Landed up with a relative when his car was showing coolant warning while we were on a drive. They did a check up and filled the coolant. But a few days later the same issue recurred. We had to go back again. They still couldn't determine the problem. They gave a fresh date..i thought such a big name should ideally have a test jig which can run a programme and determine what the problem is.

Like most Americans, I really love my cars; they are like members of the family. You get protective, sentimental, you even name them…everyone does. So, when you take your car in for service, you have certain expectations and you dread the guys that come out of the back room: unkempt, confrontational, and not professional. Attitude is something you pick up from these people and it makes you feel uncomfortable, as if your family member with four wheels is not going to get the best attention or the service they deserve. I can tell you that from the moment you walk into the door at Land Rover Denver, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. As soon as my son and I arrived, it was really busy...always a good sign because people will bring their cars to places they trust. As I walked in I was met by Joe Kilgore who quickly got my LR4 processed and ready to be serviced. Sam Goodell was the technician behind the scenes, making sure the service they delivered was the best. Both of these gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the greatest care of my baby. Everything about the dealership was phenomenal, especially during the current global crisis. Thank you guys…you’re the best! I really appreciate your hard work and expert service!

Service Advisor Kate Knepper is a miracle-worker! I was in the early stages of a cross-country trip from Indiana with my family, hauling a camper/trailer, when the fuel pump on my RR started to go out. When I pulled in on a Tuesday afternoon, I found out the service department had a long backlog, the part would have to be overnighted (if they could find it), and it was likely the warranty company would delay approving the repair by requiring an on-site inspection. We were planning to leave early the next morning to make our reservation the following night. Somehow Kate pulled out a miracle and when I called the next afternoon, the delightful receptionist Natalie said my car was ready. Unbelievable. Kate was compassionate, professional, and extremely competent. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience - even though I was not one of this dealer's regular customers. An unfortunate situation that could have set us back days only set us back a few hours. Extremely grateful for the commitment and professionalism of Kate and the whole Land Rover Littleton team.

I drove 1.5 hours to Land Rover Denver, walked in the door and told them that I really needed my car looked at and repaired so I could drive it back home in a few days (16 hour drive). Daniel in the service center is amazing, I will not lie in my reviews I have had quite a few people that pretty much tell me your out of luck people that worked there but after dealing with him he made me feel apart of the “Range Rover” family and was VERY honest with me and took into consideration obviously day to day life and need to get my car in. He’s gone above and beyond to help he’s even followed up with me many times to make sure my car is okay but most importantly he is honest we don’t get that a lot in the sales world but he is. And you can tell that if there is anything he can do he will get it done. He has called me and been like come bring in your car we will get it looked at and even went as far as giving me a car to drive while I have to wait. Really cool guy and to be honest when I buy another car or trade this in it will ONLY be because of the service I know I am going to get with him. This man should be running that place.

I just bought an older rover (2012), because I needed something to tow a boat I bought, and I was interested in the brand. I called to see if they would install an electrical hook up for the hitch, as the installation requires special programming equipment which dealerships possess. Sadly, I was informed they don’t work on anything more than 10 years old. This Rover is my third vehicle. If I wanted a new one, I could buy it. But, building something that requires dealership specific service and then refusing to service the vehicle… if they think this policy inspires me to buy a new Rover, rather than simply create animosity toward the brand, then bless their hearts.

Land Rover a brand time tested and full of adventure. The dealership and it's staff are happy to assist with the utmost professionalism. From sales down to the professional Porter in the bay you can rest assure quality service is on their mind. Facilities are fancy minus a little dust here and there. Inventory is neatly arranged and presentable and ready to put on a show for you at request. I do love regardless of the challenges you might encounter with one. That just means it's more than one adventure that you get to take with the vehicle. I personally went to the dealership for a recall we had a little bit of a spat. Service and related management got on it promptly. They made the situation right with myself and I respect that. I recommend if there's ever any issue with this busy as the modern doctor/engineer / entrepreneur/upcoming star might have. I implore you communicate a problem immediately so the professionals can take action just as fast for you! With that said I encourage you to come on down and purchase one of the greatest vehicles that will drive up a mountain figuratively and literally. Land Rover of Denver is ready to serve.

Part availability and shipping quality is a problem, waited about a month to get the necessary parts. Not the dealers fault, but LR needs better domestic stocking.
