Took care of a routine maintenance. Noticed an issue with the struts and will schedule that work to be done. The team is responsive and attentive to the van. They do excellent work. A warning light regarding vehicle lights is still a pesky problem. I have no doubt they will resolve it.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic inspection due to a vibration issue and to have the rear suspension checked.
When I picked up my vehicle, the first thing I noticed was that my dash cam had been unplugged and the wire was left dangling. I immediately informed my advisor, Solomon. He attempted to fix it but ultimately advised me to take it back to the installer.
Regarding the original concern, I was told that no issues could be diagnosed, yet I was still charged for the service.
I have been a customer of Mercedes for over 10 years and have never experienced this level of service. I find this situation both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I spent a lot of time looking at new, loaner, used and other types of cars and Jacob was very supportive during all my time looking at a new car. Not pushy, just interested in what I wanted and what might work for me.
The only thing I found a little disheartening was signing the lease papers as Wall Street was showing signs of a failure.
That said, buying a new car was a great experience, other dealerships could learn a thing or two or three from this dealership
