I had my brakes replaced at Firestone for about $530 and intended to use the $100 off brake replacement coupon from your website. Instead, the advisor applied a $150 card promotion ($75 in-store, $75 prepaid later) and said only one offer could be used. When I asked about the 5% off benefit for paying with the Firestone Mastercard, I was told that also could not be combined. Nowhere in the in-store advertising does it state that the 5% cannot be stacked—it is presented as an automatic benefit. Learning about this only at checkout is misleading. Customers should know up front if they must choose between promotions or the card benefit. Better clarification about either the 5% discount or the $100 coupon be applied as promised, along with clearer disclosure upfront going forward.

The waiting room and service writers seem very professional. However I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. I was returned with a vehicle with a steering wheel centered at 10 o’clock and no tire rotation. I have a scratch on one wheel and that wheel was in the same spot after paying for a rotation. I would highly consider going somewhere else or at least watch them work on your car. I have zero confidence in having any work done here on my car.

I would give zero stars if I could. They had my car for four days for diagnostics and submitting claim to the warranty company that they have a contract with. There was zero communication from them the entire time with me having to call for updates and every time I called I was given conflicting information. On day two we were promised that we would be updated the next morning. Went the entire day with no call from anyone. finally on day four ( after us having to call) they decided that they were unable to complete the work that needed to be done and basically just said come get your vehicle. They seem to have no concept of customer service . I am extremely understanding of the fact that everyone is busy and shortstaffed however, it’s unacceptable to leave someone without a vehicle for four days and offer no answers as to the status. Being nice gets you absolutely nowhere , only once you become rude and frustrated with the situation , then someone takes you seriously.

We have been coming here for years and normally have a great experience. My husband took our CRV in for a regular oil change and tire rotation and alignment, and they broke one of our lug nut studs completely off. They did mention it to us, but then wanted to charge us (a ridiculous amount) to repair it. My husband spent over two hours trying to remove the stud so he can replace it himself. Since they over torque the lug nuts it makes this extra difficult and inconvenient. Really disappointed. Maybe another location will be better?

I had purchased aftermarket tire valve-caps for my 2021 Blazer. (I know, I know) The two on the back tires molded/fused to the tire valve and I could NOT get them off or add air to my tires for months. The technician was great, kind and informative - Came up to me and gave me the old valves, explained what he did and it was just a nice gesture and interaction that you don't get much of anymore these days. Will at the front counter that got me squared away with scheduling, payment and suggestions for upcoming maintenance, was very kind, pleasant and helpful as well. Had a good conversation - You just get a good vibe from the guy - He seems to genuinely care - Rare these days. Thank you Firestone - I did not get the Technicians name but as always, shoutout to Colin and Will that I have talked to the most. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and educating me. Brought vehicle in to correct an alignment issue with my vehicle pulling to the passenger side that a Houston store didn't seem to fix. Was told it would be 30-45min to complete the alignment. 1hr 15min later my vehicle was ready. I didn't notice it until I got home, but there was a greasy/oily handprint left on the B pillar, picture attached I had purchased the lifetime alignment, so at least I didn't have to pay again for this 2nd alignment. But my vehicle still pulls to the passenger side, so I guess I have to find another Firestone to have them look at it for a 3rd time.

On the way to meet my family to see my kid play in his basketball playoff game, I was so bummed to discover I had a flat tire in my 9 month old car. I carefully drove down the street desperately looking for a repair shop early on a Saturday. I always trust Firestone to do good work, so I searched for the closest shop. I was not disappointed. Colin got me in within 5-10 minutes of my pulling in unannounced. I was nervous about the prospect of having to buy 2-4 new tires since my car is an AWD, but within about 30 minutes, I was told it was just a repair and that they’d have it done soon. Wow! Less than an hour from arrival, I was on my way again and for less than the cost of a nice meal. I am so grateful to Colin and the guys at the shop for making my day so much better. Moral of the story: 1. Don’t miss going along with your family for early games (even if you are not a morning person) and 2. When you are in a bind with your vehicle, go to the Firestone near Broadway and Mineral in Littleton. They’ll take good care of you!
