center cap again and didn’t say anything nor did they try to replace it! When I had the tires replaced originally, they broke a center cap and did a great job of saying they broke it and then they replaced it for me. But this time nothing. 🤬 So in order to sort this out I have to give you my information and copy/paste my review? You all need to respond to people here so they can see how you rectify the situation, not hide behind ‘offline’ solutions. I paid over $1200 for my tires, and have bought tires at discount for years. They used to be great. Now? Not so much.

I gotta say this place has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Went in to a situation expecting to be very upset and frustrated and was proven completely wrong. Basically, had a wheel get stuck on due to crossthreading of 2 of the lugs. Brought it in to get on new tires, they told me the issue and originally thought it was due to rust. Sent me to brakes plus to have it removed. Went to brakes plus a week later (County Line & Quebec — also great service throughout this) with the new lug nuts to have them do the extraction. No dice. They notified me that the issue was actually due crossthreading that happened the last time it was installed, which was at Discount. The lug nut was broken off in such a way that the only option would be torching it off and damaging the wheel, resulting in the need for a new one. I went back to Discount expecting to hear about how they couldn’t verify if anyone had taken the wheels off since they did, they weren’t responsible, etc etc, and expected to have to try corporate or just eat the cost of replacing the wheel myself. Wrong. Logan, one of the store managers, heard me out, was clearly understanding and sympathetic, and had a new wheel ordered for me in less than 10 minutes. I was incredibly grateful for the way they handled this and will certainly be continuing my business with them despite this hiccup.

Despite the long line of customers, both of them remained kind, patient, and professional. I have purchased replacement tires for our work trailers and just replaced my truck's factory tires with Goodyear Wrangler MT at this Discount Tire location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and will only purchase from them going forward for the following reasons: 1 - Best service hands down compared to recent purchases I've also made for other vehicle/tires at Big-O and Pep Boys locations. Friendly, attentive, educated, professional, fast! 2 - Great prices. After shopping around, I purchased Good Year Wrangler MT 275/70 R18's for less than $200/tire. That is $100-$200 less than other stores and competitive brands for a high-quality large truck tire. 3 - Best warranty. I could not even purchase a warranty for the trailer tires I purchased at Big-O that only gave me about 15k miles of tread. I drive in construction zones and need warranty in case I run over a nail or something. Peace of mind and I have had to use multiple times now over the years.
