Great work, done on schedule. I had a minor rear end accident that, due to the price of the lift gate needing replacement, could have totaled my vehicle. They worked with me to find a perfect condition used part to keep it under the limit. The work started on schedule and was finished two days later. The paint looks great, and everything is warrantied for the life of the vehicle. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They are also a preferred shop by my insurance - in fact my agent specifically recommended them, after they serviced his vehicle. Next time I have an issue, I'll go to them first.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP unless you want them to keep your car for months on end and when you call for weekly updates they lie to you and your insurance company. Then when your insurance company has had enough and tells them they are going to have a tow truck driver come pick up the car to take it to another shop, all of the sudden it is DONE!??!! Someone from Three G was driving my car in the toll lane on 470 when the shop wasn't even open so clearly someone was driving my car back and forth to work. I am still missing a part and they have no idea when it will be in. Last time I was in to get my seat belt fixed I asked them to look at the spacing in the hood that wasn't right or even comparable to the other side, but they didn't because they do not care about customer service or doing a good job. A friend of mine also used Three G not knowing about my experience and has had to bring her car back several times. The first time she picked up her car it was completely trashed on the inside. Lastly, their famous line is, "I'm sorry, I don't see your name in our database, could it have been under another name? More lies. Happy to show anyone my receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME.

They absolutely know nothing it seemed. Any question I had about a service aside from the price was “I don’t know Ma’am, I will need to see!” Or just plain “No”. If I got a penny every time they said “I don’t know”, half of my quoted price would have been taken care of. They were “fully booked” out for 8 weeks. I made the appointment anyway. They were going to charge $1800+ (depending on labor) for simple bumper scratches because it needs new parts, aka new bumpers. I came from a developing country where I have seen car body with severe collision damage gets fixed with paint and clay. I couldn’t believe they wanted to install a new bumper for 3 tiny scratches. During my waiting time, I asked if I could get the new bumper in different color since I am getting a new number anyway and their responses were always “I don’t know ma’am! I will make a note!” When I asked if they can take payment over the phone because the person who hit me would be paying for it, their responded “No Ma’am! You have to pay!” When I asked if he can pay at their location the responded “No! The card has to have your name on it!” At that point I got so pissed off and didn’t even bother to ask if he can just bring cash instead. Went to a different shop who let me in within a week, and slapped some paint on the scratches for half of the price. The car now looks as good as new.

Three G is an amazing paint and body shop in so many ways. The customer service is outstanding. Kyle and the front desk secretary were excellent in responding to my questions and following through on my issue (broken side mirror which they replaced after painting new one; required electric/power work as well which they were able to do). Staff is super easy to work with and talk to; explained the work being done in a professional way; quickly got my work done; followed through and flexible in solving issues that came up with my parts distributer; and all at a super fair & competitive price (I paid out of pocked vs. insurance). I'd recommend Three G to anyone needing paint, body and/or electrical work done. Really personable and professional, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm very satisfied as well with the work that was done.

I came here because I had a crack in my brand new car, on the back bumper where someone appears to have rear ended me while I was parked in a parking lot or on the street. I didn't even notice until I opened the trunk to put my groceries in it. Jaime answered the phone when I called to schedule an estimate. She was my point of contact throughout the repair as well. They did a great job on my car and it was done quicker than I thought it would be. They helped me to arrange my rental car drop off as well. The car looks great and I couldn't be happier. I think it's worth mentioning that they are under new management. The previous owner Geoff, who seems to be in most of the negative reviews this shop has, is no longer the owner. They are now part of another dealership. I don't know if that is what the difference is, but I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised with not only the work but also the exceptional customer service. Extra stars to Jaime for going above and beyond to help me navigate through a confusing process!

Absolutely wonderful experience at this shop! I was rear ended and needed repairs. They provided a quote easy-peasy, and were able to schedule soon after, while also taking into consideration my own schedule. The staff at the shop are all so friendly and helpful. I have had to take my car in twice for a bumper replacement and the service and quality of the work was exceptional each time. A primary concern of mine was the paint matching the rest of the vehicle and no issues there. A somewhat unexpected repair came up the second time (it was mentioned to be a possibility at the initial quote) and Kyle did what he could to keep the price as close to what I was initially quoted. My car also got finished a little after originally planned due to 3rd party scheduling and Kyle went above and beyond to get my car back to me that evening. Would recommend Three G anytime! Hit a deer with my 22 Tundra in Texas. Drove it all the way back to Colorado to insure the body work was done right at 3G. It was.
