Unfortunately I have been here 3 times over the years with three different vehicles. No one ever likes to be at the body shop!! Most recently my daughter had a minor accident but they have previously worked on mine and my wife's vehicles. Each time the work has been impeccable and the service and communication top notch. Would highly recommend you give them a try. They worked seamlessly with our insurance adjusters as well.

Fix Auto recently repaired my 2008 BMW 335i after it sustained front-end damage in an accident. The car is now as good as new, if not better. Not only was the repair and paint work top=-notch, but they worked diligently to get all of the needed parts even though BMW no longer produces some parts for this older model. Fix always goes the extra mile to make sure that everything on the car is repaired and working just as good as it was when it came from the factory.

There are a lot of body shops you can find on Google, not a lot that will give you a 5 star performance year after year. The photo is just an example of the shop letting me know what they were doing along the way. I have used this shop for all my cars, from installing new tubs to totally replacing my roof from hail damages. I would not go anywhere else, nor should you.

Incredibly frustrated with the service I'm receiving from Fix Auto. We chose this place because of the high reviews and as one of the recommended collision repair companies from my car dealer. They have had my car for 6 weeks now and we have received zero communication about updates for about 4 weeks. Never in my life have I had car work last longer than 2-3 weeks even when ordering custom parts - which is the only explanation I've been given by staff. They are telling me it'll be another two weeks before I get my car back! Feeling very powerless in this situation overall.

Beware! They have a lot of great reviews, which is why I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the lowest reviews—and now I regret it badly. If you decide to use Fix Auto, be prepared to be without your car for at least 8 weeks and to deal with serious communication problems. Please take time to read their lowest reviews—I’m clearly not the only one who has gone through this horrible experience. Seems like people have been complaining for years about poor communication and weak management, but the owner keeps replying with almost the same response every time. Despite all the feedback, nothing really seems to change, and their management style hasn’t improved especially when it comes to timelines and communication!
