My passenger window broke and I needed it fixed ASAP. These guys got me in same day and was willing to put it in. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type of glass. They were willing to schedule me first thing Monday morning. When I told them I lived over an hour away, they were willing to drive to me and install the window at my house. Great guys. Little more in the high side for price (more like dealership prices) but the customer service is A1

This place is fantastic! Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable installers all at a fair price! I will use them again! I called to schedule an appointment while I was at the airport just before they closed. I was given a price and an appointment time while I was in the phone. I do not have a pen or a way to wright down anything because I was in transit so the customer service rep texted me information. The day of my scheduled appointment my timeline shifted and I showed up early. (They do mobile service but I wanted to bring my car to the shop). They were able to get me in And fix my car before my scheduled appointment!!!

Amazing work done to my car. The techs showed up earlier than expected, they were very professional and courteous. They explained very clearly what instructions to follow for care of the windshield after installation. They finished the job in 30 minutes. Very impressed and my new windshield looks great. I had a fantastic experience with Precision Auto Glass. I called these guys up, they quickly quoted me a fair price and booked on their calendar in a matter of 2 minutes. The guy shows up right on time and ready to go. I truly slowed him down because I talked with him the whole time he was working ( poor guy lol). But it turns out he is the owner and started the business from zero back in 1999. He has 10 trucks now and it is a cool story. Fantastic guy, I got me a brand new windshield and I'm happy to write a review as he and his company are what writing good reviews are for. Hope others show him some love as there isn't a chance you'll be unhappy with the level of service.

Their website was informative, customer service gave me a fair and accurate quote, and I was scheduled for service the following day. While in Boulder visiting family, I accidentally broke the back window in my 4-Runner. In looking for a replacement, I reached out to 3 different Denver area Toyota dealerships, but none had the glass in stock and they couldn't guarantee to get it in town before I needed to drive home (TX). I called Precision and I was immediately impressed. 1) I didn't have to wait on hold for 10-12 minutes to get to the right department and find someone who knew what they were doing. 2) They were very professional, asking the right questions (make/model, options) to make make sure that they could match the original glass 3) Price - They were ~$300 less than any price I received from the 3 Toyota dealerships I talked to 4) They had the glass in stock 5) And, most importantly, they were able to schedule the installation before I had to leave for home. Precision was simply outstanding to work with. The installation specialist had 21 years in the business. He was on time, took all of the appropriate physical distancing to make he and I both feel safe, he was professional, thorough, polite. I could not have been happier with the service Precision Auto Glass provided.

Originally had an appointment at Auto Glass Now. Turned out they were closed even though we had an appointment. No notice and, the worst part, customer service was not even aware of the closure. Precision Auto Glass Littleton saved the day!! Outstanding, exceptional service all the way around, which is extremely rare these days.
