I contacted Classic Collision to have them correct auto body repair work that another shop had done incorrectly. Not only did Classic Collision resolve every issue, but they also repaired a few problems the other shop had created. I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work and want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Classic Collision.

1) I was told that Vintage handles OEM repair for several Toyota dealerships, so it made no sense that the shop was not able to get the correct part weeks in a row. 2) I don't feel that Vintage "owned" my repair, more that the shop simply passed on status updates to me without being proactive on procurement. 3) The factory anti- rock coating was not applied prior to the installation of the clear bra patches, as I was told would be. I asked the shop about this a week ago and have not received an answer. 4) Tailgate and gas cap are not flush/ aligned with the new bed panel, and the tonneau cover was not reinstalled snugly (I will have to reinstall this myself) 5) In the end, having the repair done was better than NOT having the repair done, but I felt like my truck was held hostage for 3 weeks unnecessarily. Trying to give a fair review, so the photos attached show Before and After.

I wish there was more than a 5-star rating! They texted us every day letting us know where our vehicle was in the repair process and kept us updated while they waited for the glass people to come. We had to get special approval from the insurance company of the person responsible to take our car to Classic Collision rather than one of their "preferred" repair shops. So glad we did because our car came out beautifully and on time with amazing customer service along the way. I wouldn't use any other shop in the future. Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

Classic Collision on S Grant was the absolute best, most professional repair shop I have ever been to in my 4+ decades of driving. They make the repair process incredibly smooth & efficient. Jackie coordinated with Enterprise so my rental was there when I dropped my car off & I was able to leave the rental at Classic when I picked my car up. I had previously brought my car to the classic collision closest to my home on the recommendation of my insurance company. The first time a few things needed to be fixed. I wasn’t confident on bringing it back, but my insurance company urged me to do this to give them a chance to fix their mistakes. Upon receiving my vehicle back the second time, parts were flying off, the bumper wasn’t attached properly, overspray everywhere, and a number of other items were wrong. It was at that point I was told I could bring my vehicle to the Classic Collision off of Grant St in Littleton. I didn’t have high hopes but tried to remain positive as it was a completely different shop. I walked inside and was greeted by an adorable dog. Great first impression and it gave me higher hopes that this place would be good. Sounds stupid, but that’s how it was for me. I was walked through the process and we took a detailed look at my car with taking notes and making sure every thing was pointed out. They pointed out things that weren’t even part of the original issues, but I explained it wasn’t an issue and not to worry about those things. I was given text message updates throughout the tire process and felt a lot more comfortable. When I went to pick up my car I almost cried. It was absolutely perfect. Even the pieces that weren’t their problem to fix, were fixed. I drive a 2018 Honda and it looks like the first day I bought it. Even the interior was detailed, which I did not expect. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

Dont even think about going here anymore. They were a great shop and now they arent worth the problems they will cause you. Youre car will come out with more issues then it went in with and they have no idea how to work with paint anymore. They were supposed to fix drivers side and when I got it back they had over spray everywhere inside the car. Behind the gauge cluster, on the gps screen, on all interior trim and they had put swirl marks on both sides of the car and they weren’t even supposed to touch the passenger side. Then the owner tries so hard to make you think he wants to help get it fixed and sends it off to a bunch of other hack shops that make it worse. Forget about any of the three shops owned by these guys. Vintage, Bodys By Brown and not sue of the third but Vintage and Bodys by brown ended up causing and costing me over $5000 in lost value to my car. I cant even go into how many issues I had with these guys this list is ridiculous!!!

Lowdon did a great job of keeping me informed about repairs and the exterior of my car looked new! I am so grateful for the quality workmanship and care that was given to my car. It was a huge improvement. Even the interior of my car was cleaned with the seats and dash being wonderfully waxed. Great Place!

Writing this without any prompting and completely because I want to say how good this business is. My car was rear-ended and they took great care of me throughout the process. They communicated clearly the entire time and even finished earlier than estimated. When I got the car back I noticed an alignment issue. I had just had the alignment done before the wreck so thought that it had to be a result of the accident. Insurance was dragging their feet and initially didn’t want to cover it. They could have just left it up to me but Classic collision offered to take the car again, get it diagnosed AND deal with speaking to the insurance company for me! The diagnosis and repair was even a discounted rate that what I would have gotten on my own. They really seem to care about the customer experience. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing wok on their car.
