Overall very good experience here at South Park auto. Ken at the front desk is always very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Prices are fair and you never feel rushed asking questions. The only thing that can be improved upon is their reservation system as tI saw that sometimes my car wasn’t looked at until the day after my confirmed reservation. But one reservation was in the afternoon so that was likely just a fluke plus the car was fixed and diagnosed same day. At Would still return in the future and recommend to others.

NOPE - DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT Change in ownership last year has ruined a great business - they bought the shop AND the great reviews! What? It's true. Wish we had known this before having major repair work! Went in for car trouble, and they diagnosed many other repair items. We spent a fortune and got everything fixed so we wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. 3 months later we had more car trouble, including the same issues, and they were totally unaccountable - we had to wonder about whether they had even done the repairs?! They made no effort to make things right or communicate through this with us, despite our request to talk to anyone other than the front desk. Avoid at all costs.

We new our car needed our brakes fixed and we bought new headlights to be installed, this car has been going here for years and this time was no different! The car used to be my in laws til my partner and I bought it from them, but this was the first time we were taking it to the shop as our own car. They were helpful, informative, kept me updated and made sure I understood what was being done and why. We ended up needing a bit more work than anticipated and they let me know what was the most important to fix, and what could wait awhile which I appreciated too. I'm grateful for a car shop like them that felt honest, helpful and took their time! Definitely will continue taking this car here :)

They worked me in and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes for an extremely reasonable price. And everyone was exceptionally polite. South Park Auto and Tire are great! Their staff is super friendly and they always get me right in and taken care of quickly. They do great work and always use them for any issues I have. My dad has a business with several business vehicles he always has them serviced at this location and I’ve never had to wait to get work done which is super helpful. Even with bigger issues the work has always been done within a day or two and they do quality work. I highly recommend them 😊👌🏻

We stopped by South Park Tire and Auto based on good recommendations and were very impressed with their service from the moment, we walked in until we drove away with a new battery and f ront brake repair. Ken and his staff were so helpful and immediately responded to our needs. We would highly recommend their service, their prompt attention to matters at hand, and a completion of our car needs within 4 to 5 hours!
