I purchased my 2020 GMC Denali 2500 from another dealership which turns out to be a big mistake. At the 10k mile mark the engine light came on and I needed service ASAP. I called the dealership that I purchased from and received the worst customer service ever. However, when I called Alpine and explained my situation they were very accomodating to what was going on and were able to get me in within days not weeks like the other place. Working with Cindy Robinson was great, from how well she communicated with me and making arrangements for me while the part I needed was on back order. Thank you Alpine GMC and to Cindy for taking care of me and fixing my new truck!

Brought my truck in for it's first service and left leaking oil everywhere. I came back after seeing a large puddle under the engine at my next stop and turned out they didn't put the oil filter cap back on correctly. The check-in staff are very friendly and helpful both on the initial drop off and in correcting the problem. They do have a nice waiting area while service is being performed with water and coffee

Engine light came on. Said they fixed it. It came on again a week later. Another dealership fixed it under my warranty. Alpine GMC charged me $378 and did not fix it. But did a "needed service." They are either incompetent or swindlers. Called multiple times, left multiple messages for service manager to call me back. Ignoring me. Poor service in every way.

Spent almost 8k in repairs just to have my car brake down 2 weeks later.. also, brought my car in 3 separate times for one issue that they could never find and never fixed then when I bring it in for something else , that thing I was bringing it in for is now all of a sudden needs to be fixed.. let's just say, they dont do a thorough or good job. Honestly, would not recommend after how much I spent in the last 3 years with them.

I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Terrain Denali from another dealer in October 2020. Brought in my vehicle the end of October to Alpine Buick GMC in Littleton because it was closer to home to have a collision sensor looked at that had over time started to malfunction and figured it should still be covered under warranty. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning at my appointment time and they never got to it the entire first day they had it. The second day after diagnosing the problem, they told me the repair would not be covered as "rocks had hit the sensors and damaged them" in spite of there being no signs of damage on the sensors and the repairs would be almost $700. Keep in mind there is no evidence of damage, no chipped paint, no dents, nothing. Fast forward a month when I brought my vehicle to another GMC dealer who looked at my vehicle and determined the sensor was faulty and replaced it at no charge under the warranty. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but when I feel that other customers are at risk of being cheated by a dishonest business, I felt I needed to send out a warning. Whatever repairs they say you need, GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

I took my 2021 gmc sierra for a coolant temp sensor repair and they made me go drop off my truck two different times because they either didn’t fix anything or weren’t doing their job properly but my truck had a check engine light two separate times and I had to go back with them to get it fixed

The experience with Alpine made me question the organization's integrity and time management. Specifically, upon arriving early for my 2:30pm appointment, I was asked what services I would like, which I replied "just an oil change." The employee (male, unknown name) stated that "oil prices have gone up" and the price for the oil change would be $140. Upon this statement, I informed him that I was told while making my appointment three days prior that the price was $119.99. He quickly changed his tone, and stated "we will honor that price." He then informed me that it would take 90-minutes to 2-hours before they would be able to complete my oil change. I was asked to return at 4 or 4:30pm, as there were no currently scheduled vehicles for that time and I would be able to "get right in." Upon agreement to the new time, I left the premises and returned at 4:15pm. Upon my 4:15pm arrival, I was greeted by a female employee who asked what services I would like, which I stated "oil change only." She stated that it would be $119.99, and then proceeded to upsell me on products. Upon completion of her spiel, she stated that it would be approximately 90-minutes to 2-hours for the service to be completed. At this statement, I became agitated and informed her that I was previously informed the same and that if I returned at a later time (the current time) that I would be seen quickly. The original male associate saw me and quickly came over and informed her that my statements were accurate. They then proceeded to discuss amongst themselves and he stated to her that "it's your decision" to put my vehicle in front of any others, particularly a black SUV because he had "bought some time on that one." She stated that she will get my truck in as soon as possible. However, the vehicle that my truck was supposed to jump in front of was completed prior to my truck, and I was at the dealership for over 90-minutes waiting for my truck to be completed despite having a scheduled appointment and being amenable to modify my schedule to fit their schedule better. Due to the variance in pricing by the associates, the failure to adhere to any schedule given two attempts, and the false statements of putting my vehicle in front of another to make up for the hours I had already spent to accommodate the dealerships schedule lead me to question the business ethics and organization.

Asked for a quote on tires and service twice and did not receive one. Come to find out there was an installation fee and disposal fee, which is to be expected, but should have been quoted. Also, credit card surcharge was not disclosed at time of booking. I found out about that fee after the technician took my SUV back. When the SUV was returned, tires looked dirty and were inflated to 44 PSI when the cold tire pressure is stated as 35 PSI. Asked for a manager, and he justified that the tires had a "wax" on them and could be cleaned at the local car wash. Lack of customer service and hidden fees are just not the way to earn anyone's trust. Owner and family of Alpine GMC are good people, but service is severely lacking.

