This place is great. They do good work and their prices are reasonable. But in addition to that -- and what earns them a five-star review -- they are nice to work with. They treat customers like they are genuinely glad to work with them, like they are pleased to be see them and eager to do business with them. That has not been my experience at other places and I gotta say, it is really nice. And they take good care of my car at a good price. Win, win, win.

Wow, My experience with Randy's has be 5 star for sure. They were very communicative and clear about what my options were with my minimal repair. They completed and diagnosis and got right back to me. The team took good care of my car and sheltered it while it was in their care. The team at Randy's followed up after their service. Randy’s is the best! Been going to these guys for years, as has my whole family. Honest, courteous and timely. Don’t oversell you on things you don’t need. Recently they fixed a leak for me that reappeared. I took it back in and they fixed it for free and got it done that day so I could spend the day/weekend with my family who were in a different city.

I am so greatful for everything that Randy's Auto Care has done for me. Every time that I have any issues with my car I go there and they treat me with respect and they fix my car in a very timely manner, most of the time it's the same day. They have great prices and they offer financing through snap. They have kept me from struggling because they are professional and they honestly care for me and my well-being. I know that in the future if I have any issues with my car I'll be taking it back to Randy's because they have the knowledge that i appreciate and a high degree of integrity. I really don't trust anyone else. I want to thank Caleb and everybody else over at Randy's who have helped me and gotten me out of some very negative situations. Thank you! I would recommend Randy's automotive to everybody who needs car repairs. As a former member of the armed forces and an honorably discharged veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, I am proud that they look after me and I trust Randy's Auto Care to have my back.

I've gone to Randy's for years to have my car serviced and maintained. My dad always said to stay away from the dealerships, go to an independently owned place instead. My satisfaction with Randy's has now encouraged a friend using them for their cars and my sister using them for their 2 cars and one of their friends using them for their car. When you get great service, you become very loyal! I trust Randy's completely. They'll never push a service on me that I don't need and they keep me updated on things they're keeping an eye on but that don't need to be done yet. It's spotless in there, the staff is always super friendly and nice, it's actually a fun experience to take my car in!

I am new in town; one of my tires received a hole and was in need of repair. Randy's was recommended to me - They took great care of fixing the tire, remounting the repaired tire and returning my spare to its place. Without being asked, they checked over the entirety of the vehicle to see that all else was operating correctly. With no pressure, they offered two services for me to consider; I declined in the moment, but will be scheduling future work with them. Your go-to repair shop. Absolutely!

Randys has been a staple of Littleton for over 20 years and with my prior experience with other repair shops, i decided to go with them. Took my truck in for them to locate a parasitic drain on my battery. The time they reported it took was 3 hours. When they called to give me the run down, they were very concerned about my safety but that would cost me about $8000. The truck is worth at the most $2000. So we whittled it down to just the drain. $1000. I do appreciate that they found the drain but i didnt realize they were a high end repair shop. When i picked up my truck, i noticed the window was down on driver side and thought thats not good. When i started the truck i tried to roll it up, nothing. I tried passenger window. Nothing. I tried the dome light, nothing. They told me that was their fault and told me they would fix it. So i was happy about that. They are a very friendly welcoming group. Now we will have to see what happens. Depending the outcome i may change my rating. They tell me my trucks ready and that everything works. I asked about the dome light and im told it doesnt work. When i tell him it was fine when i brought it in, im told that the casing must have blown but he could put in a new bulb but couldnt guarantee if that would fix it...

BEWARE! I am posting my final review of my disappointment and shock at the results from this auro repair shop. I suggest you bring a well educated mechanic with you especially if youre a woman. The blatant level of dishonesty was discovered when i asked for a detailed work order to justify the amount of $1001. It lacked any detail so i requested another. They sent me one with a few more words on it but again it lacked detail. For example, no mention of how many hours of labor, no mention of how much the labor cost an hour, or how you remove half of a dashboard. In reality, they found the drain from behind the stereo which i had already pointed out to them, they didnt remove half a dashboard they just removed the stereo and left it sitting on the seat, said my battery needed replaced and that it was no good but come to find out it doesnt need replaced, when i approached my truck the drivers window was down which was irresponsible but when i started it up the window didnt move nor did the passenger side and the dome light. He tried to tell me that the switch was bad but agreed it was their fault so i let them keep it overnight. When he went over the estimate of everything i needed just to make the vehicle 'safe' that would be an additional....wait for it.......almost $8000. The blue book says its worth maybe $1500. Whatever the explanation is that would cost that much, i dont care. They know they overpriced it, they know what they are doing, they know everyone has a right to see how many hours and labor went into a repair. And i never was told on paper how many hours it took BUT thank goodness, he did send me a text message that stated it took 3 hours and my friend did find out they charge $155 an hour for labor
