I searched long and hard for a good mechanic. We have two cars, a BMW and a Toyota Camry. My trusted mechanic for the BMW is Platinum Auto, but we needed someone for the Camry as Jimmy works primarily on European cars. Right around the corner, and highly recommended is Chris's Automasters. He did an exceptional job getting the Camry fixed up without putting us in the hole. We'll definitely be going to him again in the future for any repairs. Thanks Chris.

Tom is a very honest mechanic and won’t try to get you to replace something you don’t need. He specializes in Hondas and Toyotas, but he can work on other models. Great price and fast service!

I paid $267 to a fancy AAA approved automotive place to check my Lexus because it would not start and AAA could not even get it going with a jump start. They had to tow it into their recommended place. Their diagnosis was I was not driving it enough. They could find nothing wrong. It continued needing to be jump started twice after that and on the third time I took it to Auto Masters and told Tom Chau my problem. He charged $39 to check it out and found the battery was not holding a charge. It is great to be able to talk to the mechanic who is the one to actually work on the car. He is my man from now on.

There was a shop owner change and Tom is the absolute man. My parents went to Chris for 26 years and I had a questionable experience personally, but Tom will have me as a customer for life. Through the absolute nightmare I’ve had with usaa he has been the only help. He does great work, his team is awesome and fast and he’s always communicating. I’m fact he’s the only reason I know anything at all.

I don't often write reviews, but I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that Chris and his team bring to the table. I was referred to Chris through a friend several years ago and didn't know what to expect. Good, honest car care is hard to find these days and each time I take our car in I know it will be done right the first time. I have even referred others I work with to Chris after they were given the runaround by dealers or unscrupulous repair shops and their misdiagnosis. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!

Lately my wife and I have had some issues with our Honda Element and they are going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Truly, this is the best auto service place we have ever been to, a rare gem in the business. We wouldn’t take our cars to anywhere else but them. They are honest, reliable, courteous, and they really took good care of our cars. They never up charge us, nor recommend things that we don’t need. One time they did a lot of research & evaluation for an engine light issue we had. In the end they informed us possible recalls, and refused to charge us anything, saying that they didn’t do anything to the car… WOW! We were speechless and so amazed at how sincere and honest they are! And their price is very fair and reasonable. Outstanding service like this is priceless.

Tom and his team are great to work with. A friend recommended me to him for a problem I was having with my truck. It was easy to schedule a time to bring it in to them, they gave me a time expectation, and met that perfectly. Second time using this establishment and I can't say enough good about them. Tom was very quick to service my car and spent extra time answering questions and providing valuable maintenance advice. Will be coming back to them as long as they are open for business and I have a car to service! For those looking to book an appointment, make sure you call them during business hours or leave a message. I tried using their online contact feature but it seems to be broken.

I have been taking my cars there for 20 years, and have always had good service, communication and never felt cheated. I have sent others to AM, and they have sent others as well. Not a fancy place, but that's OK. Tom is great, before him was Chris the owner, and they both work by the same principle. Just take your car there, they'll fix it.

This was an amazing experience. Tom came out to my Toyota Rav 4, diagnosed it, and fixed it in 10 minutes. He told me what to do if it stopped working again and showed me how to fix it myself. They have a very knowledgeable crew.