We are a company that has bought a couple new trucks from Alpine . I am the unofficial “fleet “ manager of our company . I use to bring all of our trucks here for service until the following events happened . My front brakes went out on my canyon and I called Alpine because they were the only ones who had the front rotors and pads. I have a 2022 canyon denali . They charged me 760$ give or take a little for two front rotors and front pads. Mind you this is parts only!!!! it was like 270$ per rotor. Everywhere else the factory rotors were 100-130$. The pads were a lot cheaper elsewhere too. I brought this to their attention that they are double the price and the parts guy said he would call me back . He did and said there was nothing they could do and they would get me on the next one . I was in a bind and needed my truck fixed so I had to buy the parts. To give you an idea of how bad I was ripped off, I just got my front rotors and pads done again and paid 800$ for install and factory rotors and pads. I simply couldn’t believe it . We have lots of maintenance and vehicle repairs and simply put , business we could have given Alpine. I started taking all our trucks to another GMC dealer. Fast forward to 2 to 3 weeks ago, My boss wanted me to take his truck in for repair and 30,000 mile service. Alpine was closest and I was short on time . So I thought , just this once , I will not give them business still after this .The service advisor that greeted me was JOSH. This guy knows what he is doing . He knows about length of repair , he knows about the truck itself and probably why it’s doing what it’s doing , he knows how to make the customer feel comfortable about dropping their truck off for repair . He communicates with me through the whole repair . Got me in a rental bc I really needed it.He took care of my dealership needs at that time and went above and beyond. JOSH is responsible for changing my mind about bringing our fleet to Alpine . I know it’s a good amount of business . He should get a raise for sure . I contacted Josh the other day to bring in another truck .I am scheduled to drop it off Friday. Here is the cool part , He has no idea about the rotor and pad ordeal . So it’s not like he is trying to treat us special to win us over , this dude stock is on point. Thanks so much Josh for the good service .

Had an appointment. (This is a second attempt since they told us the wrong location the first time) Then they refused to service my truck WITH AN APPOINTMENT AT THAT TIME . Thanks for all texts and email reminders to show up for no reason! Never coming back here.

Booked an appointment online to come in for my check engine light and showed up right on time. When I arrived, the service advisor was nice, but had no idea what I was there for, and assumed I needed an oil change. When I mentioned my light, I was told that technicians didn’t come in on Saturdays. That’s understandable, but when I said the online system shouldn’t have let me book it, I was told “we know it’s a problem”. They didn’t even bother to check my appointment or call me ahead of time, so I drove a long way for nothing. They shouldn’t offer tools if they’ll just be ignored. Don’t come here unless you want your time wasted.

My wife and I went to try to trade my car for a truck which I still owed on my car and they said to come by and will get you into a truck so we drove from Keenesburg co and they lied I don’t recommend them one bit. The good thing is we went to O’Meara Ford and they were so helpful very professional they took my car and put my wife and I in a 2022 GMC Canyon 4 door 40,00 miles so I highly recommend O’Meara Ford with Andy

I recently took my vehicle to Alpine Buick GMC for service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The communication from the service team was exceptional from start to finish. They were efficient and worked quickly, yet I never felt like they were cutting corners. A special shoutout to Josh, the service drive manager, who was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I always knew the status of my vehicle and what was being done. It’s clear that the team at Alpine Buick GMC takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their service department for anyone looking for a reliable and smooth experience!

I called for a warning light and recall on my Hummer. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The service was completed. The issue I had was with Jason Harris when I inquired about my vehicle he related that it was going to take an extended period of time because I failed to mention the warning light when I set the appointment. I asked about providing a loner vehicle and he became argumentative. I told him to check the recorded conversation to verify the service that I requested like the message indicates. He continued to indicate I was lying and that it was not the service department’s fault. When I picked up the vehicle he again alluded that I was lying. Horrible customer service.

No drop off service while they work on you vehicle. Waiting room is out in there show room and very small, making it hard to get a seat. Options are to walk back to work/home or pay for an Uber.

Transmission issues on my 23 GMC Sierra AT4. was able to get a appointment quickly. Very fast warranty service with just a week turnaround. On parts and labor. They organized a rental and were very helpful managing all transportation inconveniences, they even solved some minor defects I had mentioned with the glove box at no charge. Thank you Kenney and team.

Called to make a warranty appointment. They need your truck for 2 days to diagnose. I live 150 miles away. Not to mention last time I was in they add a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. They should let you know, I don’t know, when you make your appointment? I mean, who carries a checkbook around in 2025? There are much better options.

2 and half hours for an oil change congratulations 👌 everytime we come here it's never the greatest experience. You would think after our first experience with almost losing a wheel because the lug nuts weren't tightened properly they would take care of us. Seriously, how do I get a refund from our service agreement when I purchased the car.

Terrible customer service and just general service. Took the car in for a recall. Heated seats quit working while in their possession. I called immediately with no return call. Call days later and was told there is no way my heated seats quit working on both driver and passenger when the air bag was installed. They offered to look at it for $229. I requested to speak with a manager and am still waiting for a call back. I will never return here and highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
